Chapter Text
Dick had been in his office all day reading up on the files he had on the various overlords. In his hands he had just finished reading the file on Voltari before throwing it onto the pile of read documents.
He then leant down to pick up the last file in the box and opened it up to a file on the last lord he needed to look into for his plan at taking over the realm.
- Name: James Edmund Negatus
- Dominion: Yonderland (not quiet conquered)
He carried on reading about this lords background and weaknesses, things found lacking in his competent lords. He found a few dirty little secrets he could use to manipulate him to his will and he knew just how to do it.
“Yes” he thought “he will be perfect for the plan if I manipulate him to me he will be my little puppet”. He then placed the file onto his desk as he heard footsteps from outside. The lords have arrived.
