Summary
After finally escaping their long imprisonment, the monsters of Barrier 78B are welcomed into a thriving human-monster nation called the Utopian Concord. As part of joining society, they’re assigned temporary work in the Grand Palace, a huge and secretive place ruled by a royal family no one has seen in generations.
Most of their tasks are simple—until preparations begin for a major upcoming event: the coronation of Princess Y/n, who will soon become the new ruler. Excitement fills the palace, but strange hints of secrecy and uneasy moments make some monsters, especially Sans, suspicious.
Unseen by the newcomers, something ancient within the palace begins to stir as the coronation approaches, suggesting that not everything about this celebration will be as peaceful as it seems.
