It was a late night, the leaves would breeze outside as the branches hit the window. The whole house had it's lights off, apart from one room. A young 14-year-old boy called Flynn Everest was awake, watching some crap-television on his phone. He was getting bored pretty quickly. So, he decided it would be the perfect time to get some fresh air! Well... You couldn't really go outside as it would be to dangerous but sticking his head out the window would have to do. He walked over to the windowsill and placed his phone onto it. He held the handle of the window opening and grabbed the key to open it, fiddling with it profusely. He shoved the key into the keyhole and started to twist and turn it, the window lock was a bit old so he had to do a bit of turning and twisting. When he finally managed to open the window, he stuck his head outside the window as he felt the cold, midnights air start to hit against his soft skin. The dripping of leftover rain and the cold breeze filled the air as he started to feel calm. He looked to the house next-doors, his boyfriend's house.
Flynn's boyfriend was called Fisher Gold, he had short, blond hair, was also 14-years-old and would always, without fail, wear his special red beanie. Fisher was shy, an ambivert, an artist and honestly a really nice guy to be around. Meanwhile, Flynn had a brown, short mullet, always wore band t-shirts and was more extraverted, but introverted and quiet around those he really hates: he was also really good at theatre and music. But, despite their differences they still managed to love each other endlessly. The only problem being that Flynn had homophobic parents and he could never, I mean never, tell them that he's dating... Well, anyone really. But, if they found out he's dating a boy then they would freak out... So, it's important he keeps his relationship secretive from his parents and school. The only people that knew he was dating Fisher were his close friends and Fisher's family. Fisher had a really supportive family, and his twin-sister, Azru Gold, was very protective of him.
Anyways, Flynn started to come back to the real world and closed his window again, carefully to not make much noise; his parents would be pissed if they knew he was awake at this ungodly hour, as his parents were also strict Catholics. He locked up the window again, it was surprisingly easier then opening it! As he walked over to his bed he felt a buzz from his phone, which was still on the windowsill. He tiptoed back over to the windowsill to pick up his phone as it quietly buzzed with notification sounds. He turned to on with a tap onto the screen and unlocked it with his top secret passcode, 654321! As he looked at the screen, he realised his messages were coming from discord, aka the app he had his real-life friends added on. Their group chat was buzzing constantly, and for the first time in a blue moon everybody in their small friend group was online.
The members of the group were: Him -obviously-, Fisher Gold, Azru Gold, Atossa Robins, Jessie Smith and Jupiter Hollis. They all had silly online usernames and found it very fun and awesome to see who can make the coolest username idea, even if they weren't going to use them at all. Flynn's fingers started to tap along the screen as he plopped down onto his small, cramped bed. His eyes were filled with such excitement, that even a child on Christmas couldn't beat if they got the best gift to ever exist on this green, big, floating orb. His friends were the best people to ever exist, as he didn't have a good family relationship with anyone he lived with. One day, he was going to live in a house with all of his friends and share a room with his loving, secret boyfriend, aka Fisher!
"hey guys, i'm finally online XD" He typed underneath the user 'AwesomeSillyXD' in all lowercase letters, he never really gave a fuck about grammar unless it was for school work; as his parents would be pissed if his grades were anything less then a B star.
Atossa typed into the chat, "HEYYEYEYEY HI HI". She was energetic and happy, like always. Her username was 'PEAK_Treeleaves24' because, well... She loved trees leaves a lot and even had little paintings of them in her bedroom. Azru suddenly started typing after the got online, 'Sorry about her, she's a bit... Hyper. Fisher decided to give her some caffeine after midnight again because we are having a sleepover LOL' Azru's username was 'Lesbiangamerthing' but it was normally shortened to 'LGT', because it's easier honestly. Jupiter was probably half-asleep while texting in the group chat because they where typing all slurred and maybe, just possibly, was drunk on top of all that. They had a really bad alcohol problem and Jessie really wanted them to stop binge drinking. They didn't have a beer belly, surprisingly, as they had an VERY fast metabolism and worked out enough to avoid it.
