Aaron doesn't think he could ever describe how much he loves her, the smile on her face under the warm sun and the sound of her laughter as they laid in the grass. Two people hopelessly in love, her beauty greater than the beauty of the flower she was named after.
Lily, his beloved Lily. It felt unreal that he was going to be marrying her shortly, that soon he would be able to call this woman his wife. Aaron thinks that this image may be burned into his eyes for the rest of time, and if it is, he'll be happy with that. With the sight of Lily in a beautiful wedding dress, the look in her eyes...
When the priest asked him the question it barely even registered in his brain, the words simply slipping out as easy as water, "I do."
