Chapter Text
Daffy Duck was walking into the lunchroom of the Warner Brothers studio, when he heard crying. He decided to see who was crying. Then, he saw Wile E. Coyote crying. He was hitting at a table and was crying out loud.
'What does Wile E. has to cry about? He still have a job,' thought Daffy. He wanted to know. So, he walked toward the table where Wile E Coyote was sitting and stopped near him.
"What are you crying about, Wile E," demanded Daffy. Wile E. noticed Daffy. He decided that Daffy deserved an answer.
"No matter what I do, I always get hurt every time I go after the Road Runner. The writers of the Road Runner cartoon doesn't like me," cried Wile E. Then, he cried a little louder. Daffy couldn't stand it.
"What if I wrote a cartoon where you get the best of the Road Runner?" suggested Daffy. Wile E. stopped crying.
"Can you do it for me?" asked Wile E. happily. There was some hope in his voice.
"I has wrote two cartoons for Warner Brothers before. How hard can a third cartoon by me can be?" asked Daffy. Once he has an idea, Daffy went to his office and began to type on a typewriter. He was trying to think about a cartoon where Wile E. got the best of the Road Runner. He wrote one idea down and then rejected it. He tried another idea, but it didn't work for him. Soon, bugs Bunny walked into Daffy's office. He saw Daffy trying to write a script.
"What's up, doc?" asked Bugs Bunny, Daffy turned to look at Bugs.
"I'm trying to write a script for a Road Runner cartoon where Wile E. Coyote get the best of him," answered Daffy. Bugs knew that Daffy has wrote scripts for Warner Brothers before. He even wrote a Duck Dodgers cartoon series, even if it was under a pen name.
"Let me guess. You heard Wile E. crying his heart out and felt sorry for him. It was the same trick that Elmer did once that got him to appear in a Bugs Bunny cartoon as a cartoon creator that make me look like a fool," remembered Bugs.
"I'm looking for a way for Wile. E. to win against the Road Runner for once that made sense," said Daffy. Bugs gave Daffy's trouble some thoughts. Then, he has an idea.
"I has an idea, but I has to do some studying to see if it could work," said Bugs. Then, he left Daffy's office. To be continued.
