“No.” Youko flatly stated, looking at the mass of orange fake fur within Kuronue’s arms. He could see parts of what he assumed to be ears, a tail and possibly miniature wings. Where his lover had found them he couldn’t tell – probably the bottom of the furthest rack knowing where Kuronue liked to dive in search for the weird even in clothing retails.
“Why not? We’d even be cuter than Shuichi and Maya!” The taller male responded, unfurling the onesies and Youko shivered. They were just as bad as he thought. The stitched eyes of the fox and the bat hoods stared coldly at him, and he didn’t bother to hold back his shiver. Youko felt the eyes of other store goers on them, and snatched up both onesies before more attention could be drawn to them.
He ignored how Kuronue’s expression brightened further as he assumed that Youko had given in, knowing his attitude resembling a kid’s own at times. But it was dashed when both suits were skilfully tossed onto a clearance rack as they passed.
