Chapter Text
Heresy hours after Gabriels and V1s second duel.
the angel shifted uncomfortably knowing he had fleeting moments before his unfortunate demise. He saw what sins he had committed and the souls he killed. The buildings he had collapsed. And the families left broken after his slaughters. It made him feel sick, a knife twisting in his stomach with the mere thought of what he had done.
He knew he had to leave the demon to his demons or better… End his suffering on his own terms. Though he wanted to die during his last encounter.
Gabriel took out justice. How ironic, the name of his preferred weapon being the one thing he wasn't able to fully commit to. Well here it goes they thought while shakingly bringing the sword to his neck. Before he could commit to the action everything went black.
“.. Gabriel your mission is to stop the foul reconstruction of lust to be a “better” place for those damned sinners…..” a councillor hissed bringing Gabriel to his senses making him realize he was kneeling before the council but how… he killed them hours before.?
“cut his plans short. and take after his place as the judge of hell and ploy out the punishment of the damned.” another continued. Gabriel wasn't listening. He knew that this was an assassination plan for the ruler of lust.
King Minos yet he was overcome with thoughts because how did he go back in time? How is he back before he killed the kings of Hell? And then it hit him harder than any attack v1 has thrown at him.
When he was still in heaven he read about the idea of returning to life before a decision that changed the course of life and it was called “reincarnation”. At first it seemed silly to him yet now he was in the past before the council so he set himself on a mission to redo all of his past mistakes. He would do whatever it takes.
“Gabriel. Are you listening?” a counselor asked coldly.
“Y-Yes council, I am” Gabriel sputtered out after bringing himself back from his thoughts.
“good. utilize the threat now. Don't disappoint us now.” said another and before Gabriel could answer the council left with a flash similar to his travel method.
Before he took off he took in the feeling of the fathers light flowing through him just like his blood. such a comforting feeling of life, such irony that he didn’t appreciate this before.
After composing himself he got up and took off to the layer of lust the gates of it this time manners will be needed to make his plan work.
Here it was the entrance to lust’s new city, still under construction yet the warm purple hues already resonated around the place making it look lively as ever. Gabriel remembered how the color became a depressing cold hue after his slaughter of the innocent king.
Instead of speeding into the palace in the center of lust he strolled through taking it all in trying to figure out how to convince minos to help him with his plan. He couldn't just stroll in and say “hey king minos! So I kinda was sent to kill you, but if I do that I'll die in like 1000 years lol, so maybe let's slow down this empire building and fake your death so I can like fool them and then save like everyone here! how does that sound?” That idea was too foolish and it wouldn't work.
he was so lost in thought he didn't realise he physically didn't bump into anyone because who would want to anger a 7 foot mumbling angel. that wasn’t on anybody's list that is for sure.
“FUCK-” gabriel spouted out harshly after colliding with a pillar head first. After getting up he saw that everyone ran away from him out of fear. strange but he tried to pay no mind, then he heard someone yell out to him and he knew who it was from their voice immediately.
“Greetings! How are thee? are thou so-so after hitting this object of support?” Minos boomed warmly to the angel, making him feel bad because he knows what he did before.
“I’m .. fine. I have to speak to you. As you can see I was sent by the heavens to stop you from bringing salvation to this layer. I wish to speak to you about this privately.” He spoke hesitantly trying not to aggravate the king before him but the only thing he did was peak the other party's interest. “But first I need you to slow down the rebuilding of this layer first before we start.” Minos idled for a minute before answering "Of course then.” He spoke quickly to a worker “ye should tell others to slow one’s project. quickly now” after assuring he signaled to go inside with him so Gabriel quickly followed suit into the building.
After walking for a while they entered a room that was a conference looking room. Minos sat at one end with an open posture showing Gabriel that he is listening to him. So he spoke what he knew about the reincarnation, the council's plan and his own sickly fate. Each thing Gabriel sputtered out frantically about the “future” the more. Each topic that the archangel brought up made the king more shocked and felt pitiful towards the poor individual before him.
After a while of listening to the distressed person he interrupted him by standing up and answering to his so-called predictions “So thou are saying one must fake one's death and lend another one’s title of judge of hell and spill an innocent soul's blood?”
Gabriel deflated with relief after hearing Mino’s explanation of what they needed him to do. “Yes, exactly, otherwise I will be killed for insubordination. For now I'll do what they want then later on kill them and undo my well “past” “future” mistakes? I don't know anymore..” the Angel said pitifully and fixed his posture to what an Archangel's posture should be. “Well then ye should get to it right? Let’s go “ the king assured the Angel to follow which they did.
A while has passed council has become impatient and they started another meeting discussing how they will punish his inactions.
“clipping his feathers?” one councilor suggested.
“no… it wont work long term.” another added.
“maybe we should take a bit of the fathers light to show him the taste of insubordination?” a third chimed in.
“I know we shou-” CRASHHHHHHHHHH Gabriel burst in bloodied into the heaven council room puffing like he sprinted for miles before clocking into the intro courtyard. “I’m sorry council, Minos put up a fight but now..” he hesitated for a short bit “He’s been taken care of.”
A silence followed suit before someone spoke up
“Well then, You’re excused Gabriel. Leave and don’t show up until you have taken care of yourself you look discusting.” one said hissing out the last part of their sentence following a couple or so nods from the rest of the council.
so he did.
After stepping a few feet away from the building of judgement he smirked under the helmet and felt happy his plan worked out. But how will he convince the other king of hell to listen to his well unnerving ramblings?
Not important for now, he has work to do. first to clean this blood off of him and now he is the judge of hell can't forget about that. And he has to speak to minos to at least thank him for listening to his consideration and followthrough of the plan.
After fixing himself up he went to lust to check how the layer of lust is doing and to speak to his co-planner to overthrow heaven one day.
“Gabriel!” someone shouted before he left to go to lust. “?..hello? What do you wish to discuss? make it quick I have to leave, being a new judge of hell will be lots of work.” Gabriel spoke like he used to whilst under the council's control.
“That's what I wanted to speak to you about.” the lower angel spoke quickly “ there are rumors that king sisyphus is going to rebel against us with an army of the damned. Are you going to save us if this is true?”
“I will, don't worry now, scatter. I have things to attend to.” the new judge of hell spoke harshly trying to keep up his act.
“ah- alright goodbye” said the lower ranked individual before leaving quickly
good that it was taken care of, time to go. And with a flash he was gone yet he arrived at the entrance of hell limbo to judge where souls have to go for the day
“So who are you?” he asked the soul before him
“markie plier” it answered
“Says here you were popular for mascot games, jokes and…” Gabriel stopped abruptly when seeing the words “overly adored a murderous vampiric witch”
“any sins thy have committed?” he didn't need to ask this but he wanted to see if the soul would lie. that would pin point where to send them.
“I don't know” they answered again
“Well that settles it, off to lust you go.” and off the soul goes.
It took him a few mind-numbing hours to take care of all of the new coming souls, each more undivine than the last. Gabriel's head was pounding from the stupidity of the damned he assigned to hell's layers but it was finally done.
He leapt off quickly and flew through the layers until he entered lust once more, this time the citizens welcomed him warmly, some thanking for sparing their king asking the angel questions of the land above. He couldn't answer them yet so he spoke loud enough so they all could hear him “ One day ill tell you for now we should cherish what we have” after his words the crowd started whispering and some things he caught out were “so wise” and “ is he hiding something?”
Gabriel tried to pay no mind to these comments he was set on meeting the king he “saved”
knock knock
Gabriel idled waiting to be let into the castle upon his path.
“hello Gabriel, come in we have much to speak of”
“thank you minos.” the angel answered after slightly bowing with respect.
After entering the building minos spoke more casually
“I see thou gotten a few flower reefs from ones citizens” ending with a chuckle
“Oh I haven't realized.” Gabriel assured back hastily and without thought. He was lost in thought about the “rumour” he heard before and how to convince the other king of hell to listen to him.
“Gabriel.” minos boomed to his companion bringing him to his senses.
“we must speak on how to convince my very dear acquaintance…Sisyphus” the person continued but the archangel knew there was some tension between those two. Maybe he could make them talk more after all of this is okay and done.
for now they had things to speak about.

Chapter Text
Their discussion has begun. The only matters that are important now is how to keep this facade going in a way where the council doesn't get suspicious of him and his accomplices. Also a way to take care of the council without making a mess like last time. Gabriel remembers from his past life that the council really didn't see what was happening until it was almost literally spelled out in front of them that's why they sent out virtues as their “eyes” so they can see what's happening
That was a problem for the party's plan for sure.
so they brainstormed and threw ideas at the wall-figuretively-but nothing worked because each one of them was debunked by the Council's protective measures.
“Maybe an army of one’s citizens?” minos uttered deep in thought.
“No , Sisyphus will try that originally I had killed him last time, told you about it, remember?” Gabriel matched an answer then adding
“maybe… No that wont work”
it went like this for hours so long in fact it was night before they knew it and it was time to set off. Gabriel pushed himself from the desk with all of his thoughts scribbled in perfect cursive, catching Mino’s attention, making him glance in his direction.
“ Where are thou going?” he remarked curiously.
“I should head back to Heaven. The Council might notice I'm gone.”
the angel stated bluntly with a deadpan stare-even though he had a helmet on you could feel it.
“hold thee horses. Stay here, afterall thee just became the judge of hell. It's a tough job. I'll take thou to a spare guest room so thou don’t lose thee beauty sleep” Minos chimed with a cackle. Gabriel paid that comment no mind even chucking at it joyfully.
“follow me” Minos causally commanded and the archangel followed.
After walking though lots of rooms seemingly repeating each other in a pattern of nothingness they emerge in front a wooden double door.
“Here is thy room. Goodnight” Minos announced solemnly.
“There is no way I can thank you enough for your generosity king Minos.” The archangel replied before hearing a quiet no need for that from the now leaving kind of lust.
So this is it? Gabriel thought before opening the doors that revealed a huge guest room with a queen size bed and anything a person could theoretically need. The surprise when he saw the room made him gasp out a single amused sound that could be best described as “wooah”
Now feeling his exhaustion Gabriel took off his armour leaving the skirt, helmet and leg pieces on and put the remaining things propped against on the wall. After analyzing the bed he noticed it was in mint condition as if no one was there yet, he wasn’t surprised by that though he knew the king's castle was huge so things like this were probably common. So as to not fall asleep on the floor he laid down on the bed. As he thought of how to continue his plan he realised how absurd it was he got tired usually he didn’t sleep but this was somehow.. different. Oh well it probably was nothing. He took a breath and before he knew it he was asleep.
Gabriel woke up, not in the bed he resided lastly in but in what seemed to be the room where he fought v1 last. And there it was his opponent what sparked such strong emotions in him before. Was is hatred? No it was passion, for an opponent who was as strong as him or stronger. But what was happening?
He came closer to face the machine and to his surprise it was scrunched over a body hugging it tightly with all its arms in a depressed mannerism.
After a closer look he realized it was him. Gabriel was staring at his cold dead body with his cross colored black halo a darker than nothingness and other things unsettling like dead lightbulbs in an interrogation room.
He tried to speak but his voice was not heard.
He tried to act to show him he’s alive. In front of it so that it didn’t have to fret but he wasn’t seen.
He tried to hit the machine, to make it feel his presence, but he wasn’t felt.
He tried to fight , he tried to write and he tried to cry. Nothing worked.
He was powerless.
Then it looked up right at him, its optic glowing golden hues and blues making him feel even more lacking in power.
The display was clear as day; they needed each other more than anything. But how was this possible?
He couldn’t think about this before he was transported again this time to the council’s preach about his loss to the machine.
“Has this one abandoned the creator?”one said Gnarlingly
“It is unworthy of the holy light!” Someone screamed
“This is heresy!” One said angrily
“What a disappointment” a different one hissed
“ such a mistake and we thought he was useful.” Another added
“Gabriel.” One said walking closer to the crouched angel.
“Yes, councilor.” The archangel replied
“You stand accused of losing to a damned camera.” The counselor spat out the word like acid and continued. “The fathers light will be ripped from your body leaving you 24h to defeat this wreathed thing. And prove yourself worthy. Do you understand?”
“Yes, councilor.” Gabriel replied shakily.
“Good.” He whispered before reaching into Gabriel and ripping almost literally his being out of him, leaving the Archangel screaming from pain.
And he woke up drenched in sweat, shaking, quaking and even crying from under his helm. feeling more isolated than ever before realizing he turned red as if he was enraged. As he looked to his side he saw the rest of his armor was glowing in patches of pink resembling his wings that had spread out against the bed and his sides in an array of shades from pinks and blues to oranges and reds.
Trying to compose himself he got out of bed and looked outside through the massive window leading to a balcony. The sun was rising. It would be a good idea to get ready and leave so the council doesn’t get suspicious. So that’s what he did, got ready and did the bed because he had manners. Unlike some machines he knew.
Whilst setting off to leave he bumped into Minos walking to the kitchen of the castle in a night gown. This encounter surprised Gabriel so it left a window for the king to speak.
“Hello Gabriel, what brings thou here?” He asked whilst still waking up.
“I was about to set off to meet the council. I reckon it’s been a while since I became the judge of hell. Soon Sisyphus will “create” his army to fight the heavens.” Gabriel spoke hastily worrying that the longer he takes the more suspicious the council will get.
“Alright then, I wish thou a safe travel and a safer journey with Sisyphus he can be a prick in everyone’s side sometimes.”
Minos chuckled before adding
“ And don’t scream so loud at night I got a couple of sinners asking what happened.” Which made Gabriel shuffle his sight to the side to hide his embarrassment even though everyone could see it in his wings.
“Thank you king Minos, I also hope this goes well even with our unfruitful idea session on how to convince him. Until we meet again.” Gabriel said even more hastily whilst shifting his stature, still embarrassed about what he did.
“Until we meet again.” Said Minos.
Gabriel teleported off scurrying as fast as possible to get to heaven so as to not bring any attention to himself.
The council was waiting for him.
“Gabriel. We have a mission for you.” One council member started.
“King Sisyphus of the greed layer, otherwise known by some as Mino’s “partner” another said trying not to gag
Gabriel thought how he didn’t notice that before, probably rumours Minos didn’t mention Sisyphus in that way whilst speaking about him.
“Take care of him too. Will you?” Said another, the same one who in the nightmare ripped his soul out.
“Yes, council.” Gabriel replied coldly just like always to the council.
“Good. After you are done, come to us we have other matters to speak about.” Another chimed before Gabriel left off to the layer of greed.
The first thing he felt was the heat. God it was hot in greed that’s probably why the golden sand was so mobile. It was heated up so much it changed properties.
That doesn’t matter; he needs to locate the king of greed to speak about the plan he made with Minos, before he could compose his thoughts he heard a voice and he immediately knew who it was.
“ So who do we have here? The child of god. Gabriel, welcome I will have you know No one here will come down without a fight, so shall we spar?” Said Sisyphus in the fronts of his husk army with his weapons unsheathed ready to duel.
“King Sisyphus, there is no way you will listen to me otherwise yes? If so then we shall spar. But on one condition. If I win we speak about this matter. If you win I shall take my leave and let you flourish your army. How does this sound?” Gabriel asked semi-coldly trying to keep his past persona up but still trying to convince the king to hear him out.
After a while he finally answered
“If that’s what you wish to do. Then we shall do so, keep back my people, this will be solved by me and the child of God only.” And off he went to meet the angel face to face.
There they were two supposed “rulers” of hell face to face ready to spar needing only one input from the other to start this battle of wits. A while passed before one asked “shall we start?” And the other replied “as you wish.”
And then they went at it slashes flying everywhere swords getting parried with dodges that swung them into the air and a crowd cheering one of them on.
“SHOW ME WHAT YOU WERE MADE FOR!” Gabriel taunted the king, before throwing his swords in his direction. But he didn’t know he would have this much fun actually fighting him for once and not beheading him then and there.
To be true Sisyphus knew he wouldn’t win against the Archangel but he still wanted to try. On his side of the fight it was amusing how he kept up to the godly powers of his opponent but the taunting made it oh so more fun. But he knew he couldn’t keep on doing this much longer so with the last ounce of his energy he yelled “YOU CAN’T ESCAPE!” Before hitting the re-parried swords back at Gabriel before lading back on the architecture of greed.
The Angel caught the weapons with a swift movement and ambushed the enemy front and center keeping him from recovering and keeping the fight going.
“It seems I won Sisyphus. Remember the deal.” Gabriel spat out the words between shallow breaths of exhaustion.
Before the king replied a silence prolonged between them showing how much this spar was mildly amusing for both of them. And with a huff Sisyphus replied.
“ This is a fitting end but for a king. Do what you must finish me off. I was doomed from the very start afterall.”
“That’s not what I came for, we must discuss an urgent matter in the layer of lust. But first abolish this army, that's what I was sent against today.” Gabriel announced whilst letting the king get up and announce to his army that their objective shall not be continued.
“Let’s take our leave then. Show the way of God.” Said Sisyphus before following Gabriel along to the layer of lust.
After a while they were there lust as the greeds king was gazing around the newly built city he saw how Gabriel was treated like a king- a savour perhaps, being offered flowers alongside the other party being thanked for things Sisyphus didn’t care for and some other things he allegedly did for the city. He didn’t trust the people like that, he didn’t know this was a facade to get his guard down but then he heard a familiar voice from the castle.
“Hello Gabriel it seems thou got Sisyphus to agree on coming with thou to this castle come in!” It was Minos but how? Sisyphus heard that he was killed by Gabriel or maybe they are plotting something. That doesn’t matter all there was his favourite companion Minos and before anyone could react The king of greed already slid his way to the actual king of lust and caught him in the biggest of bearhug whilst spinning him around joyfully knowing he wasn’t killed by the angel behind them.
Gabriel made a bet with himself that next time he visited that they would be married with kids if that’s how they react to each other's presence.
After Minos bones slightly cracked he tried to speak.” Sisyphus, dear please let me go I ca-can’t breathe” right after that was said Sisyphus let go of Minos apologizing for crushing him immediately after their meeting.
“I’m sorry my star, but as you probably know I am here by the Angels request to speak about some urgent matter. Do you know what it is?” Said Sisyphus after letting go and kneeling before Minos listening solemnly.
Gabriel could swear the more of these pet names he had to endure the more he would behead himself before his mission was complete.
“Yes Gabriel has lived this all once before, in a way something like a rebirth in the past. And everything he said would happen, did we should head inside and speak about this matter.” Minos said shakily after catching his breath and composing himself he gestured for
The party to come inside.
Now inside they wandered to the meeting room where Minos spoke initially to Gabriel. Once arriving the kings sat down and let Gabriel explain and explain he did.
After a while where Sisyphus was caught on what happened and what would happen next he had to ask. “ So child of god you say that now I am theoretically dead and so is Minos. We have to stay here and soon when this plan is complete you will kill the council and get rid of the opposing party and let hell live normally?”
“Exactly yes” said Gabriel warmly. Before chiming in another comment “I shall take my leave the council expects to see me soon for a review of your “death.”. And off he left before anyone could ask any more questions.

Chapter Text
Again he was at the pearly gates of heaven, dreading the meeting with heaven but he thankfully didn’t have to worry about his appearance because during the spar with Sisyphus blood was spilled not that it matters who’s it was.
Bloody heels clicking on the tiled floors leave imprints of someone’s presence and that presence is Gabriel. hell’s new crowned sole ruler until someone comes to take it all down from him anew.
Before Gabriel stands a pair of double doors behind them is the council’s conference meeting with words that can’t be made out because of the muffling properties of the door.
The archangel slides them open with ease, and is greeted by the council openly speaking about a new being appearing in the seventh layer of hell Violence.
“Does anybody even know what it is?” One said hastily
“It doesn’t seem to be in our own archives yet. How peculiar” another said while amused
“Maybe it’s God trying to fix things?” A hopeful soul spoke out
The questions flooding the room stopped as quick as they started when they realised Gabriel had entered the room seeping with blood.
“Gabriel, How good is it to see you back and it seems you have succeeded in your mission once again.” The main councilor stated before adding “ there is a new being in the layer of Violence but this time you don’t have to go we will send virtues to look at this for us.”
A silence followed before another one continued “for now, clean yourself up, get some rest and get ready you must rule hell under our command.”
Gabriel silently gagged inside before saying “ of course, councilor.” Before leaving to his abode in heaven. The walk from the room to his ‘home’ was one of if not the longest walk he had to take yet.
After he cleans himself up he picks up one of his notebooks and starts scribbling ideas in his distinctive writing on how to get rid of the council cleanly so he can let the rulers of hell do whatever and so he can save heaven from the unjust rule of the council.
But how?
But how will he do that
Maybe like V1? Endless slaughter, quick and precise movements? No, that's too much blood spilled. Nothing about food angels don’t need to eat thanks to the fathers light. They wouldn’t leave heaven unless something was.. Something was let out that is a threat but not destructive enough to ruin the heavens…. Then the perfect Candidate’s came to mind:
The Cerberi. Exactly two of them in different layers. After all, a pair of them find each other in any circumstance.
But how will he transport them to heaven without anybody realizing that it was him or how it happened..
Maybe the answer to that question will come to him tomorrow for now he should rest-even though he doesn’t have to with the fathers light-
***
Gabriel arose in an unknown to him room, it again wasn’t his humble abode. It was something else. Before he could theorize where he was, a bright golden light flooded his eyes, overclocking his senses with absolute vigor.
Then he saw his machine once more but this time it wasn’t slumped over his corpse it was fighting none other than him. But how?
He looked down and saw himself, his body anew glowing like the souls he presumably slaughtered before with vines of nerves creeping out of his heart encased by a blue hue leaving the only thing he remembered about himself was his gold fitted helm.
He became a prime soul.
He didn’t fail his mission, he succeeded more than ever but now he only brought destruction of the world around him.
To the machine in front of him.
He couldn’t do anything about it even if he tried.
***
He woke up now where he resided last with no air in his lungs feeling like he was thrown around to hell and back sweat pilling on his neck and his muscles giving out making him feel like a sad wet rag doll. His head banging like pots and pans aching with a pain of a thousand
**
After a while he calmed down and tried to figure out what his dream meant. His notebooks looked like a lunatics art book with all the repeating lines. So he tried drawing it out, which came out worse than expected. He decided to stick with writing.
So that’s why he didn’t “kill” another king in hell last time, he was the king. He was the prime soul and he didn’t know it.
This revelation shook him to his core. He is a reborn supreme angel, and a soul worth enough to become a prime.
But that means one thing for him. That he doesn’t have to worry about convincing another to join in his schemes, that brought some weight off his shoulders.
The closest layer to hell’s core was treachery so the speaking point would be. The coldest layer yet the one near the hottest place on earth core is ironic.
So Gabriel, without time to spare, took off to get there, almost forgetting his armor and supplies- foolish for him to do so- he thought and returned for his things before setting off once more.
And with a satisfying woooshhh Gabriel was gone and off traveling towards treachery
There it was, the 9th circle of hell frozen over bodies encased in ice in the lake that covers most of the level's domain. Blue hues encolored the palace in winter lights. Auroras showing themself to the naked eye, nothing could make this place less beautiful to Gabriel yet he knew this was the most sinful of places of this world.
Gabriel peacefully wandered the snowy landscape taking in the scenery thinking about where the best spot to speak to hell would be. Before he could answer this question himself it dawned upon him, the tree of knowledge showing its ever growing treachery ; betrayal of the first “humans” towards gods warnings.
The Archangel approached the tree carefully and cautiously making sure each step was calculated and carefully enough not to “anger” or negatively disturb the plant before him.
He knelt down, with more respect than he had for the council and before he spoke he clasped his hands in a careful prayer making his wings shimmer with the colors encasing all around and leaving the only thing that didn’t fit the first ever sin, The tree of knowledge.
“Oh hell, I Gabriel the archangel of heaven ask you solemnly for your assistance in a ploy I have started a while ago.” The angel started before taking a deep breath steadying himself and continuing “If you could, Bring a few Cerebri to the heavens in different places so I could finish the things that need to be done”
And after he finished his shaky prayer he felt his muscles contract , breathing shallow, the loss of feeling in his limbs and the presence of something crawling on him. No.. crawling under his skin.
“”For you dove, this wish shall be granted but on one condition. After this ends you shall never fight with your swords again.“”
A voice whispered in his ear, it dripped with malice slithering into his thoughts like sins.
“If this is what must be sacrificed, It must be for the greater good.” Gabriel shook out in a barely audible tone before feeling his shoulders relax and his body come back to its senses.
The wind sang out with whistles, the cold air made the prime shiver and realise he could leave this cursed place to complete his mission.
When tracking back to the entrance he saw one thing changed: the sky’s auroras encased the words “granted and received”…
Probably a coincidence Gabriel thought before leaving to see how it’s going on in heaven.
Chaos enveloped the heavens Cerberi attacking anything in sight, guards trying to evacuate angels to lower or higher layers and of course the wretched council running from its problems because why would they do anything about this?
“This way I know a shortcut!” One tried to convince the rest
“No way! This exit is not elegant enough for us. We should go this way!” Another wailed out
“USE YOUR BRAINS PEOPLE! BOTH OF THESE WAYS ARE INFESTED WITH CEREBRI WE HAVE TO GO AROUND ALL OF THIS” one snapped making everyone else shut up for a while before a councilor finally spoke
“ Follow me, this way is the safest.”
and the council was out of this mess but they didn’t expect what would happen next.
Gabriel knew heaven like the back of his hand, after all he lived there as long as he can remember. He knew where the exits could be and where the least chaos would occur, and that’s where he went and matter of fact he came face to face with the council.
“Oh Gabriel! Thank the father you’re here! It seems hell has summoned its cerebri to heaven. You must do something about this before they cause too much damage to this paradise!” One said hastily not choosing any of their words carefully.
“Council, I won’t try to lie anymore about this because it’s painfully obvious. You have become corrupt after the father has left us, you have disgraced the meaning of good for your own benefit, killing people over hearing them out. God himself wanted for all to love each other but the meaning of these words have been lost because of your selfish means and any of this shouldn’t be the way it is but here we are. So the only way to cleanse this sin is to make away with its roots, and those are your Council.” Gabriel dragged out with self righteousness and a need for the council to know what took them down whilst unsheathed his swords.
“GABRIEL THIS IS HERA-“ the main councilor screeched before his head was sliced off with one clean swoop following a quiet thud. This action clashed with the lives of the other council members.
A long sigh escaped Gabriel as he looked upon the mess he left behind with the bodies of his new victims. This is the only murderer he would positively look upon.
As the Cerberi met together again Gabriel had one thought on his mind that he now had other enemies to take care of.
***
After he cleared the Hell’s troops he sheathed his weapons knowing this was his last time using them knowing the deal he made in treachery. Now he had to help out the poor souls that got dragged into this mess and made do with what the council had done unfaithfully.
Status update:
Machine id: V1
Location: Approaching hell
Current objective: Find a weapon
Mankind is dead
Blood is fuel
Hell is full
V1 ventured through the mouth of hell, beating out anything in its path quickly and effortlessly, that followed suit in limbo ending with the acquisition of its next model's knuckle blaster arm, and a weird message before it could enter the hellevator.
“Sinner, your devotion to keep going forward is fascinating. If you wish to come forward, meet king Minos and his husband in lust, or try to ascend to heaven, we welcome all kinds of souls in our paradise.”
V1 knew this voice. It was Gabriel. Its golden dove.
Knowing that this time he is alive the machine swung into the helleveator and plunged faster than before to get there as soon as possible to see if what it heard is really true. It needed to know if it is real.
There it was, The city of lust. The place where love blooms without restraint where sin is no more. The colors were bright and lively but that wasn’t what V1 came to lust for.
Wandering around without a fight was boring for the machine making it look around more frantically because it knew that sooner or later something would jump out at it. But there was nothing. The only thing surrounding this place was a lively crowd now whispering with fear about what V1 would do to them. It didn't pay any mind to the bystanders, it was on a mission to find its dove and it would do anything to get there.
“Hello there, creature of steel! What brings thou here?” Someone spoke out to the machine. And it took it a while to realise it was king Minos, the same king it fought before, but this time he had a face and actual body.
“What do thou need from our city, our people? Anything we should be able to help.” The king continued warmly welcoming V1 into the layer not knowing what it actually needed.
V1 started to frantically point out things around it in gestures that could be described as bird acting. It was doing its best, afterall it didn’t have a voice box. Minos quickly caught up on that and stopped the machine before asking
“ Do thou know sign language? If thou don’t I think there was one of those terminals you creatures of steel use you could use it so we can communicate better.”Before directing it towards the terminal.
V1 quickly took to the machine and started to look for sign language downloads so it could start communicating with the king. After finding the file it plugged itself to the terminal and promptly shut off for quicker download yet its auditory systems were on so that it could hear what happened around it if it had to fight , it was a war machine so what less could you expect from it.
Nothing really could happen, the only sentient beings around it were the judgmental crowd whispering about it , mindflayers stopping near when floating around to see the commotion and the peaceful king Minos and an unidentified voice. Wait a minute an unidentified voice? WHO was it?
After a few calibrations the machine came to the conclusion that it was the other king of hell, the one dubbed “Minos’ husband” otherwise known as Sisyphus. This time he was calmer than before not choosing to fight v1 yet their fans were still whirring anticipating a fight in the middle of lust. But it only heard a conversation between the kings.
“What you got there Minos?” Sisyphus asked curiously, peeking from the crowd then shuffling next to minos kneeling to his level.
“It's one of those newer creatures of steel that keep on appearing around here. thou know them right mi amor?” Minos answered whilst snuggling up to his bigger husband. this show of affection is not uncommon for the kings it seems V1 remarked in its processor
“Ah those machines? I saw them around. Yes, a similar model ran though earlier missing an arm glowing redder than ever. Maybe this one is a close ‘relative’?” the other king replied. the machine pondered how he too looked like after all it only knew his headless version from its countless fights with him before.
Ding
The download was complete. V1 booted up and changed back its default graphics to a lower poly so it doesn't lose blood and then it tried signing something.
something simple so it can get used to working with this new software
*”Does this work?”* that thought bumped in its processor and the instructions circled back with visual information so it could repeat.
**pointer up… then make a hole, close your hand around your thumb then close hand normally..
“does”**
**unfold the index slightly. point to the right with two fingers, close hand and take out the pinky finger close hand again
“this”**
**three fingers up, make a hole.. cross two fingers. and make a ‘peace’ sign.
“work?”**
Its signing was slow, and rough. It gave the point across but it had things to polish up so it can actually speak, not stutter.
“Yes machine, we can communicate now. So tell me what did thou want to tell me before?” Minos asked warmly after taking in what v1 signed out.
“Where is gold dove?” V1 signed quicker than before seemingly getting the hang of signing a bit, it needed to know where its dove was skipping any basic grammar to get the point across.
“ah, Child of God? He should be in heaven answering questions or helping others.
but if you need to meet him we could message him, let me just look for one of his virtues.” Sisyphus said before getting up and leaving whilst keeping an eye out for virtues.
**
after Sisyphus caught one of the virtues wandering out and about he told it to speak to Gabriel that some machine is here wanting to speak to him. And not even a while passed before a burst of light appeared and the Archangel himself appeared before the king.
“where is it? Who wants to speak to me?” he said while still appearing from the spotlight he left behind.
“That's quick” Sisyphus remarked “you usually take at least 30 minutes to come. are they special to you?” The king meant it as a joke but he knew it would make the ruler of heaven flush with embarrassment leaving the only noticeable difference being his flared wings that shone in a glittery pink.
“Let's just.. go meet the machine you speak of.” Gabriel whispered out barely notifying the king of greed. The angel's mind was occupied by something else, the question if it is his machine.
**
V1 was finally able to talk and it was chatting up the lustful king of hell asking what hell is like. It learnt that the council died a long time ago, the kings have not been killed and that Gabriel ruled the heavens peacefully without killing a single soul in at least a millennia or more. It didn't listen to that part, it was thinking about how Gabriel could look like.
Then it saw him, its golden dove but he differed from how it remembered him.
Instead of his golden rim armor he wore a chiton that didn't cover half of his chest showing his body’s golden markings, that barely glowed under the light that surrounded him. The angel's posture was also more relaxed than it ever saw from him; it reminded its archives of the god Dionysus. Furthermore it said that the Greek god was the god of wine, grape harvests, winemaking, ritual madness, and religious ecstasy. seemed close enough. It was happy to see his golden dove once again alive and well

Chapter Text
Gabriel looked down slightly at the machine glancing looking for something that would be different yet it was the same machine that sparked such passion for fighting someone as strong as him or stronger. Sadly they wouldn’t be able to duel anymore.
“Oh.. it’s you It’s really you machine.” Gabriel spoke out softly while looking at his machine, nothing was certain from his helmet, only the wings that covered his back gracefully shining in a light mix of pinks to blues embedded with purples that showed recognition.
Gabriel felt happiness start bubbling from his core he was relieved that his machine was alive and this time they could be together once more, maybe he could spar with them in a different way. He wanted to feel the compassion of fighting a stronger opponent one more time.
“So this is how you look now dove?” V1 signed crudely, they are still kind of getting used to speaking after all.
“Yes it seems so, how about we go for a stroll and talk about how Hell has changed hm?” The Angel spoke out like talking to an old friend which was unusual because he was so formal even towards the kings he had supposedly saved. Whispers have stormed the crowd around them in theories on how they knew each other even Minos and Sisyphus exchanged a small giggle saying that Gabriel finally found himself a partner after so long. They could hear his irritation from afar after that.
Lust was beaming in purples and blues bringing its city a colorful wake that made anyone mesmerized whilst staring at the surrounding architecture, V1 was noting any things it might want to check out later like the cybergrind arcade , machine blood bank and many more (no murderer needed and free murderer good good) the message pinged in v1 seemingly unnoticeable because it was on mute the entire time. Then Gabriel’s voice boomed, making the machine look at the horrendously tall angel.
“Machine, do you know what this is? Who am I? Do you remember?” He asked, voice dripping with unintentional malice and a bit of fear.
“I remember you Gabriel. I remember beating you, clearing out hell and fighting you once again as a prime soul.” V1 gestured with its arms slowly before adding “and the name is V1 id like you to use it not machine.”
“Okay ma-V1 but why specifically that?” Gabriel asked after answering.
“Machine is too generic” the machine ‘replied’
“If machine is too generic, how about… metallicum stella mea?” Gabriel suggested before turning his head away his wings lighting up in a fury of pinks and you could hear steam escaping the angel.
V1 knew a lot of languages but it couldn’t speak them so it immediately realised what the angel meant. Its fans whirred abruptly before calming down.
After this walk of silence they were met by a small cafe in lust who knew these would become so convenient. Gabriel thought before taking v1 to one of the tables outside, he pulled out a chair letting v1 sit down before sitting down himself.
Ignoring the stares of the bystanders all around Gabriel spoke softly before smiling too “what do you want to order v1?”
V1 saw that the archangel was resting his head on his hands. That action crooked his helm revealing the lower part of his face. The asymmetry of this posture fascinated the machine and it couldn't stop looking at the warm smile the angel was giving it. It was nothing it saw before while fighting him before, it all was carefully calculated thought out milliseconds in advance but this? it wasn’t, this time any of this wasn’t calculated. It was what it wanted to do not have to do to survive; they got to live, not survive. It could live with the archangel it adored before in a world where the murderers weren't needed. And it wanted to spend all the time with him.
Gabriel straightened his posture and asked the machine “V1? Are you alright? you aren't answering the question? What do you want from the menu?
V1 jolted out of their trance and signed
“I’m fine got distracted” before pointing out what they wanted.
“Alright..” the angel replied before calling up a waiter to take their order.
**
After getting their drinks they started chatting away, well it was trying to sign and Gabriel was answering normally so it more or so looked like a one sided conversation.
“So in short you were “reborn” back when you were super loyal to the council, saved the kings by faking their deaths and then made a deal with hell to take a few cerebri into heaven to make enough chaos to kill the council?” V1 asked, trying to confirm what they heard.
“Yeah I suppose that’s all, don’t forget I can’t use justice and splendor anymore for that.” Gabriel replied sheepishly whilst stirring his latte. His other hand rested near v1’s side of the table.
V1 noticed that and its processor gave it an idea, a horrible terrible idea.
While Gabriel started explaining what it's like in heaven under his free rule its been peaceful, that angels can go to hell demons to heaven and so on he didn't realise V1 put its hand on his until it whirred happily.
“What's up v1? why are you so happy sudd-” Then he realised the machine was doing, his heartbeat sped up slightly, he felt his body warm up to the touch, and his wings once more shifted in hue betraying his emotions.
“MACHINE???!?” Gabriel yelled, bringing back the attention of the other customers before teleporting in a blink of light that took them both to the Angels ‘Headquarters’. V1 was surprised how the angel reacted but it immediately sought out to see how this place looks like after all it was its first time there.
“V1..” the Archangel started. “you… Can’t do that unexpectedly u know how I react when things like that happen.” After finishing he turned his head away whilst shifting his position trying to hide his color transformation from the machine. It still saw the mess Gabriel became from the physical touch.
the machine stepped forward making the angel flinch slightly, he knew what v1 wanted to do. It kneeled before him as if it was asking for permission to touch him.
“If you really must..” Gabriel replied. Before bearing himself for the most physical touch he’d probably experienced since his creation. He really wasn't used to that.
V1 sprawled itself over Gabriel, its fans purring over Gabriel's breaths. his wings without any command moved like on autopilot covering v1 in a tight protective hug.
v1 was surprised by the angels reaction before it could look at him he started
“Just be quiet..” before wrapping his arms around the machine. nuzzling himself around it like it was a treasure so valuable that if it was lost. It would end the world.

Minos and Sisyphus were chatting about their plans for the day and if they have any to spend together before ending up on a very interesting topic.
“So you know that Gabriel and V1 left a few hours ago. they were in the cafe you know, the one we usually visit.” Sisyphus started
“Really? What happened to them? art we betting on this again?” replied Minos
“You know it. 20 bucks?” said the first.
“25 on that they fell asleep together.” The other continued.
“You got a deal” Sisyphus answered before calling one of the wandering virtues asking it to find Gabriel, and to share how he's doing.
“what did thou bet on again?” Minos asked curiously
“that they fu-

The corridors were a quiet sight , peaceful type of quiet. heels clicking from one corridor to another. people in sync symmetry following suit. But one thing wasn’t in place, a singular virtue traveling doing everything. It was on a mission: it was looking for the saviour of heaven and bringer or peace in hell. There was one place he usually resided. His quarters.
And there they were the double doors leading into the ‘sacred room’.
One knock, No answer. another, Still nothing. A peak inside shows a glowing pair of wings covering… something? Upon a closer inspection the virtue realised that the machine was sleeping on the angel and it was covering it with his wings to keep them ‘warm’. How could you keep a machine warm? they don't have skin nor flesh tissue. questions aside, the lesser angel left to share the news with hell’s kings.
while shutting the door and leaving it accidentally woke the archangel briefly without realising but it had things to do now that it had the needed information.
***
Gabriel arose from where he was but v1 wasn’t with him; it had left to go somewhere. The question is where?
the angel looked around, not particularly seeing anything he lit his wings up like a torch to see what was around him and the sign horrified him.
his v1 crucified on a cross before him. hanging lifelessly, its limbs hanging pinned upon the wooden cross.
Gabriel felt his skin crawl, eyes tear up, his legs gave out and he fell in front of the horrible sight the council's voices started to ring in his head once more.
“HERESY!” “UNWORTHY” “ YOU DEFY THE FATHERS WISHES” “DISCUSTING”
the voices spiked his senses filling his mind with agony. What did he do to deserve this? to see his beloved dead, to re-live the horrible past he barely avoided this time? WHY WAS ALL OF THIS HAPPENING TO HI-
The archangel awoke once again, this time for real sweat dripping from his face mixed with tears. The only thing that was reassuring about this was the small creature on him that looked terrified, looking upon the angel with its glaring yellow optic trying to find an answer to what was going on.
“I’m… fine. just one of those recurring nightmares i used to have..” the angel stated trying to make their next sentence seem not like he was a lunatic trying to explain that the voices are real.
“I’m gonna be alright.” Gabriel said while getting up and helping his machine too.
“i have matters to attend to, in the meantime get a look around hell or whatever you want to do just please don’t kill everyone”
then he left but before that he glanced back to look at V1 and it was repeatedly signing
‘THAT IS NOT ABSOLUTE FREEDOM TO DO ANYTHING I WANT TO DO!’
a chuckle escaped Gabriel before he disappeared into the endless hallways of the clockwork that heaven was. (has become?)
V1 thought hard about what it wanted to do. After all it had the freedom to almost do everything (but kill people)
So it compiled a list:
Check out the things it saw earlier in lust
Annoy the prime souls
Become a priest/officiant(for shits and giggles)
find v2
After careful consideration it chose to go from the bottom of the list to the top.
First: Find its younger sibling(?)
Where could they be? Not in lust maybe.. no not in limbo it got her clashed in there. Greed maybe it should be there.
And off v1 went to look for its younger sister to annoy her and make her join its journey.
***
Hell was peaceful. Less fighting if there was any self defense involved in the journey there but it was a fun experience nonetheless.
And after a while of running and jumping around there she was in the chair she was in earlier but this time her fate wasn’t sealed with death knocking it was something else more annoying.
Chat connection invite FROM: v2. accept?
Y/N
Hm? A message request? That wasn’t there the last time. Y
“We meet again, sibling.”
“I believe you have something of mine”
“Something very important”
V2 typed instantly in the chat whilst getting up. It’s new green arm shining brighter than ever
“How about this for a trade? I beat you into a fucking pulp and you give me my arm back?”
She added cracking her knuckles pulling out her nail gun.
“Not here to fight but to talk.”
V1 answered before adding a few messages explaining what they wanted to do
“i want to annoy all of hell and you are first on my list of comrades to gather”
“will you join me and wreak havoc with me or do you want to end up a splatter on the ground?”
A silence rang out between them before V2 walked forward adding her two cents to the conversation with of course arms crossed.
“Fine. but if I lose one more arm because of this I am personally shooting you in the head with a ricochet coin done by a shotgun. point blank”
V1 wasn't surprised by the comment so it replied without problem
“Alright so deal? I have a lot of ideas on my list. No time to waste”
the other machine nodded, still suspecting a surprise attack from the former model but the lack of that made her a little more comfortable with the journey ahead of them.
“Where are we going?” she asked curious about their future experiences, still a tad suspicious about the fact v1 could attack her any time without remorse.
“hell has been reformed so we shall become priests/officiants” v1 answered in the chat because it still lacked a voicebox.
“alright but add finding a Voicebox otherwise this will seem like I'm schizophrenic or something” v2 added after getting her question answered.
“added” v1 said with a thumbs up before adding to chat about their next stop
“We should ask the kings of hell, Sisyphus and Minos."
“the married officiants huh.. sure lets go”
The journey was at first awkward after all two enemies that now have teamed up to commit shenanigans was not a thing on anyone's lists except v1’s it planned this afterall.
***
“So how art thou Sisyphus? Fine day with our residents?” Minos asked, gazing towards his partner.
“I’m good. As you can see I have been chosen as the reef hanger and I am once again covered with flower crowns and other things.” The other replied, chuckling at the state he was in.
Then they heard a loud crash.
“HEY KINGS” v2 yelled at the top of her robotic lungs after kicking the castle door down. V1 waving behind her of course.
“WE GOT SHIT TO DO AND SO DO YOU LETS GET TO THE HOT TOPPIC”
she continued before calming down and letting v1 explain them both for barging in.
“So uhh.. How do we become priests? That’s the only thing we are here for to be honest” v1 signed awkwardly before adding
“ Can we do this as fast as possible?”
“Ah. That’s what thou two art here for.” Minos answered calmly before he was interrupted by his husband Sisyphus.
“You people should learn how to knock! WHAT IF WE WEREN'T TALKING PASSIVELY? HMM?” the taller king hissed out before halfway losing his temper towards the uninvited individuals before him and minos.
“calm down dear, lets hear them out as thou heard they want to become..” Minos reassured his husband before stopping and then curiously adding “priests? yeah that.”
“Well first thou need to learn the basics like the whole manuscript before officially binding people together.” Minos said after thinking for a while it was hard to explain how to become an officiant more or less a priest. then he added now focused on the task turning to look for the script that was used
“To become a priest you need to be baptized and not to mention belief in god plus other things so an officiant is what thou turn to be.”
After a while after minos left to look for the script an awkward silence followed before he emerged holding a small stack of papers.
“these art it, take a look.”
v1’s processor scanned the words quickly which it summarized the thing to:
"(Name) and (name), have you come here to enter into Marriage without coercion, freely and wholeheartedly?"
wait for answer
"Are you prepared, as you follow the path of Marriage, to love and honor each other for as long as you both shall live?"
wait again
"Are you prepared to accept children lovingly from God and to bring them up according to the law of Christ and his Church?"
wait once more
The bride and groom respond "I have" or "I am"
“ Since it is your intention to enter into the covenant of Holy Matrimony, join your right hands, and declare your consent before God and his Church.
I, (name), take you, (name), to be my partner
(the word wife was crossed out for partner with a note saying “no discrimination).
I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life.”
I, (name), take you, (name), to be my partner.
(the word husband was crossed out for partner with a note saying “no discrimination)
I promise to be faithful to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, to love you and to honor you all the days of my life.
(placing the wedding ring on their partner’s ring finger): (Name), receive this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity. until death do us part.
^ for both partners
after the couple are done you say:
“you may now kiss the bride”
V1 beeped with satisfaction before giving the paper back to minos and sending a copy of the summary to V2 via a file named “Vows and other details.png”
and V2 replied in their shared chat a simple “thx”
“One must assume thou have read the script and now know how to officiate a marriage. Well then; One bestows on thou the status:officiary of marriage. Use thy privileges wisely.”
“I owe you for one for help in such a short notice minos” the blue robot signed, its ‘superior’ thanking audibly after.
“Now this is done..” Sisyphus finally spoke up after this whole situation came to a close and soon he continued “May I ask you to kindly leave? Me and Minos have much to speak about.” he said before ushering the machines out and shutting the door closed.
“weird” v2 said, confused.
“bet they yk?” V1 sent in chat
“...how much?” she replied in the same chat.
“20?” V1 continued while taking a pouch of coins out of its wing.
“30 if one has marks on them” v2 added onto the pool of money.
“Who are you betting on?” the blue one replied once more.
“Minos.” She finalized her bet leaving V1 with one option.
“You’re on.” v1 took on the challenge. It loved the ‘adrenaline’ that came with those bets.
“Let's go get you a voice-box.” V2 said after their task logs were updated.
***
The situation in heaven was not as severe as Gabriel made it out to be. After all took over it was almost ‘automated’ with the precision and ease he built it to be. so really anything out of the ordinary was uncommon but he figured it would change after he introduced a machine as his companion.
His mind was racing with too many things to count, he was still doubtful of his decisions that led to where he was now. Not counting the fact he warmed up to the machine really quickly with the fact he fell asleep in its presence. Last time they met they were sworn enemies above all. Now he wasn't controlled, maybe that's why.
he asked a few of the counter ‘secretaries’ in heaven if there was anything to do, with the intense searching he found something. the confessions booth that was somehow still operational even though it was in some sorts… connected to the council. Why was the case? one of the angels that ran these had to call out “sick”. Nonetheless he took their place; it was something that took his thoughts off the fact he didn't know what to think about V1.
the confessions that came in though the other side were minimal. the older angels confessing for small mishaps that really didn't matter anymore. talking about the ‘redeemed’ souls of the people that now lived among them.
It was boring, Mundane and monotone and Gabriel loved that.
he didn't have to think much about it and that was the thing. All he had to do was listen and repeat the same line over and over. “don't worry, child, for we all have been cleansed of sin long ago. Live long and prosper, you have much to live for.”
until it wasn’t so simple.
“hello” A voice spoke out, unfamiliar to him but nonetheless he still asked it the question he repeated thousands of times before.
“How may One help you child?”
A silence followed. The air felt like guilt and remorse from the people who came in before.
“Ive killed many and spared none. My presence fills others with fear of the unknown.” the other side started before asking “Will you meet me face to face? or will you cower like the rest of this place?” the monotone robotic voice sent chills though Gabriel before he answered
“Of course.”
looking around he didn't see anyone near before the other party emerged from the booth, abruptly scaring Gabriel into taking out his new pair of light weapons named passion and honor respectfully adoring the colors he adored now that was similar to the pair he had before.
“V1??!!” He shouted after coming to his senses and taking a good look at the person who petrified him.
“in the steel” it replied with a robotic chuckle.
“stop with those jokes V1 they aren't funny” V2 chimed in after revealing herself from her hiding spot out of view behind the booth.
“worth it” it replied before turning back to the angel facing it now composed standing like he wasn't ready to fight seconds before.
“I’ll leave you be I somehow was ordered to officiate a wedding that's happening in a few. see you” the ‘successor’ blurted out before whiplashing away in an instant.
The room chilled with the silence that was equipped with the awkwardness of those two there.
“So why are you here Vee?” Gabriel asked curiously.
“V2 convinced me to ask you out for a ‘date’ to walk around here because she noted the flowers are beautiful” it said with a shrug as it said the word date. Gabriel couldn't help himself from the blush that crept up his neck and showed on individual feathers on his wings.
“Well.. if you want to walk with me then let’s go. I have nothing on my schedule for today anymore.” He replied trying to not hinder his voice with the fact he was slightly flustered. It's a bad tactic if they know you are weak.
“alright. well” V1 extended its arm towards Gabriel asking though action if it could take his hand. “shall we?” it asked solemnly before it took his hand. It was a lot warmer than It thought. but that wasn't important because now they were focused on their supposed ‘date’.
the garden that stretched almost through the entirety of heaven, which was a very long stretch of land. Flowers bloomed with trees adorned by fruit and a scenery that would make anyone gasp from amusement. It wasn't a new thing for Gabriel; he saw it before he knew it like the back of his hand, this was a passage around which connected the council's old meeting quarters now made into planning rooms for any events above and below. usually packed with at least a few angels daily.
“Do you come here often?” V1 asked Gabriel
“yes.. it calms me knowing this is the most peaceful place between the worlds”
***
Like that the date continued with them talking about mundane things and Gabriel adding on what happened before v1 came to hell looking for blood.
then abruptly it started beeping
“What is happening to you?” Gabriel asked. Worried for his companion.
“low on blood” it said its voicebox sounding like it was dying.
“Do you need me to give you some?” the angel asked taking out passion and holding it up to his wrist”
“no need ill go to lust there's a few stores with it see you dove” And before Gabriel could object V1 jumped down towards hell leaving him be.
this was an experience for sure.. Gabriel thought.
