Summary
Before the court stands a seemingly simple dilemma: should the 4 years old boy remain with his mother, a poor, broken, junkie woman who works at a strip club, or should custody be granted to his wealthy, powerful stepfather, to whom the boy is deeply attached?
Oh, and one more small detail. The stepfather is a pedophile, but I’m sure that won’t affect the outcome of the trial.
