Summary
Once, they were unstoppable — the band everyone wanted, the couple everyone envied. Kira Timurov’s discipline and Yumeko Jabami’s chaos burned together onstage like lightning in a bottle. Until the cracks split wide: creative clashes, trust issues, heartbreak bleeding into music.
Now the band is broken in two. Riri and Suki stand at Kira’s side; Mary and Ryan follow Yumeko; the fans argue endlessly over who’s to blame. They still end up at the same shows, still forced into rehearsals, interviews, and charity gigs together. Every encounter reopens old wounds. Every song sounds like a confession.
Kira tells herself she’s moved on — writing new tracks, drinking, distracting herself with anyone but Yumeko. Yumeko hides her hurt in grins and risky stunts, her voice sharper, wilder than ever. Yet no matter how far they spiral, their music keeps dragging them back to each other.
Through flashbacks of love, jealousy, and the fights that tore them apart, and present-day moments where the chemistry refuses to die, both women are forced to admit the truth: the breakup was never about music. It was about fear. Fear of being caged, fear of being abandoned, fear of losing the only person who ever truly saw them.
