After such a long time, Bronya and Seele were finally able to reunite again.
“Remember our promise, Bronya! We’ll reunite in the real world!”
“Da, the Bronya shall remember her promise with Seele.”
And she remembered. Bronya and Seele were facing each other for the first time in a long time, they both grew up from the time they both were in this cursed orphanage under Cocolia’s guardianship.
Tears in her eyes, Seele ran up to Bronya and gave her the tightest hug, Bronya wavered a smile as she licked Seele’s tears like she did in the past.
Seele gave her very first kiss to Bronya who responded with surprise and deep love for her newfound life partner at the orphanage.
“I gave you my first kiss, Bronya! You’ll have to kiss me back when you return to take me home.”
And she remembered. Bronya gently laid her hands on Seele’s cheeks before meeting her with a precise and soft kiss. It felt like a warm “welcome back” to Seele whose eyes widened before tears left her ocean blue eyes. Bronya remembered, she remembered everything, Seele knew she could trust her dearest person.
Their lips separated after a few minutes, contemplating each other after so long, both of their eyes were widened, it only took a few seconds for Bronya to break the silence.
“The Bronya is happy to see Seele again”, ‘happy’ was an understatement there. She was relieved, she could finally talk, see, touch Seele and no one, not even Cocolia would ever get in their way ever again.
They were free.
