Worst day ever.
Kalego woke up to his annoying alarm, ringing his ears. He groaned as he got out of bed and went to his wash his face. He looked tired. Well, he is tired. Just last night, he had to leave Babyls late because of extra paperwork. Some demon sent an application at the dead of night. Seriously, who gets a job that late??
He was already contemplating if he should take a leave of absence for today while getting himself dressed. A break from his coworkers and the brats he teaches would be nice. He decides against it though, as he thinks of how that damned principal would deduct his pay again.
A deep sigh escaped him as his thoughts went back to the JOB APPLICATION!!!!! he got last night. What was her name? Something with an H, but Kalego couldn't quite remember. He'd meet them, whoever they are, anyway. What was the point? Honestly, what was the point of anything?
Before Kalego succumbed to his thoughts, he caught a glimpse of the time. Damn it, he was already late? He cursed, a bit frustrated. Had his thinking been that long? It only felt like a minute or two. He quickly grabbed a piece of toast (spare from last night), popped it in his mouth, and flew to school.
He didn't fancy flying fast with food in his mouth, but he didn't really had a choice. Kalego arrived to school as the bell rang, students were already in their respective classrooms. Knowing HIS class, they're probably messing about.. "𝘈𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘥𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦, 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵."
He nibbles on the toast as he makes his way to his classroom, so deep in thought, he didn't see the demon walking right into him.

Both demons were, in fact, not paying attention to their surroundings. She fell on top of Kalego, along with the books and paper whatnots she was holding. Adjusting her glasses, she was terrified to see she fell on Kalego of all people. She hastily got up, holding out a hand to help him up.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't see you!"
Kalego, not taking her hand, stood up on his own with a slight scowl.
"You must be..?"
She dusts off her clothes as she stands straight, bit wanting a bad first impression. "Hannah! I'm the new hire under Professor Balam."
