Work Text:

Klein knew someone entered his dreams again, and I was so enjoying finally getting a peaceful night's rest. While lampooning about his luck, or rather lack thereof, Klein quickly noticed that he's in the garden again.

“You know Amani, if you keep entering my dreams like this, you might give people the wrong impression.” Knowing that the Goddess is a fellow transmigrator has made him feel a lot calmer around her. Or it's that serene aura she has?

“Amani? My, my, to think you've gotten brave enough to give me a nickname.” This time, she wasn't sitting on a garden chair, but rather standing.

“Well last time you called me kitten, and I don't think you'd appreciate me calling you something along the lines of ‘bitch’, despite it being racially correct. So Amani it is.” Klein let a smile show, just to make sure the Goddess knows he's joking about it.

Amanises on the other hand was quite shocked with Klein's abrasiveness. “ Kitten’s got claws, I can see why He might be into you. Do you always insult those that you call your friends?”

“ Surprisingly, yes. You can ask Grisha about all the stuff I've called him over the years.” Before he could continue he senses someone else entering the dream. A moment later he has a sleepy 7 year old Adam clinging to his leg, half hiding behind him, rubbing His eyes with His free hand.

“Mama, it's sleeping time, you need to rest. Meetings can wait for tomorrow.” With that last part said, Adam gave a very cold ‘childish’ glare at the Goddess who disturbed His Mother's sleep.

So cute! No wonder the kitten likes those two so much! “Don't worry, I only came to tell Klein to do a bestowment ritual in the morning.”

Klein carefully kept watching Adam. The last thing I want is for these two to start fighting in my dream. Wait… “Bestowment ritual?”

“Yes, last I checked you still require some ingredients for your Scholar of Yore potion correct? I can give you the ingredients relating to a Demonic Wolf of Fog, but you'll have to gather the rest yourself. And before you ask what I want in exchange, consider it an investment.”

“If you say so, in that case thank you.” I don't really like owing someone something, but I do need the ingredients…

“Now that that's taken care of, please leave so Mama can get some sleep.”

“Adam, don't be rude. Amani is helping me afterall. Thank you in advance for the ingredients, but maybe we can continue chatting another time?” He hoped that She won't be upset with getting kicked out of the dream.

“What a caring son, very different from the Adam I know. I'll leave you to your sleep.” With that said, She left as quickly as She appeared.

After She left, Adam pulled on his clothes and looked up with big golden dow-like eyes. “Time to go back to sleep Mama!”

Putting a hand on Adam's head, ruffling his hair, Klein agreed with a light smile.

~~

“Okay, so that's the heart and frost crystals from the Wolf of fog, and I've already written the documents of true ancient history. That just leaves the eyes and blood of a Hound of Fulgrim. I'm planning on taking the Demonic Wolf of Fog’s heart to lure out the hounds in the spirit world using the Law of Convergence. In the meantime, can you both make sure everything is ready on the island we selected?”

That morning when he woke up, he noticed that his Bizarro Sorcerer potion had fully digested throughout the night. After getting ready for the day, he did the bestowment ritual and received the ingredients from the Goddess, and right now he's making final preparations for his ritual with his sons to help.

Zarathul had been spotted around Buckland, and the plan was to do the ritual in as remote an area as possible, so that if He managed to show up, they wouldn't have to worry about collateral damage in a fight. But after mentioning hunting a Hound of Fulgrim for the last ingredients, those two have been sharing secret glances with each other, and refusing to tag along. If it wasn't for his divinations showing everything would be alright, he would have been even more suspicious.

“Alright, I'm off, I'll meet you on the island. Hopefully we'll get this done before the meeting this afternoon.” With that, Klein used the Creeping Hunger to enter the Spirit World.

~~

Klein had just obtained the eyes and blood of a Hound of Fulgrim. He did not think it would've turned out this way, he had been preparing for a fight, a hunt. No wonder Adam and Amon were giving me those looks. They probably knew this would happen. He was busy petting the hounds and didn't notice he was being observed from the sky.

The Seven Lights did not know how to feel about the scene, they've been waiting for their Lord's call for over a year now, but he hasn't contacted them in any way. Even Orange light had purposely sought out their Lord in the mortal realm not too long ago, and yet… Green light decided it's time for a more direct introduction, and started to descend.

He looked at the Lord petting the Fulgrim Hound. Did he really not know? Carefully he went down to where they were, keeping himself hidden. After observing how his young lord was petting the hounds he decided it's the best time to speak.

"Did you know they're also called the Keepers of Sefirah, my Lord?"

Hearing an unknown voice speaking behind him, Klein slowly turned around, seeing what looked like an older man dressed in a green robe. "And who might you be?" Klein noticed that the hounds surrounding him weren't on edge, but that didn't make him any less weary.

Observing the spirit in front of him, Klein realises that he is shocked, and maybe a little hurt? But he couldn't figure out why.

Our Lord really doesn't know? But... But... "My Lord? Do you really not know? We seven lights are meant to be your council and advisors! Yet, you have not called on us once since you awoke a year ago. Not even after Orange light came to see you in the mortal world…”

Being called Lord and having the spirit refer to himself and others as his ‘council’ did not ease Klein's nerves. Considering that the spirit brought up Orange light, Klein remembered the incident in Bayam with the Rose school of thought, but it did give him an idea who this being is. “I am not who you think I am, Green Light.”

“I know exactly who you are, Master of the Sefirah. And believe me when I tell you that we seven prefer seeing you sit on the throne Mr. Fool. We do not hold any love for your predecessor, nor the other candidates for Lord of Mysteries. You may call me Serapis, your Excellency.”

Soon the other seven lights joined them introducing themselves, Red light Aiur Moria, Yellow Venithan, Blue Kuthumi, Indigo Iesus, Violet Saint Germain, and finally Orange light, “It's a pleasure to be in your presence again my Lord, allow me to introduce myself once more. I am called Hilarion.”

“Pleasure is all mine. So, mind explaining exactly what you are expecting from me? I haven't even reached true Godhood yet, let alone become the new Lord of Mysteries, I see no reason for you to be loyal to me.”

It was Violet light that answered him. “There are other candidates for the position, and everyone is picking and supporting who they want to take the throne of the Spirit World, that includes us and other Spirit World creatures. You may not know this, but Lady Reinette is quite the influential force here too. We, along with a large majority of the spirit world inhabitants, would prefer you to be our ruler, and will aid you in the battle to come.”

“Even the denizens of the Underworld have acknowledged you as the ruler of the Spirit World, mostly because their Consul is loyal to you, but that detail does not matter in the grand scheme of things.” Red light continued.

Consul of the Underworld? Do they mean Mr. Azik? So I am the favourite candidate for more than a few gods then? Talk about pressure… Not that it changes anything, I was already intending to become the Lord of Mysteries to protect this world and my family…

“So how do I get in contact with you? Rituals or traveling through the Spirit world?”

“ You can do rituals to contact us in the mortal world, but you could also allow us to enter the Castle, allowing us all to discuss equality and provide you with the best possible counsel. We spend our days watching over your realm so we may see things others aren't aware of and offer unique perspectives.” It was the Indigo light’s turn to answer this time.

Free stuff is always the most expensive… “And what do you hope to gain in exchange for this counselling?”

With this Orange light stepped forward, “We hope to fulfill the duties we were created for. We only ask that you listen to what we have to say.” He took a moment to look at the others before continuing, “ Serving you would provide us with a stable anchor, preventing us from slowly going insane and dissipating into nothingness. We also wouldn't mind if your followers could be allowed to pray to us. We do so enjoy interacting with the mortal world but our place is here in the spirit world.”

Klein knew from previous research that the Seven Lights are considered safe entities to pray to, especially because they favour equal exchange for their knowledge… And having unlimited access to that knowledge does have its appeal. “If you feel like that's a fair exchange and agree not to bring harm to my followers, I do not see fault with allowing them to pray to you. I'll also call on you when I need advice or information.”

“ Thank you my Lord, we will endeavour to serve you faithfully!” Blue light bowed after he said that, the others following his lead. Soon they all disappeared, flowing like an Aurora borealis in the non-existent sky of the spirit world.

“Well, now that I have the last ingredients, time to become a Scholar of Yore.” Looking back, he saw the hounds already left sometime during his discussion with the Seven Lights.

~~

Klein had arrived at the island, and with the preparation made, had easily brewed the potion. It was dark red in colour and couldn't decide if it wanted to be a liquid or gas.

“Are both of you ready? If our theory is right, there should be feedback from Sefirah Castle when I drink this potion, and it could turn this island into a beacon.” The ritual was to wait 300 years and become a part of history. Between being born before the first epoch and his life as Klein Moretti, this potion was practically tailor made for him.

“We will keep watch, Mother. Do not worry and focus on the potion.”

“I actually hope Zaratul shows up. That way I can steal the characteristics Mom needs from him.”

These two… With a sigh, Klein steeled his nerves and drank the potion. Soon it started to feel as if he's being torn into different directions, different points in time. He quickly lost sense of his body, but before he could worry, he started to feel anchoring points. The true history. All the parts of history he has learned started to light up before him him the fog of history, like islands making themselves known in the vast ocean.

He started to gather himself, going from one point in time to the next. As he kept going further back in time, in history, he noticed that the Hounds of Fulgrim started running alongside him, excited for him to be there, in their domain. Eventually he reached the first epoch, the scene of the Giant King burying his human parents, and he went even further, to before. Eventually he stopped, standing on a rooftop of a skyscraper in his old hometown. I am back… as much as I miss this time, my family and friends, I enjoy where, when, I am now. Mum, Dad, I am happy.

He could feel his spirituality start to strain, so he quickly returned to his body. Looking around, he only saw Adam. “Did Zaratul show up?”

“Mother! Congratulations on successfully becoming a Scholar of Yore! And only a marionette showed up. Amon decided to follow…”

Klein did not hear the rest of what Adam said. He was doubling over as he received intense feedback from the portion. Am I losing control? Did something go wrong? He started feeling incredibly dizzy, but Adam was quickly at his side helping him sit on an imagined chair, casting multiple placates on him.

“...there! Mother!”

“... going on?!”

After a few minutes, or was it seconds? Klein started to get control of himself again. The potion was digested.

“That wasn't a pleasant experience…”

“Mother!””Mom!” Both his sons were around him, making sure he's ok.

Such dutiful sons I have! “I'm… I'm ok. The potion is just entirely digested and the feedback was intense.”

“Entirely digested! That's amazing Mom! Too bad I couldn't catch Zaratul now, otherwise you would have the characteristics for your next potion already~”

Glaring sideways at Amon's enthusiasm, Adam chose instead to make sure his Mother is fine. “Are you feeling alright mother, do you need anything? Does anything feel off or unusual?”

Klein, looking at his sons, placed a hand on Adam's shoulder. “I'm fine, just a bit tired. All I need is a bit of food and some rest, there's still plenty of time before the meeting for that.”

“Hey Adam, why don't you take Mom to Uncle Leo's place to rest and I'll bring some desserts?”

“How thoughtful of you. Mother, is Mr. Mitchell's house a good place to go now?”

Taking out a gold coin, Klein did a divination about if Leonard was home. As he flipped the coin he saw in his mind's eye that Leonard was indeed home, and looked like he only recently woke up. “Well, Leonard is home. I doubt he'd have a problem with a surprise visit.”

Using Creeping Hunger, Klein traveled to Leonard's home, Adam following behind to ensure His Mother gets there safely.

~~

Leonard was busy eating some bread with jam. Ever since joining the club, he changed his days off to Mondays so that he could attend without a problem. What he was not expecting for his lazy Monday afternoon was for Klein to show up out of nowhere.

“You look like shit.” The shock of seeing his friend appear before him, caused him to forget his manners. But it was the truth, Klein who always took pride in his appearance was looking rather haggard, but luckily had no wounds in sight. “Uh, do you need a medical aid box or paper and scissors?”

“Paper and scissors, dear poet? And not even a hello?” Klein couldn't help but tease as he sat down heavily at the dining table.

“Well I don't know if you want to cut some figurines to use for healing yourself. So are you hurt anywhere or do you just need some rest. Coffee maybe?”

“Coffee sounds good, three sugars please -” “Heretic” “- and you'd look like this too if you experienced what I just did. And I'm not a ‘Heretic’ for liking my coffee a bit sweet.”

“Coffee and sweet do not belong in the same sentence.” Despite his complaint, Leonard still made the coffee like Klein liked it. “Besides, what did you do to end up like this?”

“Oh nothing much, just drank the Sequence 3 potion without doing a proper ritual and digested said potion in one shot. Simple really.” Klein knew it was anything but simple.

“WHAT?!?!” Leonard nearly dropped the cups of coffee hearing what Klein said.

“It's true” This was said right behind Leonard, and he would swear forever more that he did not scream like a little girl.

“Oh Mom, I got you some Desi Pie, lemon squares, chocolate mousse, five flavours ice cream, cheese cake, blueberry tartlets, chocolate covered strawberries, meringue and a variety box of cookies!”

Klein looked at the table now stacked full with desserts and sweets. “Amon, I know you are trying your best to help me regain my energy… but this is a bit much…” how am I supposed to eat all this, even if Leonard and Amon help, it's still too much! “How about we share this with others, can you take the ice cream to Will before it melts? He's the Snake of Mercury living here in Buckland. And maybe Adam can join us?”

Just as Klein said his name, Adam sat down, almost as if he'd be waiting to be called. He probably was. Amon himself acted like he was a bit miffed of having his brother join them, but Klein didn't need to be a spectator to notice he was actually happy about it.

“Fine, I'll deliver the ice cream.”

After Amon returned, they spent a while eating and simply chatting. Klein being a family oriented social animal loved this. Adam and Amon enjoy spending time together as a family, and Leonard finally got the full story about the promotion. He also couldn't help but wonder if this is what it felt like to have a family meal. After they were done, Klein went to get a few hour's sleep before the meeting.

~~

“Good afternoon Mr. Fool!”

After the greetings were handled, Klein decided to say something first before this meeting ended up becoming chaotic. As usual, he knocked on the table to gather everyone's attention.

“I trust you all had time to digest the information from the previous meeting and that today will be more orderly?”

Various forms of “Yes, Mr. Fool” was heard all around. Everyone understood the underlying message, Mr. Fool would not tolerate them acting the same way as last week.

“Good then let us begin. Has anyone managed to gather pages from Roselle's diary this week.”

No one answered, but Amon did stick up his hand after a moment, it didn't take long before waving it too. “Yes Mr. Yin?”

“Mom, do you want me to steal the complete diaries that exist? Most of them are either in the possession of the Steam church or pirate queen.”

Holding back a sigh and the desire to rub his temples, Klein couldn't fully hide his exasperation from his voice. “ No Mr. Yin, the diary pages are there as a form of currency so that the other members may more easily trade with me. If you stole and presented it all to me, what would they possibly offer me in return for answering their questions?”

Amon got a look of realisation on his face, and the others as well. “Oh, so that's the purpose of having them gather the pages!”

Mr. Fool is truly a benevolent God, giving such a task just to make it easier for us to trade with Him. I wonder what Mr. Yin would ask if I commissioned him to steal a book on my behalf? With that, I'm sure Mr. Fool would answer all my questions about elves and fairies! Alger could help but think. But he wasn't the only one thinking that Mr. Fool benevolent after that reveal.

“No-one? Then let's move on.”

After a few trades, Mr. World selling a new characteristic, some information trades, it has finally come to the free trade.

At first it was really quiet, no one looking to begin. Leonard was about to mention something before Little Sun started to talk.

“The City of Silver has officially started to worship Mr. Fool. After we returned, the Chief called for a meeting with the Elders and had me explain Mr. Fool to them. They didn't really believe me until Mr. Amo- sorry I mean Mr. Yin showed up. We eventually convinced them that Mr. Fool stands equal to the Omnipotent and Omnipresent Creator! Oh, and the Chief completed the ritual to become a Sequence 3. The City always had the potion details but the ritual needed the blessing of a god which is why nobody could complete it until now. Mr Fool blessed the Chief’s ritual and now a lot of sequence 4 Demon Hunters are starting to prepare for the ritual as well.”

After a bit of light discussion on the events Alger brought up the next topic. “Mr. Fool, firstly I'd like to thank you for not cursing me along with the other members of the Church of Storms. I have been pretending to have the same fears as everyone else. The church had sent several researchers to Bayam to investigate this curse you placed on the clergy and mandated punishers, but they have yet to figure out what is wrong. More so, rumours have spread throughout the entire entire island about how the church has been cursed, none of the usual believers have dared to approach the building. There's been plenty of rumours and curious questions asked in the bars, but mandated punishers have been stationed everywhere with instructions to apprehend anyone suspected of having ties to You.”

Audrey, who does not have contact with the official, was very curious about this. “The Church of Storms was cursed?”

Leonard took this opportunity to speak. “Mr. Fool cursed the Church of Storms, the Church of Knowledge and Wisdom and the Church of the Eternal Blazing Sun. Those from the Storm has developed an intense fear of storms, thunder and even the ocean. Those from the Knowledge church had all their books burned and should they try to get new ones, they would immediately disappear. The Eternal Blazing Sun’s church has it the worst, their main Cathedral is shrouded in darkness that can't be dispelled. It sounds very similar to the darkness from the Forgotten Lands. At this point in time, the Evernight Church has declared neutrality.”

Hearing this, Audrey was shocked.

“You're forgetting the most important part,” it was Mr World speaking this time, “ With each curse a message was delivered, accusing the three Gods of betraying the City of Silver’s Creator, and warning their followers against them.”

“Mr. World, were you a part of this?” Audrey couldn't help but ask.

“Yes, I was the one delivering the messages using marionettes. This ensured that no actual believers in Mr. Fool would be harmed.”

Everyone was quiet at that. They knew Mr. World was Mr. Fool's Blessed and involved in a lot of dangerous operations, but this went beyond their expectations.

After a while Emlyn spoke up, “ The Church of the Earth Mother has also declared neutrality.”

“MI9 has issued and observation order on all individuals suspected of having a connection to Mr. Fool, but have no plans on taking action yet. Well, from what I've been told.”

Two churches and even the government are taking the wait and see approach? This was the thought many were having.

“In addition to those already mentioned, the Church of Steam and Machinery has also declared neutrality.” No-one has expected their Convener to speak up.

“Mr. Fool, I apologize if I'm overstepping, but could you please explain more?” This time Madam Hermit decided to take the chance to ask.

“After I started taking action against the three who harmed my Beloved, the Evernight Goddess paid me a visit, delivering the news that she, along with the Earth Mother, the Sanguine Ancestor and the God of Steam have all decided to declare neutrality.”

Leonard was shocked at hearing this, he thought that he could surprise Klein with this news. “Mr. Fool, could you perhaps explain the nature of your relationship with the Evernight Goddess?”

Everyone perked up immediately. This is something they all want to know, but none wanted to risk prying. Either they get an answer, they don't or Mr. Star would be punished.

“She has great taste in tea.” Take that dear Poet, I'm not revealing Her secrets so easily. Besides, the tea in the dream was good.

Everyone was silent.

Tea? Does Mr Fool drink tea with the Night Goddess on a regular basis? What about the other gods? Wait, was this declaration of neutrality actually a show of difference to a stronger God? Alger’s thoughts were running wind. If anyone bothered to pay attention the would have noticed Mr. Yang looking at him in curiosity.

Sharron decided now was as good a time as any to change the subject. “ Excuse me everyone, but I would like some advice on a scenario. Soon I will be able to obtain an ingredient for my next sequence. This ingredient is quite large and unwieldy, and the most opportune time would involve the risk of getting caught by either military, MI9 or the Rose school of thought’s Indulgence faction.”

Klein was shocked, not by the scenario but rather how much she just spoke. The rest of the club considered the situation, so they weren't saying anything, so Klein decided to make Mr World speak. “ I would suggest commissioning Mr. Yin. He is a high sequence Marauder, stealing is very much his speciality.” At this, Amon looked at her with a cheeky grin and gave a little wave. “ If you are not comfortable with that, you could always negotiate with other members and myself to assist you in gathering that ingredient.”

Leonard decided to add his two cents as well. “Not all of us might be able to help, considering our ties to official organisations or churches, but there are some of us that rent out our useful artifacts.”

“Thank you, I will consider this advice.”

Danitz had been quiet the entire meeting but finally worked up the courage to ask. “Uhm, Mr. Fool? Would it be possible to speak privately please? After this meeting?”

This sparked a bit of curiosity in everyone, but Alger would bet a thousand pounds on the reason why.

A private audience huh? Is planning to ask about being a Divine Oracle? Klein knew about his discussion with the Hanged Man. Amon was all too eager to tell him about what He'd overheard.

“Is this concerning your status as Divine Oracle?”

So I was right?! Alger couldn't stop the feeling of pride at being correct about this. The rest of the Tarot Club was looking at Mr Strength in interest. They've all heard about Divine Oracles, the messenger of the Gods.

Oh what it would be like to hear the voice of the Ancestor! Emlyn was jealous, wanting to be a Divine Oracle himself. Derrick was similar, he would gladly become Mr. Fool's sacred messenger.

Both Cattleya and Fors on the other hand, pitied him. They both have suffered due to hearing the words of a higher existence, and suffered because of it.

Danitz felt very self conscious seeing everyone watching him. “ Yeah, I-I mean yes, Mr. Fool. I don't know what it means or even why you chose me in the first place.”

“You needn't worry about it now, only after I have a proper church built would you play a bigger role. As for why, perhaps in time you'll realise why I chose you.”

After that, it was silent, it seemed like everyone was done, but Klein could see Adam looking a bit uncomfortable, fidgeting with his hand.

“Anyone else wish to discuss something?” No-one spoke up or gave any indication of wanting to say something. Adam, what are you hiring? “Do you wish to tell me something Mr. Yang?”

Adam froze upon hearing the question, and he knew that hiding it would only make it worse. “Before you awoke Mother, I was planning on completing my Apotheosis Ritual. It involves dictating the turning of the times. For centuries I've been working on leading a war to happen, one that would affect everyone so as to have the highest success rate. Since realising that You are awake, I've been doing what I can to prevent this war from breaking out. I… have not been successful, and this war can start as soon as tomorrow.” Adam's head hung in shame having to admit his failure.

“A war to affect everyone… A World War.” Klein sighed after saying this, he knew about how bad a world war is, learned about both of them during school.

“Yes Mother. That's the best way to describe it, a World War.”

Everyone was pensive at this news, a few even shooting a few nasty looks at Adam for bringing this about. Audrey, as much as she wanted to blame Adam, could see the clearest just how much He is regretting His decisions and actions.

“A war like this is inevitable. And try as you might, once humans have set their minds on something, they will see it through. Especially something like war, because to pull back now would damage their pride as a nation, their egos as rulers and increase their fear of being dominated. Humans in power would do anything to keep it, doesn't matter how many lives it would cost, for that is the greed that consumes them.”

Adam looked up at Mr. Fool. “Mother, how can you be so sure that it's inevitable?”

“Simple really, it has happened twice before already. The first World War was called the War to End All Wars. It didn't. If you cannot prevent something, then the best thing you can do is prevent casualties and provide aid in the aftermath.”

“Thank you mother, I will do that.”

Looking around at all the pensive faces, Klein didn't want to end the meeting on such a dreary note. He decided to try and cheer everyone up the best way he knows how: food, specifically sweet treats.

Slowly, in a way that catches everyone's attention, Klein sticks his hand into the Historical Void in front of him, pulling out a large container. Everyone was curious about what he's about to do.

Slowly he opens the container and hands it to Miss Justice, telling her gently “Take one and pass it around.”

He waited patiently as the container was passed around, watching as all of them curiously observed the item. Eventually it reached Mr Hanged Man, and back to him. Taking one out himself, he held it up front.

“This is called a Jian Dui, or Sesame Ball, a type of fried pastry from my hometown.” And with that, he ate the one in his hand. It took all his self control not to burst into tears tasting the treat, and the red bean paste filling.

Everyone followed Mr. Fool's lead, trying the odd pastry. Most seemed to enjoy it, Adam and Amon the most, while others didn't like Leonard (why is everything Klein likes so sweet?) and Emlyn (I would have preferred some fresh blood from a young girl…). Seeing everyone is in a better mood, Klein ended the meeting. He stayed above the fog to finish the remaining treats before the projection ended. I don't think I've been more grateful than this for a beyonder power!

Bonus scene:

Will knew today would be an interesting day, and had made slight changes to the fates around him so he'll be in his nursery for a ‘nap time’ in the early afternoon.

He was waiting for the change in fate he sensed, we suddenly…

“Hello little snakey~”

Will was horrified, he felt like crying, but the feeling was immediately stolen.

“Now, now, no need to cry. Mother asked me to bring you some ice cream after all!” With that said, Amon put down the 5 flavours of ice cream in his crib and disappeared.

“The only person who knows that I like ice cream is that seer… Wait, did the Blasphemer Amon call him Mother? First Ouroboros shows up in Buckland again and now Amon?! What have I gotten myself into?” Will wanted to cry over his bad luck, but couldn't because Amon temporarily stole his ability to do so, I hope it's only temporary… At least I got some ice cream, I guess?

Notes:

Poor little Will, but no use crying of spilled ice cream.
