The Great Indian Peninsular Railway
opened in India in 1853, but in 1872 there was still unfinished in some areas in central Hindistan.
Mister Phileas William Fogg and his servants Rigodon/Passpertout and Tico were travelling by train from Allahabad, taking advantage in their way to Calcutta
The phlegmatic Mr. Fogg was thinking about what had happened a few days earlier.
They disembarked in Bombay (mumbay), and departured in the train to Allahabad, where the met british brigadier Corn.
Later deep in Hindi jungle, the railway was disrupted and they had to buy an elephant for reaching the city of Allahabad.
In their way they saw a creepy ceremony of sacrifice; a young hindi princess was to be burn alive, but they rescued her from the fanaticals.
Aoudaromy was her complete name, and Corn fell in love inmediatly to her, but in her beautiful hearth she prefered mr. Fogg
