In order to avoid having to craft or purchase eleven presents each to give to every one of their companions, the adventurers decided to organise a Secret Winter Maiden event. Each of them would prepare a present for another member of their happy little group, drawn at random, and give it anonymously. They decided that after opening their presents, they’d wait for a whole day before trying to guess who the gifter was.
Ludovika received a handcrafted bracelet. After looking at it from all angles, she deduced that some of the materials actually came from her mount Buddy; braided with tufts of its fur, and a tiny bottle instead of a charm with powder made of the shavings of its hooves. Given what it was, she could guess quite easily that it came from one of the Firrans. But who of Fenglong or Baht would have done it? She thought Baht was generally more thoughtful than the female Firran when it came to these kinds of things, but… She couldn’t completely rule her out. Everyone did receive a present, which meant she must have given something as well.
Further away, Fenglong was staring at the necklace adorning a shiny blue gem she was gifted. In her mind, there were no doubts: it was from Ludovika. Everyone knew Dwarves usually carry a handful of shiny gems with them, and this one would have definitely come from her personal stash.
A few metres away from her, Baht was struggling to retain his excitement, seeing how intently Fenglong was staring at her gift… The one he had made.
