   Summary

   I have a theory that it's not pepperoni on the pizza but the remains of the survivors from the last round and only Elliot knows which is why he doesn't heal himself (although this version of my theory has him tasting blood in the Prologue and thinking about eating others the more we progress, hence the cannibalism tag)

   Idk if it's major character death if they're dead but come back to life after every round or not but y'know- can never be too careful
