when rosa got the reply from a company called odd nation for a season 2 audition callback for a reality show called disventure camp, she could not believe her own eyes, she never expected that she would be accepted to the show but she didn’t cared it is what she needs after all, she likes selling hot dogs at her stand but she needed more money, not out of greed but for her daughter.
you see rosa maria is not just a average nineteen year old, yes she does enjoy having fun and she does act like a regular young girl but..she can be too motherly.
she is a mother to a daughter…yes..she is indeed a teenage mother, you see it was not really by fate or anything like that, after a late night party with a potential boyfriend, she found out she is pregnant and she called up her so-called boyfriend hoping he would be the dad..
but all of that went into waste when his true colours were revealed, he has some sort of a jerk-ish behaviour to him which should of been a RED FLAG for Rosa especially when that isn't really something she is not into, but he successfully managed to charm her heart and they began dating for months.
when she came out to him about what has been going on he didn’t want to take any responsibility even if he was the one who got her pregnant, she..could not take it anymore.
“fuck no! I’m not wasting my youth being a father when I have other things in life!”
“but the child needs you! I need you! Come on you are just as responsible as I am!”
“you are joking right..why don’t you just get an abortion! Stop being such a little baby”
That was when Rosa saw red..how could he be so..selfish and mean! When she first met him he had this feel good energy about himself, he felt nice, lovely and wonderful to talk to..but now that was gone, this fake persona was replaced with his actual colours.
“go fuck yourself you bastard! I hope your dick gets shredded into pieces!
“Oh whatever! You weren’t that fun anyway! I don't get why you are so sensitive!”
“Because I just can't do that! I don't want to harm our child-”
“FOR FUCK SAKE! She is never our child! if you really want to keep your youth you would done something that can make us happy!”
“I won't do anything like that, good bye Marcos!”
“Oh fuck you then, I hope to never see you again!”
the asshole cut off the phone and Rosa threw her phone and cried..she didn’t know what to do except cry in a spare room her sister let her stay in for a while..but she knew all of that despair would be gone..once she wins the million dollars, she would have her happy ending.

It was the start of the season and Rosa was on the bus with random contestants, she saw a man in his 50s, a dancer who seemed mean, a girl with blonde hair, a rather giant girl who seemed nervous..and sitting down next to her was..someone who had green hair but seemed nice.
“I like your necklace, it looks very nice!” the zen spirit says as he looks at her necklace, Rosa smiles and blushes, she never expected to have her first interaction, she thought that would normally be in the team phrase but she didn’t mind.
“Thank you, I’m guessing you seem very interested in all of that stuff.” Rosa smiled back.
“Yes, I believe the universe has given me a positive answer to what I must do and that is looking at things that speak out to me, my name is Kai by the way” Kai smiles at Rosa and Rosa smiles back .
“Thank you so much, my name is Rosa Maria!” The purple haired girl smiled back and the two exchanged smiley glares until they were in for a rude awakening when they saw a old lady and a k-pop dancer arguing with each other, the two looked at each other puzzled before they had a small giggle.
after the bus ride, Nina told everyone that they must race to the camp and the last two would be booted out..which turned out to be a small lie but luckily Rosa and Kai are in the game but rather in small teams, the two said their goodbyes as they went to their respective cabins and got comfortable in it.
They had little to no interactions due to the fact that they were in different times but they tried their best to talk more before and during the breaks of the challenges, while Lake and Maggy seem happy that Rosa found a special polential someone, Rosa was worried..what if he finds out about her daughter and what if he judges her for it…the flashback of her ex telling her to get a abortion flashes on her mind..she could not get rid of it.
And what’s even worse is that this is during the challenge where they had to stay awake and she was tired, but fought her best to stay awake, lake and Maggy slept peacefully together so she really has no one to talk to..
“Rosa?” A voice called out to her and Rosa looked to see Kai walking up to her with a smile.
“Kai? I thought you were asleep”
“Ah don’t worry about it, I saw you were awake and I thought why not give you company, you looked a bit upset.” Kai explained while noticing Rosa’s frown.
“Well..im just thinking about something.” Rosa confessed.
“And that is?”
“Kai..there was a reason why I came to this show and I don’t know if I can keep this to myself.” Rosa confesses as he folds his arms.
“What is it?” Kai said moving a bit closer to Rosa for comfort.
“I..I’m a mother, I have a daughter at home and the reason why I came to this show was so I can win the million dollars for Sofia’s sake.
“I see..and how about your-“ Kai spoked Rosa cut him off not out of anger but..she didn’t want to hear THAT word, he has no right to be called that.
“I told him I’m pregnant and he left me despite being responsible. What's even sad is that my parents kicked me out, I remember their last words being “I don’t want a daughter who is pregnant and a teenager.”
Rosa’s tears started to flood her eyes as she vents her horrible experience and the flashbacks kept on coming back to her, on how she had to grow up fast and how she had to steal to make sure he daughter was perfectly fine…she regret the things she did but she knew it was either that or leaving her daughter to have a bad beginning.
She looks up at Kai who looked a bit confused and a bit surprised..she looked down not wanting to see his reaction..but instead of a negative reaction came a positive reaction, Kai placed a hand on Rosa’s shoulders making her surprised.
“Rosa..you didn't deserve that! I will admit that there are people who negativity is hard to handle and that causes other people to see their true colours but I have to say you were brave for doing the right thing, I'm sure Sofia cares for someone so much like you.” Kai confessed with a smile
in his mouth, Rosa could not help but smile back as she wiped her tears and smiled even more.
“Thank you so much.. I..i can't believe we are not even on the same team and I feel a connection between us that quickly” Rosa admitted as she blushes lightly, the fire was still moving it's position and it's making the both campers hot indeed, after a montage of chatting, the two decided to part ways and go back to their cabins.
being in a reality show is not easy at all with the challenges and drama getting harder, Kai was accused of not being a team player by Yul when he caught Kai talking to Rosa during the sleeping challenge and there was an argument (to be honest it was just Yul insulting Kai and Kai joy-baiting Yul without even knowing)
It ended up with Connor telling Kai to focus on his team and Yul was also told off for being such a bitch to which the two had a small argument.
Then it was the dare-a-thon challenge where Yul was forced to speak out an apology to Rosa who then just refuses and drama came.
“Yul! Stop being a bitch and just say sorry already!” Connor roared as Yul was being so petty, the team was about to lose but Yul was making it worse, he was insulting people and causing drama which Kristal enjoy..and then something just snapped inside Kai, it was then what she said to Rosa.
“Whatever, course you are the one with the support and love, I guess this what happens when you created a accident baby!”
Rosa’s eyes widen in shock, Kai saw red..how could he say that to Rosa and think he could just get away from it, he was not going to let it slide.
“And what do you want Kai? Here to groom me into your drug addiction!” Yul said with a sneer but Kai snapped at him.
“How about you shut the fuck up already! You are such a manchild and i can not believe you would insult rosa like that, her soul is lovely like the clouds and she has been kinder to me and to everyone around this camp! She is amazing and she is someone i would want to be with! I honestly understand why your parents brought you here! They wanted some alone time and i would not blame them if their son is a piece of shit who thinks he can get away from being such a fucking cunt!” Kai roared at Yul and while this was going on, everyone stayed quiet and shocked at what is going on.
Kristal announced that Green team loses and rosa was worried about what was going to happen, later on she excuses her girls alliance to go check on Kai and it seems like connor was walking away which implies that they had a talk, she walked up to kai and sat down next to her.
“Hey…Kai” rosa spoked, kai looked at her and smiled lightly.
“Hey Rosa..i..did not mean to get so angry during that challenge, it’s because of yul and the way he upsetted you” kai said while feeling a bit of shame and remorse.
“It’s ok Kai, i was happy that you did it anyway, i never expected someone like you to swear to be honest, how come it only came now?” rosa said with a small smile.
“I dont know to be honest, but im glad it is all out.” kai said, the two smiled at each other before Kai asked rosa a question.
“Rosa..i..i was not lying when i said you were the one i want to hang out with..i really love you.” Kai confessed while blushing, the teenage mother smiled and moved closer to kai and he smiled at him.
“I..too also have feelings for you as well” rosa confessed back as the two held hands, the blue sky was on and the clouds were moving around, the soon to be lovers looked into each other’s eyes before they gave each other a soft kiss in the lips while embracing each other.
After their first kiss the two agreed to be a couple in secret, sadly Yul caught them two and this time he decided to ask his alliance to vote for him..sadly he was voted out leaving Riya and Connor to avenge for themselves, just as kai was about to take the bus of shame, Rosa went after him and the two had a little chat together before they shared their last kiss and kai took the bus.
Months later, Kai now lives in Mexico with Rosa and Lake and Maggy, sadly Rosa did not won the million dollars but James lend her a lot of money for her and Sofia and she is very thankful for it.
the three were at the living room watching the all stars premiere and they enjoyed it, Lake was completing for all stars so she could not stay with rosa but she was happy that she got a second chance.
Rosa and Kai were laying down together while Sofia was on the ipad since the show is not really..something a little kid should be watching, they are now a couple..
And they would want it that way..
