The Eden was filled with laughter that day.
Lucifer was telling her everything he had ever created in Heaven, and Lilith was so curious to know every single detail.
The stars, the lights, the animals, especially the ducks, oh, Lucifer loved his ducks.
He was telling everything to her with such enthusiasm that Lilith couldn't stop giggling and looking at him, daydreaming about discovering so much more together.
His joy was so contagious, and Lilith was very much captivated by it.
He looked like a baby.
Lucifer was so caught up by his stories and his flying tricks that, all of a sudden, he fell to the ground with his hat right in front of his candid face.
Lilith started laughing more soundly, standing up and moving closer to help him get up.
She bent towards him giggling and gently lifting the hat from Lucifer's face, peeking to see if he was alright.
He blushed with a beautiful golden colour when he noticed how close she was.
Lilith became serious perceiving how she was completely lost in his eyes, and, thinking about how fast her heart was beating.
Her gaze moved to his lips.
The angel was so lost in her, being so close.
He observed her long lashes, her beautiful lilac eyes... those amazing and full rosy lips.
He moved towards her too, commanded by an electricity he had never felt.
Not even in Heaven, in front of the light of his Father.
The first woman parted her lips, as if she wanted to say something, but the pull between them was forcing the two dreamers to communicate just with their heartbeats, and nothing more.
The Eden was so peaceful now, without any words.
The garden was keeping their secret.
"Kiss me too fiercely
Hold me too tight
I need help believing
You're with me tonight"
Lilith couldn't believe her eyes.
He was drawn to her.
Enchanted by her.
He really wanted her.
And his desire was almost tangible.
"My wildest dreamings
Could not foresee
Lying beside you
With you wanting me"
Without saying a word, she lay down next to him.
Lucifer turned towards her, keeping the closeness they reached.
Lilith brought her hand to caress his face, gently, almost scared to touch him.
He closed his eyes, holding his breath to feel this moment he had dreamed about for so long.
She tenderly smiled at him, letting their nose touch.
"And just for this moment
As long as you're mine
I've lost all resistance
And crossed some borderline"
Lilith felt vulnerable.
But this time, she wanted to be.
Love.
Something she never felt with Adam, not even for a moment.
And now, everything was about them.
"And if it turns out
It's over too fast"
She was also so scared.
The glimpse of happiness finally achieved was far from reached.
Heaven was already judging them.
Lilith could've almost felt it.
But she didn't care.
"I'll make every last moment last
As long as you're mine"
Lucifer opened his eyes, bringing his gaze to adore her so close to him.
He felt her scent on his body, her warmth on his face.
Nothing in the whole universe could pull him from her.
Adoration.
Worship.
Love.
"Maybe I'm brainless
Maybe I'm wise
But you've got me seeing
Though different eyes"
Everything was surreal, almost felt like an impossible dream.
Probably, he was the craziest one to start thinking, hoping... that all of this would've happened one day.
Since he met her, his life has been completely changed.
Heaven was controlling his ideas, limiting his dreams. And then, the first woman came in.
Her curiosity, her passion about everything he's ever said to her made him realise that he mattered.
His dreams mattered.
"Somehow I've fallen
Under your spell"
He was enchanted.
Charmed by her.
Her hair.
Her eyes.
Her voice.
Her.
"And somehow I'm feeling"
Probably it was a mistake, but... what kind of mistake feels so good?
"It's up that I fell"
He felt even higher than Heaven.
Almost on top of his own Father.
"Every moment
As long as you're mine
I'll wake up my body
And make up for lost time"
Lucifer kissed her.
He dared to bring their lips together, without waiting another second away from her lips.
They pulled closer, tightening their bodies in an almost desperate hug.
"Say there's no future
For us as a pair"
Both of them knew that this moment couldn't last for long.
Probably not even longer than the day they were having together.
"And though I may know
I don't care"
They parted from each other, looking into their eyes.
Blue and Lilac.
They smiled, happy like never before, thinking that even though this moment was brief... too brief.
They didn't care.
"Just for this moment"
Just for that moment.
"As long as you're mine
Come be how you want to
And see how bright we shine"
For the first time, Lucifer saw a light even brighter than the one he created for the humans.
A light warmer than any stars.
He was changed.
She was changed.
Their new fund love changed everything.
"Borrow the moonlight
Until it is through"
They were together.
Holding each other still so tight.
"And know I'll be here holding you"
Lucifer was hers.
Lilith was his.
"As long as you're mine"
