Stand appearance: A 6’8” humanoid raptor (referring to the predatory bird classification, not the dinosaur) with two functional arms, and legs, a functional pair of wings and a functional hooked beak. Attached to said arms are clawed human hands that are functional, attached to said legs are bird’s feet that are functional. Color scheme of blue, pink, lemon/gold, and silver/white.
Stand Abilities:

- Free Bird unleashes a barrage of swift punches at its target.
- Strength varies depending on its user's desire.
- While this barrage is in effect, each punch delivered is followed by Free Bird’s Stand cry; “MUDAMUDAMUDA…”
- Avian Cascade: Stand launches a volley of feathers that vary in sharpness from its body.
- Dull feathers are the contour feathers. The feathers that have sharpness akin to kitchen knives are the secondary feathers of the wings. And lastly, the sharpest feathers are the primary flight feathers.
- Contour feathers - 500 BESS. Secondary wing feathers - 200 BESS. Primary Feathers - 60 BESS.
- Feather Crafts: Stand can manipulate its feathers into various objects that the user can utilize when they wish.
- Such as Weapons, bags, utensils, tools, chairs, etc…
- However, This excludes anything weighing over 139 pounds, complex tech or machines, edible material, and any living organisms.
- Stand is only capable of maintaining 43 objects. If more than that are created, for however many extra, already existing objects disappear at random to replace the newly created ones.
- Bond Berserker: Stand merges with its user when the user feels intense emotions.
- This grants the user temporary straight long blonde hair, an additional 2 inches in height, fangs, elongated and sharp nails/claws, and elongated ears.
- While the Stand is merged with its user, the user is completely vulnerable to attacks that only an actively manifested stand can block/react to. Stand cannot manifest like it usually does for combat if merged with its user.
- The user is immune to any psychic attacks from humans or Stands.
- War Cry: Stand channels its user’s mental or physical state into a high-frequency —that only Stand Users and Stands are capable of hearing— Stand Cry; “MUDAAAAAAAA!”
- This can stun other stand users and their stands around them.
- To take effect, the user has to have obtained 2-4 wounds that are 2.5in deep and 2in long, high levels of dopamine regarding battle, or the will to dance with death if it means they’ll win.
- This will affect any Stand users and their stands within a 15-meter radius.

Background:
She resents her family history, being DIO Brando’s illegitimate daughter, after she learned about the millions he’d slaughtered for his own petty revenge. She was born in Italy and raised by her mother. At 7, her mother died from an illness. 3 years after her mother’s death, she learned of a distant relative. At 10 years old, she set out for more information on the relative. 4 months of her being on the streets and looking for her shared blood, that very relative—Giorno Giovanna—caught wind of her existence. He promptly sent one of his closest companions, Guido Mista to retrieve her. She then grew up in the Italian mafia: Passoine, with her half brother—her first ever boss—Giorno Giovana and his comrades, Guido Mista and Pannacotta Fugo.
She grew accustomed to combat/perilous situations and often craved the drive. Giorno, Fugo, and Mista became Idols for her, often leading her to daydream about how she could change the world. Giorno, Fugo, and Mista take pride in how much Nova has developed as a teenager, maturing quickly due to Giorono’s status as a mafioso. Due to her status, she is often treated with extreme respect/kindness or aggressive disapproval/hatred.
Quirks and Personality:
GiorGio gets pissed off when people mock her skills or call her cute/pet names so much to the point where she will take whatever means necessary to make them regret what they said. It's what she’s known for in her hometown.
However, when she gets riled up, she goes completely berserk and beats up anything in her way out of pure rage until she feels satisfied. Before that happens, a muscle by her left eye twitches which is usually an indicator that people need to run away.
Other than going berserk, she has another level of violence. One that came with a sort of kill switch only she, Giorno, and her comrades know about. This state is called, “Bloodlust.”
This state is when her vampiric nature comes out. Usually when the battle gets too intense and blood gets involved. The way to break her out of this frenzy is applying pressure to a specific pressure point on the back of her neck.
GiorGio uses moderate Italian swears in her vocabulary, she mainly speaks English though. She also has ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), compromising any normality within her thoughts and actions. She doesn’t take any medication or supplements to help her mental disorder. She also has occasional mood swings, often acting like a crackhead one moment and a business major the next. The mood swings are not often and only happen in highly intense situations.
Once in a battle, everything on the outside of her combat fades out into an endless abyss of nothingness. She often hyper-fixates on the battle she is currently in to ensure complete victory. She goes so far as to completely turn any anger or pain into fuel.
Her weakness? Her temper, social density, and bloodlust. Her strength? Her ADHD, adaptability, and charisma. She is extremely challenged in ‘reading the room’, as well as very stubborn.
She has a habit of getting extremely touchy with new people. Specifically, she does this to people who she just found out have stands. Usually, she gets aggressively close to them, often feeling the muscle on them. This is to help her evaluate their physical capabilities and threat potential, it has no intimate intentions.
She loves the occult, stars and moons, gymnastics/parkour, Spaghetti in plain marinara, zoology, space, ‘a good fight’, fashion, hanging out with her friends and comrades (Trish Una, Jin Castellanos, Guido Mista, and Pannacotta Fugo), hanging out with her half brother—and boss—Giorno, and the colors purple and pink.
She hates people who underestimate her, narcissists, drug dealers, those who abuse their power, those who use others to achieve their goal, the color orange, bananas, the texture of smoothies that haven’t been blended completely in her mouth, and frogs.
