    Everything shatters when a rebellious young seraphim falls to hell. Emily is a mess after falling, depressed and withdrawn from everybody else. And the former exorcist who turns up on the doorstep is a similar case. But when a scatterbrained mess joins the crew and instantly bonds with Lucifer, the residents realize the real importance of self improvement and communication. It turns out that Charlie called it, and self improvement is the bricks of the path to redemption.
