Summary:

Angels have always been referred to in popular texts as guardians or messengers. Vi was none of those. She was in a special department which had no name (she was the only employ) and their aim as per the Supreme Angel was to make amends to the listed souls on behalf of the heaven.
For as long back as Vi could recall she had always been Caitlyn's angel and hence knew Caitlyn the human like the back of her hand yet Caitlyn the soul was like a mystery to her. Hers was the first case file she had ever seen to have so much 'redacted' information in their soul book. All she knew was that Caitlyn had willingly exchanged herself for an unjustly cursed soul hence bearing the consequences for 360 human years.
Now, her duty was to ensure Caitlyn the soul's happiness in the next 360 years.
