Entry-1
Day-1
I was brought a subject between the ages of 16-18 dying from a rupture in her stomach from a large stab wound. Her left eye was severely deformed and was removed to prevent unwanted mutation. I insured a cadou into the wound and it immediately began to bond with the girl.
I do find the girl herself more interested though. She seems to be of Asian descent. She had tattoos on her forehead. Two large hook-like shapes that mirror each other pointed down just above her inner eyebrow. I will have to inquire about the girl’s origin. If she does not survive to procedure her body may be returned to her people.
The girl was most likely run from her abuser(s). She has bruises and cuts all along her body. Along with severe blistering along her feet and frostbite on her toes.
Entry-2
Day-2-4
The girl has remained relatively in the same state of sleeping. The only significant change is her wounds seem to be full or in the process of healing much faster than humans. Not the same as myself or Alcina but still noticeable. Her wounds have also not mutated.
I have not heard any news about the girl's possible origins.
Entry-3
Day-5
The girl’s stomach and toes wound has fully healed, only slightly scarring. Her eye has also fully healed but has significantly more scarring around the eye socket but not the socket itself.
The wound is most likely older and has been repeatedly damaged so her healing factor only sped up the process.
Entry-4
Day-6
The girl woke up today. Andres found her exploring the house. She seemed to fascinate by the weapons on display asking to spare. She also asked me about all my “witch stuff” in my lab. I could her that it was science not witchcraft and she asked me to explain it to her.
She remembers very little. She was in a family of four. Mother, Father, younger sister, and herself. Her tattoos are a symbol of what family you come from. She knows her father had a different tattoo. Either family name is passed down by gender or they are matriarchal. She was also kidnapped by enemies of her family who are mostly likely pirates.
She also believed herself to be fourteen. Either she is mentally regressed or I will once again have a gaint on my hands. I do worry I’m panting the caduo before the girl is an adult may have wording effects. She will not be a suitable vessel for Eve
The cadou doesn’t seem to have affected her outside of growing two inches and increased strength, speed, and agility. Though it is up for debate about her fitness , the girl already seemed fit beforehand.
She also doesn’t seem to have a diet outside of a humans. She complained that our food didn’t have any spice.
I have decided to indulge her with sparing and making her my lab assistant.
Entry-5
Day-7-21
The girl was clearly taught some form of martial arts. She had the clear advantage over me in that department. If not for the mastery over my power she would have very easily won. She also lacked hesitation, she was taught very well.
The girl also seems very intelligent. When she is in the lab just by observing and studying my presence notes she is able to do her own basic experiments. Much to my dismay that also means breaking into my lab when I am away.
She also seems highly empathetic. Insisting on helping my servants after I banned her from being in the lab by herself.
We were about to figure out what the girls powers are. The girl seems to be able to eat fear.
The girl was helping one of the servants, Jason. He had been telling her able a recurring night terror he has able once a week. He began to go into gratuities detail in a trance like state. He was confused after the fact and has reported his has not had the night terror since.
Another one of my servants May, who has arachnophobia, agreed to do the experiment. I placed a spider in a jar and put it in the observatory room with May and the girl. May made the expected reaction. The girl asked May what was wrong. May began to tell the girl in extreme detail about her childhood traumatic experiences with spiders. After May was finished she seemed to relax and was about to take steps towards the spider but was still insistent on not interacting with it.
More experiences will need to be done before I can come to a solid conclusion.
Still no news about the girl's origins.
Entry-6
Day-22
Still no news. I’m starting to believe we will never find them. Most of my contacts are western centric and the world thought improved on global commutation many place still remain isolated from our reach. Other forces opposing the Black god also challenged the movement of humanity connection.
I talked to the girl and she is okay with stopping the search though I could tell she was disappointed she agreed. I have decided to have the Duke keep an ear out. If anyone can find them it’s him.
She also asked me to give her a name. I like the name Emily.
Entry-7
Day-37
Emily attacked Heisenberg today. He can in unaccounted while I was in the lab, thinking he was an intruder she unlocked her mutant form.
She made him tell her his deepest fear. He feared that I would abandon the Lords for Eve. Her mutated for grows even taller and spindly. Eyes appear all along her body. Her surroundings also seem to distort, becoming more sinister. Whether this is reality or an illusion I’m not sure. Everything went back to normal when I separated them.
Emily is angry at me and is giving me the silent treatment.
I comforted Heisenberg as best that I could but he was very reasonably still freaked out. I feel bad that this was their first meeting.
I can’t even take care of my own creations. I think I should give up on Eve.
Maybe it’s for the best.
She will make a great leader.
Entry-8
Day-40
Emily asked me if I hurt the Lords. She had a spear. I think she intended to kill me.
I told her everything. All I have ever done was for Eve no matter if it hurt others. But I had began to give up hope. I didn’t even put much thought into there feelings. They agreed to something that may not work. And I gave them power. I thought that would be enough but it’s not and I will do better.
She sat next to me that I should continue my experiment to better the life’s of the people around me.
I am going to make her my successor.
