"Hey, isn't that your ex-boyfriend?"
Ana looked to where her friend was pointing, and indeed, there was Edmundo, still looking as sexist as the day she last saw him. Quickly, she looked down at herself to make sure that her outfit didn't have anything spilled on it. The sexy black dress she had worn tonight highlighted her curves and showed off a little bit of her cleavage that wouldn't be considered indecent. "I should go say hello."
Her friends exchanged a look, "Are you sure that is wise? It's been four years, Ana, since the two of you broke up after all."
Waving a hand, Ana pulled out her mirror to make sure that her lipstick was still okay. "I'm sure that by now Edmundo has come to his senses and realized how perfect we are together."
Doubt shone in her friend's eyes as they watched Ana make her way towards the table.
"Do you think she didn't notice the possessive and loving way Edmundo is looking at Buck?"
"I always thought those two were a divorced couple who were still deeply in love with one another."
Ana didn't hear the words of her friend's conversation as she focused on Edmundo.
"Hey, isn't that Buck and the rest of the 118th?"
Tommy turned to where Lucy was looking, and indeed there they were. Now he can finally admit that he had made a mistake with Evan when he called Eddie competition as one of the reasons that they could get back together. Evan hadn't been the first choice; he had tried to woo Eddie, but the man never realized that they were on dates. Evan, he had come to care about, but not enough that he saw a future with that didn't mean they couldn't have fun together. He knew that Evan wanted to get married and have children one day, and that wasn't in his own future he just hoped that Evan realized that they didn't need that they could be happy together without being married or having children.
Climbing to his feet, Tommy grinned, "I am going to go say hi."
Shaking her head, Lucy stayed put. She was going to enjoy watching Tommy making a fool of himself; he hadn't treated Buck the best, and clearly hadn't heard the gossip about Buddie.
Leaning happily into Eddie Buck still couldn't believe that this had happened to him. He didn't think that he could ever have this.
"You deserve this and more," Eddie whispered, seemingly reading Buck's mind as usual.
Lifting his head, Buck pressed a kiss against Eddie's mouth, thrilled that he could finally do that.
"Edmundo?"
"Evan?"
A growl escaped Eddie as Buck broke the kiss as they were greeted by the sight of Ana and Tommy staring at them in disbelief and shock. "What the hell do you two want?"
"Eddie." Buck lightly slapped Eddie on the chest. While he would be happy to never see Ana or Tommy again, there was no reason to be rude. "Tommy. Ana. It's a surprise to see the two of you again."
Shocked at the sight of seeing her Edmundo kissing Evan, Ana took a second to regain herself. Putting on a sexy smile, she tossed her hair over her shoulder. "Edmundo, I was surprised to see you here, and I thought that maybe we could catch up."
A scoff escaped Eddie.
Crossing his arms over his chest, Tommy looked at the two men. "So it seems I was right, all along you wanted in Eddie's pants and just settled for me."
As Buck shrank into himself, Maddie clasped Buck's hand in hers and glared at them.
"Boy, watch yourself," Athena warned.
"Upset that you lost the competition? Not that you ever had a chance." Eddie wasn't going to let Tommy and Ana, who had ruined their past, ruin this moment. As Tommy stared blankly at him, Eddie's lips curled up into a smirk. "Yes, Buck told me all about his mistake with you. Ana, I'm not sure what you thought would happen if you came over here, but I have a feeling it is the same thing that Tommy thought would happen. You both need to move on. Buck is my soulmate, the love of my life, just like I am his. Now, if you don't mind, you are interrupting the celebration of mine and Buck's engagement."
Tommy and Ana could only stare in disbelief as Eddie lifted up Buck's hand showing off the ring on his finger as he lifted his own a smug smirk on his face.
"Now, if you don't want me to remove the two of you, I would suggest that you two leave and allow us to return to the celebration that we are having." Athena levelled them a look, "And I can ensure you that neither of you is invited to the engagement party or wedding and if either of you tries to cause trouble, I can ensure you that you will be dealing with me." Athena promised.
Not carrying that Tommy and Ana were still watching, Eddie tipped Buck's head up, "I love you, Mi Sol." He declared before kissing Buck deeply on the lips. Buck melted into Eddie, deepening the kiss as they lost themselves in each other.
Stomping her foot, Ana turned on her heel and stalked away.
A scoff escaped Tommy as he marched away.
"Alright, you two, time to come up for air." Hen teased as finally the two separated.
"Later, when we are alone, I am going to make sure you remember that you are mine and I am yours," Eddie whispered in a husky tone, grinning wolfishly as Buck shivered in desire and need.
