Chapter Text
(My god, my universe.)
(As long as you’re alive, I will be forever happy.)
Mizi Sua

A shot crosses the stage; thousands of aliens scream in excitement, some yelling “Sua! Sua! Sua!” in harmony.
Sua’s face whitens as she falls on her knees next to Mizi’s body. There was no way her plan failed. Did Mizi sacrifice herself? She knew she would die? Why did MIZI have to die?
Sua hugs her lover’s body, crying loudly, not letting go of her while the Alien Stage staff try to detach her from Mizi. It was Mizi, indeed, but now, only a corpse; years of happiness, care, love, and good memories turned into just meat, just like dead lamb in front of its herder, its god.
Suddenly, something was injected into Sua’s neck, making her fall asleep.

Blinding and inconsistent flashes of cameras wake her up, followed by mixed voices of journalists.
“Nigeh, how were you able to raise such a talented human?”
“Nigeh, what are your thoughts on her next performances?”
She tries to get up, causing more pictures to be taken. She was inside of a transparent capsule, surrounded by aliens and some human children. Her guardian, Nigeh, was giving some interviews before the crowd noticed Sua was awake.
Now, she would be forced to bear all of this, without Mizi. All her life, she was treated as a lifeless doll, a pretty object, a piece of jewelry her guardian used. When Mizi was alive, she could get used to not being a human. But after that round, she just became a lifeless human.
