“Winnie why are you so against sleeping!?” Protag said to his son with a yawn right after, chase put Winnie “to bed” 2 hours ago just to find Winnie microwaving a hot pocket when he was just grabbing water. Protag saw chase leaning on the wall looking like he was gonna sleep standing up like that,”please come to bed, we can just make him get up early...”
Protag got an idea when chase mentioned going to bed, he would usually leave a movie or a show on for them to slowly fall asleep while watching it. “Hey Winnie do you wanna come sleep with us tonight? We can watch a movie!” They usually put movies that would make Winnie know what chase was doing to Protag at night but this time Protag was gonna either put on that finding Nemo movie or something.”ok! Can we watch Bambi?”
Protag knew he would be asleep after an hour or less with that movie on so he obviously agreed.
They all went to the bedroom and got comfortable, Winnie in the middle. Chase put the movie on and closed his eyes, his arm around Winnie and the other under Protags head, just like they knew Winnie was fast asleep. Protag picked him up and carried Winnie to his room, carefully putting him in bed. Protag went back into the warm blankets of his bed, feeling his husband pull him closer. Protag got a little red from the sudden act yet relaxed soon enough.protag cuddled with chase Until he was almost asleep before hearing chase say .
“Your a good at this kid thing darling...” Protag hummed as a response before they both fell asleep
