I'd never given much thought on how I would die. Though I had lots of reasons to these past couple of months. I still wouldn't have imagined it like this.
I stared without breathing across the huge room. Into the dark eyes of the hunter and he looked right back at me.
Surely this was a good place to die,in the place of someone I love. Noble even that should count for something.
I know if I had never gone back to forks I wouldn't be facing death right now. But as terrified as I was I didn't regret that decision.
When life offers you a dream beyond your expectations it's not reasonable to grieve when it comes to an end. The hunter smiled in a friendly way then sauntered forward to kill me.
