Hyoudou Issei walked out towards his school gate with deep sadness in his heart.
The heaviness in his legs as he walked indicated that he was experiencing the most pain in his life. His head was bowed and his eyes were blank as he walked, oblivious to everything around him.
He didn't care about the heavy rain that hit him, he kept walking with his head down to cover his sadness.
He was originally a cheerful and kind person even though he had a huge lust for women's breasts, but he was still a good person. He will even fight anyone who hurts the people he loves without fear.
So, what caused him to be like this now?
The answer was the events of a while ago.
He was called to the student council room by Sona Sitri, a High-class Devil and student council president of Kuoh Academy.
He didn't know why he was summoned, as he rarely communicated with Sona and her peerages other than Saji, but he went anyway. Upon arriving, he was surprised by the large number of people in the room.
There is Sona and her peerages, there is also his king, Rias Gremory and her peerages as well. He raised an eyebrow because he also saw two Satans, namely Sirzech Lucifer and Serafal Leviathan and did not forget Sirzech's wife, Grayfia Lucifuge. But what surprised him the most was the presence of a person he had recently met as well as his eternal rival, Vali Lucifer. The holder of the Longinus-class Sacred Gear Divine Dividing, the power that comes from the Vanishing Dragon Albion or also known as the White Dragon Emperor.
Just like Vali, he also has a Longinus-class Sacred Gear that is Boosted Gear, the power that comes from the Welsh Dragon Ddraig who is also known as the Red Dragon Emperor.
The existence of these two Sacred Gears within them made them destined to fight each other.
Upon seeing Vali, Issei immediately moved to attack him but his actions were stopped immediately by Rias.
In confusion he asked Rias what the reason was, and Rias answered.
“I need him.”
Hearing those words made Issei freeze immediately. He felt something was wrong here, he just realized that everyone was looking at him with cold eyes, different from the gazes he had seen so far.
“W-why?” he shakily asked his king.
Rias who previously closed her eyes is now looking at him coldly, “Issei, I don't need you anymore because you're too weak, no matter how much you practice it won't make you strong. Plus that perverted behavior of yours will make an bad impact on me and my peerages. With Vali here, it will make my life better.”
Issei was silent with wide eyes, he couldn't believe what he heard. Rias Gremory, the one who had saved his life and his loved ones, had just thrown him away.
Trembling, he looked at the others. He looked at Kiba who gave him a cold stare, Akeno who usually teased him also looked at him like that. Koneko who usually looked at him with disdain was now added with a cold stare like the others. Only Asia didn't look at him, she was hiding while closing her eyes.
Unable to stand all the stares, he ran. He ran as fast as he could without looking back, he just wanted to get away from them all.
He felt his world collapsing. People he calls friends, people he considers family, even people he loves. No one reciprocated those feelings, they just thought of him as a weak and disgusting person who was not expected to exist.
After walking for a while, he stopped right in front of the school gate.
He looked up at the dark clouds pouring down heavy rain, his tears were covered by the rain hitting his face, but you could see his reddened eyes showed how much he had cried.
“Ddraig,” he whispered.
“Partner,” Ddraig responded in his mind.
“I….. what should I do now…” he said hoarsely.
“Don’t listen to them!” Ddraig growled, he is also angry at the Devils’ behavior towards his partner. “It’s true that you’re very weak right now, but you’ve only awakened me a few months ago and you’ve already been able to harness my power to this extent. You still have a long way to go, but that doesn’t mean you’ll stay weak.”
“………” Issei didn't know what to say. It's true as Ddraig said, there's still a long way to go. But after looking at the devils' gazes, it made his chest hurt.
“I…..” just before he finished his words, something happened. Right under his feet, there was a red magic circle that made him unable to move, “Ddraig!!” he shouted in fear.
“This is Gremory's long range destruction magic,” thought Ddraig, he managed to draw one conclusion and it made him very angry, “I see, so you weren't enough to destroy this kid with your words, now you decided to kill him right!!? FUCKING DEVILS!”
Ddraig wanted to exterminate those devils, but he had more serious problems now. If it continues like this, Issei will die.
Ddraig could have just let Issei die and move on to the next owner. But the bond he has with Issei is so strong that he considers Issei his human best friend. Dragons are arrogant creatures, making a Dragon make friendly relations with humans shows how close their relationship is.
So, Ddraig did something he had never done to his previous owner.
He had to save his partner.
“D-Ddraig, w-what should we do!!” Issei shouted in fear.
“Sorry, partner. I have to do this!”
Right after that, a huge explosion could be heard throughout the Kuoh academy. But since the school was now empty no one listened to it but the devils.
The smoke from the explosion quickly dissipated due to the heavy rain, great destruction engulfed the school grounds.
And Hyoudou Issei's body was nowhere to be found.

Sirzech Lucifer didn't like what he had just done at all.
With tightly clenched fists, he gazed at the location where Issei Hyoudou has just been eliminated.
Yes, he just sent an innocent child to his death.
He really didn't like that, because it was against his principles.
But it all needs to be done, especially when it concerns the life of his beloved sister.
“Are you satisfied now, White Dragon Emperor?” Sirzech sharply asked Vali Lucifer.
“You did it perfectly, Satan Lucifer,” Said Vali who was staring at the scene while crossing his arms.
“Then, according to our agreement. You will help Rias fight Riser Phenex and his peerages,” Sirzech said.
"Yes, but remember one thing, I won't be joining the peerage or anything like that. I'll be going alone," Vali said, then left using a magic circle.
That was what was happening now. It was actually against the rules to have someone who wasn't part of the family interfere in something like this, but using his position as Satan, he was able to get around it.
Regarding Sirzech's sister, Rias was too desperate because her engagement schedule with Riser Phenex was almost approaching.
Of course Rias refused to marry that perverted bastard, that's why a match called the Rating Game was held, which is a match between two high-class devils and their peerages.
But Riser and his peerages were too strong for Rias, that's why she tried desperately to find a strong peerage. And that's where she found Hyoudou Issei, she felt something strong in Issei and made him a member of her peerages.
But she was very disappointed, even though Issei had a very powerful Sacred Gear but the young man had absolutely no potential to become strong, plus his perverted behavior made Rias even more desperate.
That's where Vali appeared, he made a deal with Sirzech that he can help Rias but on one condition, they have to kill Hyoudou Issei.
Vali could have killed Issei with his own hands, but Issei was in the territory controlled by the Gremory and Sitri, so he didn't want to cause too much trouble. At least not yet.
For Vali, fighting against a strong opponent means a lot to him, as his ultimate goal is to fight one of the two strongest Dragon Gods in the world, Great Red. So, fighting his eternal rival is something he's been waiting for. But after learning that Issei was just a perverted trash, he was so disappointed that he came up with this plan.
Rias desperately wanted to refuse that condition, but she had no other option to free her from Riser. After discussing with her brother, they finally made a decision, which was to accept Vali's offer.
Sirzech sighed when Vali left, this was probably one of the toughest problems he's had since becoming Satan.
In normal society's view, a devil should feel happy after they do something evil like killing.
But Sirzech is not that kind of devil, he is a noble devil who wants prosperity for his people, especially since the devil race has been greatly reduced since the great war and civil war.
“Haah, I didn't think we had to do that,” said Serafall as she plopped down on the sofa.
“You don't have to do it either, Sera,” Sirzech said.
“I know, but I also want to share the burden with you. I know that you hate this plan.”
Sirzech's expression which had been troubled from earlier softened slightly before smiling sincerely, “Thanks.”
Serafall nodded with a smile, “Well, since the matter has been resolved, I guess it's time to go even though I still want to be here.”
“You still have a lot of work to do, onee-sama,” Sona said.
“I know,” replied Serafall before jumping up to hug her beloved sister, Sona frowned but didn't resist the hug from her sister. “You also don't have to think too much about it, it hurts but sometimes sacrifice is needed,” said Serafall softly.
Sona calmed down a little when she heard her sister's words, "Yes, I know. But I'm not the one who needs those words right now."
Sirzech turned to his sister, “Rias, I'll be back too. As Sera said, you don't have to think too much about it.”
Rias nods tensely, “I understand, nii-sama. Thank you.”
After that, the two Satans and Grayfia disappeared in a magic circle, returning to the underworld.
After the two Satans left, the young devils could finally breathe a sigh of relief. Everyone immediately relaxed themselves respectively.
It was a tough day for them, even though they were used to killing like stray devils, but it was the first time for them to have someone they know killed.
“I know we have to do all this, but should we be like that to him?” said Kiba who didn't hide his annoyance at all. It was rare for him to be unable to contain himself.
“It seemed like a request from Vali himself. He wanted the Welsh Dragon to have great hatred so that the next Boosted Gear wielder would be a strong person,” Akeno said tiredly.
“An unreasonable reason, and won't we also become targets.”
“It's likely that the next Boosted Gear possessor will be in decades, and Lord Lucifer and my sister will also guarantee our safety,” Sona said calmly, but those who knew her well would know that she was tired too.
After that the room fell silent again, Koneko had a sad expression on her face, indeed she has always been rude and cold towards Issei but that doesn't mean she hates him, she just doesn't like Issei's lecherous behavior and she also knows that Issei is a person who shouldn't deserve it such a fate.
Asia didn't hide her sadness at all, she cried and sobbed in the corner of the room. Issei had an important role in her life. Issei had risked his life to save Asia in the fallen angel's grasp when no one wanted to help her.
When everything happened a few moments ago, Asia couldn't do anything, she couldn't even speak and just hid behind everyone because she couldn't look at Issei. She hated herself so much for being such a coward.
Meanwhile Rias remained standing by the window and continued to stare at the place of Issei's death, tears kept flowing from her eyes. Even though Issei did disappoint her but she still loves Issei as much as she loves his other peerages, because of that she is very sad for Issei's death especially because she was the main reason for his death.
“I'm sorry, Issei. But……..” her eyes closed while thinking about Issei.
“My life is more important.”
Despite all that, Devil is still a selfish creature.

In a place that was only surrounded by darkness and emptiness, a bright red light appeared.
After the light faded, Hyoudou Issei appeared in a stupor.
His clothes were tattered and his body was covered in blood, but the worst part was that the part from his leg to his knee was missing, luckily the bleeding had stopped.
His left hand was completely covered in red armor with a green gem in his hand. It was Issei's Sacred Gear, Boosted Gear. A longinus tier Sacred Gear that contains the soul of the Welsh Dragon Ddraig inside.
“That was close,” Ddraig said. “If I didn't forcibly control his body, both of us would have died.”
That's what Ddraig did.
Just before Sirzech's magic took full effect, Ddraig forcibly controlled Issei's body and teleported anywhere randomly.
This is very risky because it could kill Issei, it is the same as forcibly seizing control of the driver when the car is moving at high speed, a small mistake could cause a fatal accident.
But Ddraig succeeded and teleported straight away, even if it wasn't for nothing. Sirzech's magic managed to crush Issei's legs to his knees, leaving the boy now without legs to walk.
“Damn!” grumbled Ddraig. “This is the worst thing that happened to me after being defeated by Yahweh. And where am I now?”
Through the gems, he looked around and couldn't see any land at all. All he saw was total darkness but strangely he could still clearly see Issei's body and he felt that gravity was not here because Issei's body kept floating.
“What is this place?” Ddraig was confused. Having been forcibly and randomly teleported, he had no idea where he was. This was his first time here, and the silence was unsettling.
He can't control Issei's body anymore, it's dangerous. There was a chance the boy would die this time, so he didn't.
Suddenly he felt something was coming, he was sure of it. He was alert and felt uneasy because there was no protection this time because Issei was still unconscious.
Then it came. A small light, but then it slowly grew closer to them. And that's when Ddraig froze.
The light was getting wider but that wasn't what made Ddraig freeze. It was the strength at the end of the light.
This was the first time Ddraig felt scared and dwarfed. Even when faced with Dragon Gods like Great Red and Ophis, Ddraig had never felt scared even though the difference in power was too great. But this felt different. It was an overwhelming power that could make the two Dragon Gods look like ants.
When the light finally hit Issei completely, his body was then dragged into the light.
Ddraig finally came to his senses from his shock and was now feeling very anxious, “No, no, this can't be happening!!” shouted Ddraig frantically as Issei continued to be dragged away.
He didn't feel any ill will from the strength that was pulling Issei, what he was afraid of was that Issei's body was slowly being eroded because all the energy in the void entered Issei's body.
Issei's body couldn't possibly accept all that energy. He was still a human or devil with flesh and blood. His body could disintegrate upon receiving a force much stronger for him to contain.
Ddraig's mind accelerated to think of something that could save them. He could feel Issei's body slowly crumbling.
After thousands of thoughts running through his mind, he was finally able to come up with something. Something that could save Issei from this situation.
However.
If he did this, he would be the one to die. Usually he didn't think much of death after being made a Sacred Gear by the God of the Bible because after death he would usually transfer to the body of the next owner.
But this time not. If he carried out this plan, not only would he die, but he would not be able to rise again and he would be lost forever from the list of the Bible God's sacred gear.
Was it all worth it for him to do this? Did he really have to save this boy?
His mind went back to the first time he met Issei.
Hyoudou Issei, a human child who comes from an ordinary family, a true pervert who worships breasts. His life is like a loser.
But.
Issei's soul is the kindest soul Ddraig has ever met. A person who helps anyone even at the risk of his life. Ever since Issei awakened his powers, they have become very close ever since.
Now this child is faced with relentless misfortune. Betrayed by the people he called friends, family and loved ones. And now he was also dragged away by a mysterious power that could cause his life to be lost.
Does this kid deserves all that? After all the effort he put in for everyone.
No. He didn't deserve an ending like this.
He doesn't deserve that. And he deserves a better life.

“GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!” An overwhelming roar and fury burst out from the Welsh Dragon Ddraig.
“DAMN YOU, DEVILS!!!!”, Ddraig Roar. “NOT JUST BETRAYING THIS BOY, YOU EVEN LOOK DOWN ON ME LIKE THIS!! ONE DAY I WILL DEFINITELY AVENGE ALL THESE INSULTS !! REMEMBER THAT!! I, WELSH DRAGON DDRAIG WILL DEFINITELY EXTERMINATE ALL OF YOU DAMN IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTT!!!”
“Partner, listen to me!!” shouted Ddraig. “I don't know what you're going to go through after this, but stay alive!! Don't give up, achieve whatever dream you want, and from now on look for someone you really trust! Show everyone that you are not someone to be underestimated!!!”
After that, Ddraig gave all his soul and body that was in the Boosted Gear to Issei's body, turning the boy into something else.
Then the unconscious Issei was dragged completely into the light at high speed.

A Giant Dragon was fast asleep in the outer part of the universe, in a place that no one would be able to reach.
In all its glory, the Dragon is shaped like a western dragon, has two arms and legs, a muscular body, wide and beautiful wings, and hard sky blue scales.
The dragon had been sleeping among the various universes for a very long time waiting for something to wake him up.
Suddenly the Dragon opened his eyes, his golden eyes staring somewhere.
The dragon continued to stare at the place as if something was about to emerge from there.
And sure enough, a small light appeared from that place, the light slowly enlarged until it could blind the eyes but the Dragon continued to stare at the light without blinking.
After the light faded, Hyoudou Issei's body was seen fainting, there was no damage to his body and his missing legs were back.
Upon seeing Issei, the dragon glowed. Its enormous body, even larger than the universe itself, slowly shrank and transformed into a human form.
He looks like a man who is in his early 20s, his hair that is more than shoulder length is the same color as his dragon scales, his clothes are like Changsan Chinese clothes which are black and gold on the buttons of his shirt and his pants are black and loose.
His golden eyes looked at Issei sadly. He then floated closer to Issei and looked closely at his body, then he smiled gently.
“Thanks for saving him, Ddraig. You two will definitely meet again someday,” he said softly.
He could feel that the structure of Issei's body and soul was the same as his own.
The result of the union of Ddraig's soul and the amount of energy that entered Issei's body when the light engulfed him made Issei turn into a Spiritual Life Form, the Supreme Divine Spirit.
It was a life form that was no longer bound by the limits of life and lifespan, no matter what abnormal circumstances one faced. In short they are immortal beings.
“You must have gone through a lot to get here,” he said. “Since this is your new life then I will give you a name. From today your name is Velmeer.”
After that Issei's body shone and then the light faded slowly. He then smiled when he felt a connection between him and Issei.
Connection between siblings.
“Welcome to your third life, Velmeer.”

‘Issei, I no longer need you.’
His heart ached when he heard those words.
‘No matter what you do you will remain weak.’
He know.
‘That perverted behavior of yours is a bad influence on me and my peerages.’
Yeah, he knows. After everything that had happened, he knew that his behavior all along had been trash. Why did he have a goal like becoming a harem king when his own actions made the girls hate him?
Now it's too late to change, his life was ruined.
Then he felt something beneath him, a red light.
‘D-Ddraig!’
He screamed in fright.
‘Sorry, partner. I have to do this!’
Then he was swallowed by the red light completely.
“AAAAAAHHHHHH,” Issei woke up screaming when he just had a bad dream.
He lifted himself up from the bed, his body was sweating, his heart was beating fast, and his breathing was heavy.
“D-Dream?” he asked while gasping for air, then he felt something inside him hurt. “No. It's not a dream,” he said while putting his hand on his chest, it hurt.
He just got dumped. He had just been dumped by the people he considered family and loved ones.
It was painful for him, although he also knew that it was his own fault in the first place because he was weak.
He lowered his head. He wanted to calm himself down first after everything he's been through.
After a few minutes, he felt himself a little calmer than before.
“Ddraig, how are you doing?” he tried to ask his partner.
But no answer.
“Ddraig?”
No answer either.
“Ddraig!? Come on buddy, this isn't funny,” he said frantically.
He tried to activate the boosted gear, but nothing happened.
“W-what happened? Ddraig, please answer!”
His partner still didn't answer, in fact he didn't even feel Ddraig's presence inside him.
He looked around frantically, thinking that this was a joke from Ddraig.
It was then that he realized that he was now in an unfamiliar place, the room he was in was very clean, had white walls and quality marble floors.
“W-where am I?” he wondered frantically, he then looked out the window and that's when he froze.
There is nothing around this house, even this house looks like it's floating in the air. All he could see was the scenery around him that was filled with stars, he could even see something spiraling round and lit up in the center, it looked like…….
He stopped.
His body was shaking violently, his face was pale and sweat was profusely running down his skin.
“N-No. No. I-this is impossible. I must still be dreaming. There's no way I can clearly see the shape of the universe I learned from a school book!! Not just one, but so many that I can't count,” Issei shouted inside his head.
He was so scared now. Not only had his partner disappeared, but now he was also somehow outside the universe.
“Ah, you're awake,” said a soft voice behind him.
He froze. Slowly, he turned to the source of the voice. It was a man with long hair and golden eyes, he was carrying two glasses in his hands.
“W-Where am I? Why am I here?” he asked carefully because he could clearly feel that the person in front of him was not human.
The man is smiling, “You are now in my house after I saved you, I think you still remember the state you were in before you faint?”
Issei recalled the time he was swallowed by the red light before he passed out, but after that he could faintly feel the screams from Ddraig.
“I see. Sorry for my previous behavior, and thank you for saving me,” he said after feeling a little more at ease.
“You're welcome,” said the man with a gentle smile, then he handed Issei a glass of hot tea. “Here drink it, you need it, Velmeer. You must have a lot of questions for me right, we can have a long talk here.”
“Thanks,” Issei said while receiving the tea, then he realized something. “Wait, Velmeer?”
“That is the new name I gave you in your current life.”
Current life. Finally he understood, he was dead and this person saved him, that left one last question.
“Who are you?”
“Oh, sorry. Looks like I haven't introduced myself,” said the man, then his golden eyes stared at Issei's golden eyes.
“My name is Veldanava, the Dragon of Creation. And from now on I am your big brother, Velmeer.”
