Work Text:
Somewhere in the town of Angel Grove, a blonde female was training people on how to defend themselves. It didn't matter that the people she was training were humans or otherwise. What matter is that she's is being paid to do that, and the Eltarian Enforcers weren't trying to capture her. Then, Ryan Steele walked in. The female remembered that she met an older version of that guy in an another universe. Ryan walked up to her and stopped near her.
"I noticed that you are good at what you do. I'm a member of VR Troopers and I like to have you join," said Ryan. The female, who go by the name of Rayne gave the offer some thoughts.
"I don't know. I'm not from here. I'm from somewhere else," said Rayne. What she didn't mention, was that somewhere else was from another universe. She doubt that the people of this universe knew if other universes exist.
"Just give my offer some thoughts," said Ryan, walking away from her. Rayne saw him walk away from her and out of the dojo that was employing her. Could he be an enemy? Rayne looked at her students and went back to training them.
"Ryan, have you find out anything about that blonde female that has appeared a month ago?" asked Kaitlin Starr, after he returned to the VR Troopers headquarters. BJ Reese was with them.
"Could she be the one that fought the Eltarian Enforcers a while back?" asked BJ.
"I don't know. She's been working at that dojo for a month already. She hasn't gotten into trouble yet," said Ryan.
"So, we keep an eye out for her?" asked Kaitlin. That is all they could do, for now.
"Right now, it's all we can do for now. I has a friend who work in the dojo who will keep an eye out for her, said Ryan. Ryan was talking about Master Chow, who was one of his mentor. He was also an old friend of his father, before he disappeared. Soon, it was closing time at the dojo. Master Chow, an Asian male, walked up to Rayne. He stopped near her.
"You are good at your job. I'm glad that you're here," said Master Chow.
"I'm glad that you're pleased, Master Chow. I hope to be an asset to this dojo," said Rayne. Master Chow noted what she was saying. He has this feeling that she's not from this planet even though she can pass as a human female. She hasn't gotten into a lot of trouble lately, but he know that might change something in the future. All he could do for now, was to keep an eye on her and pray that she won't end up endangering the people who study or work here. That is all he could do, for now. The end, for now.
