The splashing of ink stains the caves as a young girl hums to herself. She carries various paint brushes and spins around, black ink emerging from her body. They wrap around the paint brushes before she turns to the canvas.
"Here ya..." Hokusai points her brushes as the black ink turns into a rainbow color. Various brown and blue streams shoot out of the brushes as she focuses on the canvas. She imagines waves rising to the crewmates' awe. Her ink touches the canvas, taking the shape of a wave as Hokusai smiles.
"These quirks, do you think they take away a lot of the process of making art?"
Some one asked Hokusai that, and she smiles. Seeing the ink crawl on the canvas and form the background. Hokusai turns to see the images she keeps on a clipboard. Each one was a photo Hokusai uses for references. One of them was a photo of All Might in his current costume, as Hokusai turns to her fellow painter.
"Ahehehehe... That is impressive..." Van Gogh walks over to the painting. She turns to see the Japanese lady smile. "Hm... Is there nothing else? No moving waves or..."
A splashing noise made Van Gogh turn to the painting as the waves moved up and down. Van Gogh sees the sun Hokusai painted letting out a faint light.
"Well, ya wonder why my stuff is popular even in the Countryside, here's why." Hokusai smirks and puts her arms together. "I heard about happened at your latest reveal. Surprised you got a lot of people who gazed at your stuff..."
"Well, I draw really good. I do not think people believed my drawings dig into their minds." Van Gogh looks around and chuckles. "I still got good reviews, mostly on my art skills. But I never could shake off my quirk's effects. Every art piece I have done has a digital version uploaded to stop the average person from only thinking about them."
"Digital version? So... what, ya Quirk only triggers on the physical copies?"
"Yep. It has to be hand painted, not digitally. I tried Photoshop and a few digital art apps. My quirks needs a real painting to work."
"Ahuh..." Hokusai turns towards her moving painting. "Well, mah quirk works in a similar fashion. But the drawings have their own kind of life. Not da crawling out of the canvas and moving around kind. It's um... Like that old American film series with the moving photos."
Van Gogh nods, as she turns towards the photo. She takes a seat, looking at the statue of All Might standing above the waves.
"So... How many versions of a painting do you usually make?" Van Gogh asks.
"Ugh, about five to ten copies. I need to think about a image to get da right copy on my canvas. Some stuff came out looking worse when the motion kicks in." Hokusai says as she turns towards a door. "But... You can stay here and avoid the presses. Just..."
Van Gogh takes a step on a empty bag, before gazing at what should be a living room. Though it was littered with messy canvases, soda cans, and trash laying everywhere.
"Don't mind the mess."

Oei is a artist from the countryside, yet holds a lot of spanks! She creates a unique variant of ink inside her body, and can use paintbrushes to fire it! She can use reference images to create a copy onto her canvas! Best of all, anything she creates with the ink can move on the canvas!
CLYTIE VAN GOGH - QUIRK: "DE STERRENNACHT"
Clytie is a Italian-Greek painter well known for her paintings. However, any hand-painted drawings Clytie creates will force themselves through her viewer's eyes. The painting becomes the only thing they can see for hours, maybe even days depending on how long they look at it! Geez, even thinking about it gives me the shivers.
