All I wanted was to have a peaceful day out without any trouble, which is why I am currently in my female form. God decided that he apparently hates me and now I'm stuck being talked to by a certain purple headed pervert.
I was hardly listening but something he said made me tune in, “Could I take you out to lunch?” Torisuka sounded desperate, probably because he’s also talked to every other girl in the street. What a loser. Despite this, him taking me out for lunch meant free food; and if I were to take advantage of anybody, it would be this guy.
I nod, trying not to seem excited to be going on a date with torisuka of all people, I dont even know why he thinks I would be interested in him at all, im hardly giving any attention to him.
“Great! I know this place that's a little bit away but it's really good!” I try to not roll my eyes at his words, Torisuka is hopeless, he doesent actually have a place in mind, he wasnt prepared for anyone to accept his dull attempt at flirting. Torisuka was hoping to walk around until he found one.
Luckily for him, I did have a place in mind. One I was hoping to try out to before he came along, but now I get it for free. It's crazy how much he doesent pay attention to his surroundings, because the cafe is right behind him.
My arm shoots hedging his ear to point to the cafe, he turns his head around just as quickly and stammers,
“O-oh that place looks good too, you wanna go there?”
I nod
I immediately start walking there, speeding past him before he starts walking himself. He jogs a bit to catch up.
“Hey whats the rush!” He pants a bit.
How is he tired after two seconds of running?
He pushes the door open and trots into the cafe to find me sitting at a booth for four, already calling the waiter over to order. He plops himself down across from me.
The waiter comes over and takes our order. I dont hold back on the sweets since it won't be my wallet hurting, pointing to at least 3 cakes and danishes.
I look over expecting Torisuka to have a nervous look on his face, to begin regretting his poor choices, maybe send himself back to the temple for three days. But his face doesent budge, not a worry on his expression.
Instead he orders his chocolate croissant and begins to try and converse with me.
“So uh whats your name..?”
Ignore
“Did you know I live at a temple?”
I couldnt care less, and I already knew that
“You dont really talk much..”
Because you’re insufferable
“You kinda remind me of one of my friends”
I'm surprised he hasnt noticed it's me.
The waiter comes back with our food surprisingly fast, maybe showing concern for his harassment.
I'm pretty sure he was talking after that but I had far more important things to do. My food was here, I was a little nervous that the food wouldn't be as good as my regular coffee shop but the pastries were great. I started with my strawberry danish, each bite melting my mouth; the texture was crunchy but not too hard and the strawberry jelly added the perfect splash of sweetness to it.
Sadly, I wasn't able to order any coffee jelly because then on top of Torisuka's suspicions he would definitely know it was me. Then the chances of him actually staying to pay would plummet, plus he might go crying to my annoying as ever brother for help (although he probably wouldn't, but just to be safe) I decided to come back another time and get my coffee jelly.
I'm going to skip this next part because it is mostly just me drooling over my food, but to sum it up the food was fantastic.
I almost forgot Torisuka was even here until the waiter (male) came to collect our payment. I look across the table expecting Torisuka to grab the check.
“Oh sorry I didn't bring any money, you ordered the most so I expected you’d pay”
What? Me, paying? I don't think so. The only reason I came here with you was to get free food. I internally sigh, despite how frustrating this is. I'd hate to dine and dash since I actually like this place, he leaves me with few choices.
I could A, go to the bathroom and teleport away; B, Try and use my girl charm to lower the price, or C, pay for the food.
Obviously I go for option A, I excuse myself quickly after he says that and sprinted after the ladies room.
Oh and even though I'm technically a guy in the women's bathroom, it's okay because I'm a girl right now and I don't really have any interest in girls or boys to be honest.
This leaves Torisuka to be scolded by the man and forced to spend his day washing dishes instead of his embarrassing attempts at picking up girls.
When I head home I am left complete, having gone back to my male form I'm able to relax and sleep until the next school day.
I should really do this more often.
