Two rivals, a lone wolf, and an Umamusume that had a bright and positive spirit. Sakura Laurel wanted to defeat the one and only Narita Brian. Today is the day where the Tenno Sho Spring happens.
The fans have already expected Narita Brian to win, except, something went wrong. Brian was injured after the race and was put by her trainer. Sakura Laurel on the other hand, was celebrating her first G1 Victory.
Narita Brian wasn’t happy, rather, she was devastated. She wanted to keep on racing, not to be on break just because of a stupid injury. Narita Brian stood up from the ground and looked at Sakura Laurel, straight eye contact.
“Sakura Laurel..I see you’ve managed to defeat me. Congratulations.”
Narita Brian congratulated Sakura Laurel, but she still felt gloomy. Sakura Laurel saw this and tried to cheer her up.
“Brian, is everything alright? Don’t be sad now, you should be happy. You’ve defeated me in most races we’ve competed together. Let’s go to that yakiniku restaurant again, shall we, Brian?”
Sakura Laurel asked in a cheerful and hopeful tone, trying to convince Brian to go before she retires. Narita Brian sighs and agrees to come.
“Alright, but I’m only coming because of the yakiniku.”
Sakura Laurel smiled happily, hugging Narita Brian tightly. But little did Brian know, this would lead her to a new relationship with Laurel. Sakura Laurel invited her friends to celebrate her first G1 victory.
—————AT THE RESTAURANT—————
Sakura Laurel grabbed some yakiniku meat, but she’s bad at cooking, she looks up at Brian with a frown.
“Brian..can you help me over here? The yakiniku meat I’m cooking always turns out raw or burnt..”
Narita Brian lets out a scoff and comes closer to Sakura Laurel.
“Huff..you’re wasting lots of perfectly good yakiniku meat. Let me do it.”
Narita Brian switches places with Sakura Laurel, she grabs a piece of yakiniku meat and starts cooking it perfectly. Sakura Laurel stares in shock, she knew Narita Brian was good at cooking but seeing her so focused on the thing she loves..it makes her heart skip a beat.
“Wow Brian..you’re so good at cooking..”
Sakura Laurel unconsciously comes closer and touches Brian’s hand. Narita Brian immediately looks back at Sakura Laurel.
“Just what do you think are you doing!?”
Narita Brian blushes furiously, it’s not that she hates it..it just happened out of the blue that surprised her.
Sakura Laurel doesn’t remove her hands and comes even closer.
“But Brian, I want to see how you do it..teach me how to cook yakiniku.”
“You can just watch me do it..you know?”
“But can I learn something if I just watch it and not try it on my own?”
Sakura Laurel replies, Narita Brian doesn’t protest..she does have a point there.
“Tch..you have a point there, also, order up 2 alcohols.”
Narita Brian smirks, she’s trying to be cool in front of Sakura Laurel, instead of being fascinated, she was worried.
“Are you sure, Brian? This is your first time drinking alcohol. You’re gonna get drunk easily-“
Narita Brian cuts off Sakura Laurel
“I definitely assure you that I will not get drunk on the first mug, now order up.”
Narita Brian has finished cooking all the yakiniku meat, just by looking at it, both of them are drooling.
Sakura Laurel calls the attention of the crew.
“Excuse me! Can I add something to the order? 2 mugs of alcohol, please.”
The crew takes notes and brings 2 cups of alcohol, both Narita Brian and Sakura Laurel get a mug.
Narita Brian smirks again and brings her mug up.
“Cheers. Congrats to your first victory.”
Sakura Laurel smiles, she brings her mug up too.
“Thank you, Brian. We always go here after every race we fought in..but it still feels like it’s our first time meeting up here together.”
Both of them chug their mugs together, but Narita Brian drinks too quickly. A few minutes pass, she’s starting to feel drunk.
Sakura Laurel gets worried, they’ve finished eating all the yakiniku meat and finished their mugs that was full of alcohol.
“Brian..you’re getting drunk. We should go back to your dorm now.”
Narita Brian stands up weakly and tries to walk, but considering her state right now, she can barely walk.
Sakura Laurel puts Narita Brian’s arm over her shoulder.
“Slow down! You’re not in the right state to walk right now. You’re too drunk. I’ll help you go to your dorm, alright?”
Sakura Laurel leaves the cash payment on the table and carries Narita Brian out of the restaurant, back to the dormitory.
——————AT THE DORMITORY—————
Sakura Laurel isn’t familiar with the Ritto dormitory, she’s in the Miho dormitory afterall.
“Brian..where’s your dorm here? I’m not familiar with the Ritto dormitory..”
Narita Brian speaks, her words are sluggish and slower.
“Left side..swecond door..”
Sakura Laurel goes to the second door on the left side, but there’s already two people inside.
“Brian..are you sure this is your dorm room? There’s two people sleeping inside there already.”
Narita Brian blinks twice, her vision is a bit blurry but she can still see which one is her dorm..
“Shorry..my dorm is on the right swide..fourth door.”
Sakura Laurel nods and goes to the fourth door that’s on the right side.
“Brian, give me your keys. I’ll unlock the door. I’m pretty sure your roommate locked the door.”
Narita Brian gives her keys to Sakura Laurel, Sakura Laurel unlocks the door and gently drops off Narita Brian on her bed. Then without Brian knowing, Laurel closed the door and locked it quietly.
Sakura Laurel looks at Narita Brian, she looks vulnerable when she’s drunk or when asleep. She kneels down to look more at Brian’s face. Laurel pushes Brian’s bangs up her forehead, she leaves a kiss on her forehead. This wakes up the drunk girl.
“Mmh..Laurel, what was that for?”
Sakura Laurel smiles and continues to gently press kisses around Brian’s face and neck.
Narita Brian’s question was left in silence. She tried asking Laurel again.
“Laurel..I’m asking you what was that for..”
Again, left in silence. But this time, something different happens. Sakura Laurel speaks like she’s asking permission.
“Brian..I ask for your permission before I do this.”
Brian, who doesn’t know what she’s agreeing to, allows Sakura Laurel on whatever she’s gonna do to her.
Sakura Laurel gently presses her lips against Brian’s. This makes the drunk girl blink twice, but she doesn’t pull back, instead, she allows Laurel to kiss her even deeper.
“Who would’ve expected that the lone wolf would be this close to me when she’s drunk? You really are something..Brian.”
“Laurel..I know what your intentions are..and I fully allow you to do it, JUST THIS ONCE.”
Sakura Laurel feels weird..she’s feeling butterflies in her stomach right after Narita Brian said that. Well, both parties have agreed and Laurel makes the first move.
“Brian..I hope you don’t regret this”
“I promise you I won’t. Now Laurel, give it all to me.”
Sakura Laurel lets out a breath she didn’t know she was holding in for so long.
She presses her lips against Brian’s neck and sucks her skin, making the lone wolf whimper and grip on Laurel’s shoulder.
“Looks like you’re enjoying..”
Sakura Laurel removes her lips from Brian’s neck and moves to another spot to leave hickeys.
Laurel looks at Brian lovingly, their eyes made contact with each other.
“Brian..please..let me bite you all over..”
The lone wolf never expected that this umamusume with a bright spirit could be this possessive over her. Brian brings Laurel’s mouth closer to her shoulder, allowing her to bite.
“Ngh..Laurel..don’t bite too hard.”
Brian whimpers, she undresses herself so that Laurel can bite more. Seeing Brian half-naked, it makes Laurel even more possessive. Laurel grabs the lone wolf’s chin and bites her lip.
“Brian…I love you. Just seeing you for the first time bloomed something inside my heart. Now..I can see you as both a rival and a partner.”
Brian places her hand on Laurel’s face, cupping it gently. The lone wolf has returned Laurel’s feelings. Brian never thought about this happening and so did Laurel, but they’re both happy that they have a new relationship and not just a rivalry.
Narita Brian and Sakura Laurel’s tails both wag happily, but for now…they’ll keep this relationship a secret. Only the two of them can know.
“By the way, if you want to spend time with me, don’t come too close. I don’t want others getting involved in my relationship.”
Brian says strictly, directly looking at Laurel’s eyes. It’s not a threat but a reminder. Of course, if Laurel wants to stay together with Brian, she’ll have to keep her promise.
“Of course! I promise you I won’t show that much affection on public! Also..can’t you say “I love you” back to me?”
Laurel nuzzles on Brian’s neck. Brian ignores Laurel and continues giving headpats. But she can’t help but laugh, she didn’t know that Laurel would be this demanding.
“…I love you too.”
The lone wolf replied, this wasn’t in her usual cold tone. It has more warmth and genuine. Laurel hugs Brian tightly again, clearly overjoyed.
The two of them slept together, cuddling each other. Instead of Tanimo Gimlet opening the door to Narita Brian sleeping, she saw the two lovebirds cuddling each other.
“Ya gotta be kiddin’ me..”
Tanimo Gimlet locks the door quietly, making sure no one sees the two of them. Well, Tanimo Gimlet was the first one to discover their secret relationship.
