Does my appearance disturb you?
Eris, sitting by the lake, managed to look upwards into her eyes. Her hazel eyes. "I can't blame you when my imagination takes part of it," he said simply, averting his gaze once more.
Moments passed. I wish I could bring him back to Reality. The voice carried on the wind, then dispersed as it reached his ears. But some things are only up to the Mother, and she made her choice on that matter.
Eris paused, then whispered for her ears alone, "You would've made a considerable heir."
A smile. And you deserved love.
