“Wait,” Rudo nearly yelled, evidently not rendered speechless, “Zanka, there’s no way. Do you seriously have a crush on Jabber of all people?”
Zanka’s first thought was to deny it. He sputtered out some sort of rejection to the thought, but he could barely hear himself over the blood rushing in his ears. Surely it was from the pain that was blooming in his hip from the fall, not what Rudo was saying… right?
