It hasn’t been long since the Hero of Epic world saved their village, of course, they would get their usual attacks by the ink creatures sometimes but that would get resolved easily. They found the Hero quite charming, and he himself knew that. Despite their relationship with their saviour, the villagers themselves liked each other, but there were two that had an interesting relationship. The Baker, whom baked the food for the other villagers, and The Miner, the one responsible for keeping the mines intact. Those two saw each other differently, much more than friendly neighbours, and much more than friends.
The Miner was the first to fall for her, seeing her almost brunette and ginger hair with her favourite cooking dress made her go wild. Just thinking about being with her made her go insane, it would’ve been a dream come true. The Baker after realising that the Miner was interested in her, began to fall for her too. Her hardworking manner, the more tomboyish attitude she had and her pretty blonde hair. Both knew that they loved each other, and that they were definitely not discreet about it. It was definitely noticeable that they had a special bond towards each other.
After some time, it was clear as day that those two were flirting with their mails and letters. Not in a weird way, but in which they both desired one another to the point their relationship felt inseparable. They would bring gifts anonymously yet both knew it were them. One day, the Miner after a hard day working in the mines, came to the Baker’s house.
“Can I come in pleeasee?”
The Baker opened the door for her and saw the dirty gravel on her clothes and face. “Another hard day of mining eh?” She told chuckling. The Miner came into her house without saying anything to her, and sat on her couch. “Hey, I need to tell you something.” While stirring some tea that the Baker gave her. Now both are sitting in the couch while the Baker asks “Yeah what’s going on?”.
“I think our relationship is much bigger than us being girlfriends. Would you like to, uhm, say marry me?” The Baker nearly spitting out her tea while the Miner told her this. “Marry?” She said shockingly. “Yes, I actually wanted to tell you this for quite some time but I never gave it a shot.” As she stared at her glass cup. The Baker thought about her question for some time, taking a cookie from the box, feeding it to the Miner and saying “Why yes, I actually do want to marry. Listen, I also had some feelings for you for a while, and I’m happy to say that, yes, I do want to marry you.” While faintly smiling. The Miner also smiled but since she had a cookie in her mouth it was more awkward for her.
After swallowing her biscuit, the Miner cleaned her face and went up close to the Baker to gently kiss her in the lips and cheeks. The Baker, flattered by this, also kissed her cheek, as they both giggled to what just had happened. “Wait, I need to give you something.” The Miner breaking her chuckling, as she pulled out a small but not tiny box. “Is this for me?” The Baker asked. “Yes, go ahead and open it.” As she handles her the box. Inside the box was an amethyst bracelet, with the jewel carved not perfectly but not sloppily. “I can tell you made this yourself haha.” As she’s putting the bracelet on. “I did actually, do you like it?” The Miner and the Baker looked at each other, and they kissed. “I love you.” “Me too.” as the Miner gently kisses her neck.
Hii, after notes here, uhm this is my first yuri fic and I’m pretty proud of it so far lol? There is barely enough DaSE content soo I had to fill in the gaps, expect more fics like these thanchuuu.
