"Does no one know. Who are they dealing with?" Wemmbu snapped, talking to himself as he looked in the distance, clutching his fist, "think I'll let it go. Forget and forgive." His eyes rolled at the words of the Parrot hybrid who tried to calm him down when the incident happened.
"The rage in me is terminal," the demon admitted, "There is no remedy, but to burn them all." And it was true, he had fought so long for a break, for his own peace. But that was meant to be shared with his best friend, not alone. If only the angel had told him, he would have killed anyone off the server for him... just like now. He would get him back, no matter the circumstances.
But he was not talking completely to himself, he was sure Flame was somewhere around here probably. The stronger one surely thought he was crazy, but Wemmbu didn't care, he would give up anything for his best friend, including returning to his old ways.
"Wemmbu bro, are you sure about this?" There he was, Flame finally arrived, extremely doubting what Wemmbu proposed before meeting here.
"I still got a job to do, my mission's incomplete," the chaotic one responded, "Only a traitor could consider making peace." Another jab, this time at Lettuce, because when the red panda knew what he was doing, he knew who he was taking.
Wemmbu was pissed, he traveled all the way to the farlands to free Egg, and when he returns he comes to know that Lettuce kidnapped his friend and was holding him hostage. The law leader had failed at kidnapping him and now made Egg his target.
He was thankful for Parrot even if the damned bird told him to negotiate, because he was the first one to let him know about what happened. Apparently Lettuce had been bragging in the center of the capital city about it.
Wemmbu turned around, staring at flame in full seriousness the other could comprehend, if lomedy got taken he would probably crash out too. "The law leader has to pay. For what he did that day. For what he took away," even if the other demon was wearing a blindfold, Wemmbu could perceive the way his eyes narrowed and his posture tensed.
This was it, Wemmbu was going to fight the law again and ask for Flames help. He asked for his rivals' help to take them down for good. He stepped back away from the fiery demon.
"Storm's coming, I can see the clouds" Wembu looked at the sky and then back at a shulker he had kept hidden in the depths of his ender chest. His last shulker, an emergency one, filled to the brim with finishing rods each one with one use left.
"No runnin's gonna save him now." Flame gasped in surprise from behind him, shocked at the amount of rods in his shulker. A rainstorm was coming "And hard rain is gonna fall down" he winked at the fiery demon, who now got the metaphor he was implying. "Like gravity, like a tragedy"
"Oh im in, im not going to use cheats but i wanna take part in the battle"
Wemmbu grinned maniatically at his now partner in crime, "eye for an eye says he owes me a debt."
Flame caught on to what he was saying "Blood demands blood, gonna get your hands wet again"
"The storm is coming and now he can bet on tragedy, like gravity!" Wemmbu exclaimed, if anyone saw them or even heard them, they would think the two of them were missing some screws, luckily they didn't care, not now, not ever. Wemmbu grinned at the comparisons he was making, he was glad Flame caught onto what he was putting down.
After all, great minds think alike. And it was clear the rain and storm were references to the orbital strike canons he had at his disposal, and the tragedy the two of them would make with Lettuces goons.
Just thinking about him made wemmbu sneer, "he thinks he is the server's great savior," he was full on mocking now. "Will he still when we return the favor?"
"Take the one I need," rage was evident in his voice, "I'll make him watch them bleed," everyone on the law side would die, they wouldn't live, not after taking his other half.
Will he break thinking how he couldn't save Egg? Wishing he was there when the other needed him. The only soul who's ever completed him. And now Wemmbu was getting him back. He wouldn't let Egg die.
Maybe then Lettuce would get a little heated too. And understand why this is what Wemmbu needed to do. But lettuce wouldn't understand, he wouldn't be able to anyway. He didn't have anybody. Maybe this was why he was doing all of this to him and Flame.
He was ecstatic with the new partnership, he missed working with Flame, and not against him.
"Storm's comin', I can see the clouds" Wemmbu repeated, "No runnin's gonna save him now!" This time Flame joined him as well. The two of them ached for a fight not against each other but with each other. The anticipation for another great battle made the adrenaline course through their bodies,
"And hard rain is gonna fall down." This time Flame was the one who said it, Wemmbu's eyes widened, now dual colored because of the poison on the fermented spider eyes on the invisibility potions he had been drinking for the best part of a month. He smirked at his brother, he was grateful for him, but now even more than ever.
He needed someone to rely on now that Egg wasn't here, even if it was only for a while,but he was glad it was Flame. Even if the other demon didn't agree on the cannons, he was still at his side.
He breathed out looking in the distance at the soon to be destroyed law base, and said one last time."Like gravity, with a tragedy."
