It was a normal day on the City of townsville birds are singing flowers were blooming and it was the perfect day for Zach to finally confess his feelings to buttercup. the mighty Zach stood where he always would by the wood door of pokey oaxks kindergarten. Zach followed his routine by letting all of the females in first, especially a lovely green puff, powerpuff girl buttercup.
"thanks weirdo" she joked playfully punching zachs arm,but it didn't hurt, nothing could hurt Zach.
"anytime 'cup", he played back and chuckles in a gentlemanly way. after Zach let everyone else into school it was time to start class. ms keane went on and taught her boring lessons many children tried hard not to fall asleep but Zach always listened to what his teacher had to say, he was a gentleman like that. but today he wasn't focused as much, zachs mind raced with what he would say to buttercup. and more importantly what he would get for her. as he stared off into the chalkboard ahead zachs mind filled with the memories of buttercup and him together, having fun, playing, beating bad guys, and even holding hands. his face turned a bright red and he covered his face with his awesome jacket.
'ok today's the day, at recess I'll tell buttercup how I feel!' he thought. ' but what do I get her? a flower? no. a knuckle sandwich? maybe- no that's not gentlemanly at all!' he thought a few moments more before something popped into his buttercup filled head.
"PERFECT" Zach shouted, everyone not turned to look at him.
miss keane agreed, "yes Zach, 6 is a perfect number. can you tell me why?"
" Oh uh because of the other number factors" he answered
"correct! oh look how smart you are!" keane cheered. "you get a star sticker" she walks over and places the bright sticker onto his jacket then returns to her teachings. Zach smiled proud and glanced over at the puff table to see what buttercup thought. bit she was too busy messing with bubbles, and blossom glared hard into Zach in jealousy.
a few more hours of of learning, coloring, and a snack time happened before recess. all the kids flew out the door leaving no time for Zach to hold the door open. everyone was outside except him. he grabbed something from his cubby hole and put it into his jacket pocket then left to go play. Zach looked around at all his friends and enemy's before looking at buttercup, who was alone in timeout under a tree. he couldn't just walk up to her because the teacher would get mad so he made a plan. he ran over to Harry Pitt and whispering in his ear the plan. Harry nodded like Zach thought he would and ran off to the teacher.
"Harry no!" ms keane squealed as the dirty boy showed the teacher worms he put up his nose. she took him inside to remove them. Zach smiled proudly and made his way to buttercup in peace. wish mass amounts of swagger he announced his presence to her.
"hello cup, in timeout I see."
"what do you want zach?"
"I have a gift for you my dear and an offer you could not possibly refuse." he held up his gift. "if you feel the same as I do, which you do, you should take this lollipop and be my friend." She looked at him confused
"friend?" She repeated
"not just my friend, my advanced female friend"
"what flavor is it?"
"what?" Zach looked confused
"the candy, what flavor?" She persisted
"green apple"
"deal" buttercup took the lolli and they went on to be advanced best friends
