Todomatsu sighed, how was he going to get the attention of his crush if he couldn't even cook a meal right? He was making oden, something Karamatsu liked a lot. He either had burnt some of the food or under cooked it, which was embarrassing to say the least. He knew Osomatsu liked Karamatsu too, and Osomatsu knew he liked Karamatsu. Which only made him more angry and determined to win the heart of the painful man. He had an idea pop into his head, Karamatsu liked perfume right? Why didn't he just go buy some perfume? He smiled. Quickly taking off his apron and leaving the house with only his phone. He passed Ichimatsu one the way to the mall, the messy haired boy was petting a bunch of homeless cats and feeding them. They only nodded to each other as Todomatsu went on his merry way. He finally entered the mall and tried to find a store for men products, cologne and such. When he finally spotted a store he stopped dead in his tracks. In the corner of his eye he saw Osomatsu... What was he doing here? Suddenly Todomatsu's eyes widened, Karamatsu was with him.. And they were both laughing! He stood there for a couple of moments, taking in the scene. Osomatsu seemed to be flirting with Karamatsu! HIS Karamatsu! Todomatsu growled angrily. Not on his watch.
He slowly walked over to them, not even bothering over the glare he got from Osomatsu as he smiled towards Karamatsu. "Hey Karamatsu! What are you doing here?" He asked, slightly shoving Osomatsu out of the way, which, luckily, Karamatsu didn't notice. Karamatsu smiled lightly, "We were just talking, nothing special!" Osomatsu huffed, obviously annoyed with Todomatsus' presence. Karamatsu shook his head, "Nonsense brother! Jyushimatsu told Osomatsu to pick him up a new bat, due to him breaking his last one! And Osomatsu had asked me if i cared to join, which of course, I accepted. Me being a good brother who wanted to make sure he was safe!" Karamatsu then struck an awfully painful pose. Flashing that 'cool guy' smile he usually showed. Todomatsu giggled, trying to sound cute. Osomatsu only rolled his eyes. "Is it okay if i join you guys?" He asked sweetly. Osomatsu sent him another glare, "No!", "Nonsense brother! Three is better than two!" Karamatsu said, smiling still. Todomatsu sent Osomatsu and smug grin and stuck out his tongue just before Karamatsu could see. Osomatsu only huffed once more before they all three were off looking for a bat for Jyushimatsu.
They all three stopped in front of a sports shop, and went inside. They looked in amazement at how big it was, there was stuff hanging from the ceiling, and shelves stacked with sports attire. Karamatsu snapped his fingers, bring the other two out of a trance. "Lets not ogle over things! We need to get Jyushimatsu a bat pronto!" He said, kinda heroically?? He then paced forward quickly in search for an area that had sports gear in baseball. Osomatsu pushed Todomatsu backwards before quickly following Karamatsu. And Todomatsu ended up falling on his butt. Though the other two were long gone before he even hit the ground. 'Playing dirty, are we?' Todomatsu thought bitterly. 'Well, two can play at that game' He added before quickly getting up, and searching the store for his brothers. The store was surprisingly quiet, almost peaceful. Not exactly what he expected a sports shop to be like. He speed walked down the aisles, eyes tracing all the objects and things on the shelves.Basketballs, soccer balls, tennis balls. But sadly, no brothers or bats. He sighed, he wished he could find them? Suddenly, as if the world heard his wish, he heard the two talking about which baseball bat to get. Todomatsu quickly went down the aisle and went into the next one which supposedly had the source of the voices. And sure enough, his two brothers were there, talking about which bat to get.
Todomatsu walked towards them and Osomatsu huffed once more. "Ah, brother! Decided to finally catch up with us, I see!" Karamatsu said. Todomatsu nodded, smiling slightly. He looked at the one of the bats on the shelf and the one Karamatsu was holding. "I Thought we should get Jyushimatsu this one!" Karamatsu said, pointing to the bat in his hand. Todomatsu observed the bat, it wasn't that special looking. It had a white strap around the beginning of it where you would but your hand, and it was completely made of wood. Todomatsu slid his hand up and down it, it was smooth. It felt nice actually, and he was quite surprised Karamatsu picked such a plain one. He usually felt like Karamatsu would pick something way over the top. Suddenly his hand slid over Karamatsus' hand, which was holding the bat. And Todomatsu flushed a soft pink. Karamatsu on the other hand didn't even notice, he was continuing to talk about how amazing this bat he picked was and how it was the perfect one for Jyushimatsu. Osomatsu glared daggers at Todomatsu, but he didn't even care. He was touching his crushes hand! He never felt so happy before! Suddenly and quite rudely might i add, Osomatsu ripped Todomatsus' hand away from Karamatsus' And yanked the bat out of Karamatsus' hand, "Lets just pay for it already.." He grumbled. Still, surprisingly, Karamatsu wasn't fazed at all. They went up to the counter where a kind lady resided. Her slick, black hair in a neat bun and a sports cap over it. She was wearing the shops logo on her shirt and had a name tag that read, 'Sally'. "We would like to buy this!" Karamatsu said proudly. And the woman nodded, swiping the bats small tag over a red streak of light and a small computer noise was made. "That will be 20 dollars, please!" She said kindly and Todomatsu pulled out his wallet and looked in, nothing. Todomatsu panicked slightly but looked up to see Osomatsu paying for the bat, "Don't worry, Jyushimatsu gave me some money for the bat!" He said, scratching his nose. Karamatsu smiled, "Thank you brother!" He said happily as Osomatsu sent Todomatsu a smug grin. The woman carefully put the baseball bat in a box and handed it to Karamatsu. Who took it gracefully and the three all walked out the door.
As they walked home, Osomatsu offered to carry the box and Karamatsu happily accepted, thanking his brother for the kind gesture. Todomatsu knew he was running out of time to impress and possibly win the heart of Karamatsu. So he only walked in silence as the other two had a conversation, talking about who knows what. He continued to think of ways to win the mans heart. But nothing really sounded good enough to work. "Todomatsu! Are you okay? You've been awfully quiet!" Karamatsu said, looking back at Todomatsu who was lagging behind the two. Todomatsu jumped slightly at Karamatsus' voice, before quickly nodding, "Y-yeah, Just thinking.." He mumbled, catching up with them. Karamatsu nodded, "Ah, good! I was worried for a second there!" He smiled brightly. Todomatsu blushed and looked away, trying not to let it show on his face. Osomatsu squinted his eyes at Todomatsu before saying, "What were you thinking about?". Todomatsu gulped, feeling both of them look at him. He felt himself start to sweat, what should he say?! "U-um, uh..., I-I was thinking about how beautiful it is out today! I'm so g-glad i came out today!" He cursed himself for stuttering so much. Karamatsu nodded, and Osomatsu kept glaring at him. "It is quite nice out isn't it? Maybe us three should hang out more often!" He said, once again doing that signature smile of his. Todomatsu and Osomatsu both nodded, "Yeah!" He both said and Karamatsu chuckled. Soon they came back to the house and entered, Yelling that they were home. Jyushimatsu ran at them, almost ramming into all three of them before hugging them all, "Thank you!" He said energetically before grabbing the box and running to their room saying, 'Hustle Muscle!' repeatedly. "Well, I need to get going, Don't want to leave my Karamatsu girls waiting for me!" He said, taking of his sunglasses and cleaning them before putting them back on and doing a painful pose. He then walked out the door once more to go who knows where. Osomatsu glared at Todomatsu once Karamatsu left, "He's mine!" He snarled before walking away. Todomatsu sighed, this was going to be tough. Yet the war has just begun. He walked into the living room and sat down on the couch before realizing, "The perfume!!" He screamed/whispered. The End.
