Summary:
Condensation on a windshield leads to a fun exchange.
Notes:
Day 25's prompt for @thedrabblecollective's November Drabble Challenge is "Windshield," and that just had to go to Tim and Lucy.
Work Text:
Lucy dragged her finger over the patrol car’s foggy windshield, leaving a smiley face with heart eyes behind.
Tim glanced over. “We’re on duty.”
“And?” She grinned. “We can still have fun.”
He wiped it away with the back of his hand. “We’re supposed to look professional.”
Seconds later, another doodle appeared: a grouchy face with Sarge written underneath.
She smiled, unapologetic.
Tim leaned forward and drew a stick figure on her side of the glass. Under it, one word: BRAT.
“Cute. But my figure’s better than that.”
He erased it instantly, silent. There was no winning.
