It All Starts In the Jones' Living Room

Summary:

The origin story of how the turtles (minus Raph) met Casey Jones! Told, of course, in the typical crazy format of this series.

Notes:

Alright, we're in for a third crazy ride and new part to this series. I can't guarantee I'll be updating super often as college has been eating me alive but hey! Maybe I'll finish this one before I graduate lol

Chapter 1: Introduction

Chapter Text

Now that the shock had worn off and everyone was safe and taken care of, Ms. Jones couldn’t help but giggle at the states of the four teenagers sitting on her living room floor and devouring three boxes of pizza. First there was her own son, Casey, who was missing his two front teeth, an observation that had terrified her when he first got home from his hockey game. The fact that they were just at the ice rink only made her more confused to see Casey’s skin tinted red as though he had a terrible sunburn. The one thing she was thankful for, but still dumbfounded by, was that he was working on his math homework for once, notebooks laid out in front of him and Donatello. Donatello was an entirely different set of strange. He had a large bruise forming on his forehead and looked seconds away from falling asleep, but aside from that, he also had an orange mustache and glasses doodled on his face. Michelangelo had drawings all over himself too, visible under the rolled up sleeves of the Rhino costume he was wearing as he fed some nachos (which Ms. Jones had not given them, so he must have brought them all the way here from the school?) to a scruffy looking rat. Finally, there was Leonardo, wearing more school spirit than anyone ever needed to even own and coated in a thick layer of nacho cheese dip.

“So…” she began, leaning on the doorway between the kitchen and the living room. “I take it the game was pretty interesting?”

All four of them suddenly began talking over each other at once, and Ms. Jones sat down on the couch; she figured she would be there a while. “Okay okay, one at a time maybe?”

After a moment of them all looking at each other, having what Ms. Jones could only assume was an in-depth conversation using their teenage-boy mind powers, Leo spoke up. “I’ll start.”

“Alright Leo!” Ms. Jones cheered. “Okay, catch me up on how all of THIS happened.”
