A letter was delivered to every girl's room, it's an invitation for girls only sleepover at glisten's room tonight, advicing the girls to bring their essential with them.
As night time roll around, nearly all of the girls have arrived on time while some are a bit late at arrivals. But regardless of that, Glisten has decorated his room with decorations like Many Blankets were draped over flooring follow by pillows were placed around the area, and soft lights glowed like fireflies along the walls. It's simple yet elegant and perfect for them, that counts.
"This sleepover looks awesome, you really did a good job on it, dear." Teagan complimenting on the decoration of the sleepover, seemingly awestruck by it's simplicity yet sophistication. "Well of course! It must be perfect like me! Now let get this sleepover started!" Glisten gladly took Teagan's compliment, pride filled his ego as he declared the sleepover start.
First objection, pillow fight. Izzy make the first move by throwing a pillow at Connie and Connie, annoyed but realised what she plotting and throw one straight at Izzy but was dodged away, hitting the toon behind her. It was poppy, she also threw one at another toon. The pattern continued, turning it into a whole pillow fight completely. Pillows flew across the room as laughter echoed in the room, team formed and fight with one another. Flutter used her wings to throw a pillow at shelly while Connie used her possession to possess vee to throw one at bobette, what a powerful duo indeed. Glistenn dramatically flopped onto the soft blanket pile as if he had been defeated in battle, only to pop back up and rejoin the pillow fight. There;s no signs of feathers flew but laughter did. By the end of the fight, every toon was breathless, clothes slightly shuffled from the mess and grinning like they have won a battle against each other.
Second objection: mini fashion show. After a few minutes of catching up breath, glisten has an idea struck him. "Alright girls, how about we do a small runway" Glisten recommend the idea to the girls and they immediately agreed on the idea almost instantly. Glisten pulled 2 contestant to the back and began a minimum makeover with the help of Teagan, he retreats some clothes from the closet to try those on. Meanwhile Brightney had rigged up several desk lamps to create "professional" spotlighting. A blanket was laid across the floor as a runway, and Poppy played upbeat music from her phone.
“ is everyone ready for the annual mini fashion show ” poppy chirped while cheers roared in the background as poppy annouced the fashion show beginning.
First contestant, Ginger; she struts in a winter gown in shades of light blue and white that features snowflake patterns and a fluffy, fur-lined white trim along the bottom and collar to mimic snow. Her white hair has shown slightly tainted with light blue at the end, decorated by small accessories to increase the illusion of a "skater" or "ice princess" silhouette. Many cheers and compliments were heard from the back as she give a spin before struts out the runway.
Second contestant, flutter; fly in a sophisticated monarch butterfly, Her wings feature the classic orange and black pattern and complete with white spots along the black edges. Her clothes often take on a deeper orange or warm yellow hue to match the wings. Lots of compliments were heard at the back, but one stood out among the rest; Connie felt her face heating up upon seeing flutter in that costume make her heart go flutter (get it? No? Ok) like crazy. Gigi, who was beside her took notice at Connie being a blushing mess and lightly teased her about it.
“ mwheheh, look like someone has a crush... ” Gigi teased playfully at connie as coonie glanced at her, annoyed while still flustered before turning herself invisible to hide her flustered face. Gigi grinned as an idea struck her mind and left to find Izzy to inform her something. Connie, in her invisible state; stared at the floor, hand on her chest; feelings her heart pulsing faster and her mind was racing from the time she started feeling for flutter and times spent with her together. She is oblivious with her own feelings until now, she feels stupid for not realised it now.
Last but not least, Glisten. The room goes quiet as the light dimmed slightly and the music shifts from pop music to something high-fashion and dramatic as a toon struts and all eyes was on him as the spotlight illuminated around him. He emerges wearing cover by white bandages, giving off "mummification" or "injured star" vibes, his large bow also decorated by white bandages to match with his whole vibes all together. Loud Cheers and applause was around him, What a true mummy it is!
The fashion show has come to an end, however there's no announcements for the winner but who cares about it since they already knew that everyone is a winner before moving to their next activity together, tea gossip.
They all migrated to the floor in a loose circle, mugs of warm tea passed around carefully and took out snacks that they brought with them. Glisten cleared his throat as he spilled a recent tea that happened, “ Okay, do y'all know that sprout and Cosmo relationship, right?? ” Many nodded their heads in agreement as Izzy's eyes sparkled, teased “ I know this is some awesome tea ”. “ Do you guys know that Sprout secretly has an affair with looey the whole entire time ” Glisten grinned as he spilled, voices dropped to dramatic whispers. There were gasps, playful groans, and plenty of no way reactions as glisten continue, “ And when Cosmo found out about this, he was sooo overreacting about the whole affair, he even threatened to kill looey that one time as well! But that isn't even the juicest part ” more dramatically grasps were heard from the circle, Some are curious about what happened after that. Glisten took a sip of tea before spill the plot twist, “ apparently Cosmo was also having a secret relationship with looey as well and also got discover by sprout but instead of getting confronted, they all got together instead ” that left many flabbergasted upon hearing that, Some have their hand on their mouth, Izzy nearly choked on her tea after hearing that.
“ are we judging them?" Gigi teased as some agreed while some disagree. By the time the mugs and snacks were empty, their cheeks hurt from smiling. After the tension settled out, their next activity on the list is game night. First up, 7 minutes in heaven. Placing a bottle in the middle of the circle as they circled around, glisten took the honour of spinning the bottle. It spun around in a circular motion and eventually slowing down until stopping in front of two toons, it was Tisha and... Brusha. The two tried to deject the game, but was shoved to the closet regardless and the timer started now. Many of them placing bets on the outcome as time passed by until the 7 minutes is up, glisten opened the closet to let them out just to find them breathless and sweaty.
“ Alright, pay up girls " Glisten grinned as some of the girls give him tapes due to him winning the tapes before proceeding with the following rounds, second pair is bassie and shelly then the third pair, cocoa and ginger, the fourth pair is vee and Izzy.. until the last pair. The bottle spun over and over again, seemingly not stopping. Some toons are anxious while some looks excited as the bottle slowed down and point at Connie and flutter. “Well, you know what time is it" Glisten smiled as he closed the closet and set the timer to seven minutes.
Due to how claustrophobic the closet is, they were forced to get close with one another. Connie, face heating from embarassment; immediately went invisible, just to hide her flustered face but her invisible ability isnt really good at hiding.. I mean it's good for twisted but just not with toons. Flutter took noticed how Connie suddenly went invisible which left her curious. “ ..??? ” flutter asked, confused which definitely caught Connie off guard; realising that her invisible state is exposed, she knew that she needs an excuse fast. “ Oh, I thought of something embarrassing! ” Connie lied in front of flutter and thankfully flutter brought that which make Connie relaxed slightly.
The tense silence echoed in the closet until Connie asked flutter a really mediocre question, “ Flutter, do you ever think what does it feel like having a crush " Connie asked, curious yet slightly flustered. " ...!! ...?? " Flutter answered and wondering why would Connie asked this out of the blue. “ Oh, it's nothing. I just find it interesting ” connie pretend to shrugged it off like nothing before continuing making more small talk with each other together, slowly learning each other's likes and dislikes, Hobbies but Connie was too focused on admiring flutter and didn't realise that the timer is up until glisten opened the closet door and announced that the time is up.
Izzy suggested to play truth or dare next and everyone agreed on it as it nearly midnight, Izzy began first and asked ginger truth or dare. “ truth or dare, gin? " Izzy asked, a small smirk played on her lips “ uhh.. truth I suppose.. ” ginger responded back “ Is it true that you have secretly been taking bobette's sweater because you missed her presence? " That question left ginger stunned as she felt her face overheating, “ i-its true... " Ginger stammer with her words, covering her face with her face as gasps erupted and bobette is mixed of flustered and surprised. The rounds continued, there was secrets exposes, goofy dares as the rounds grew intense. Gigi realised the pattern, she noticed how Connie nearly never pick truth at all until it's her turn, “ truth or dare Connie? " Gigi asked, smugly. “ dare ofc " Connie responded, nonchalantly. “ Why not pick truth for once, Connie? " Gigi pressed, acting curious as Connie countered back “ Well truth is for the weak ” “ ....? " Flutter began to spoke up, following by agreement from the rest of the toons.
“ fine, truth then ” Connie giving up on trying to excuse herself, “ Well.. mwheheh.. is it true that in this room, you secretly has a crush on someone? " More gasps erupted among the circle as Connie was slightly dumbfounded and admitting it “ Yes, it's true. I do infact have a crush on someone in this room. ” This continued on and on until it's Gigi turn again and once again, her victim is connie. “ mwheheh... Connie, truth or dare " Gigi grinned, knowing that she would probably pick dare regardless and she was correct which Connie pick dare. ” I dare you to confess to your crush ” the sounds of gasps and "wooo" sounds from the rest as Connie felt her face redden in embarassment, but she father her courage and slowly approached to someone.
The room atmosphere is tense and quiet, Connie standing in front of flutter with a flustered face as she confessed. “ Flutter.. ever since I first met you, I thought that we would be good friends together but as time passed by, I realised whenever I'm with you, I always felt something unusual inside of me.. it's warm and sweet but at that time, I was oblivious to it until now. I'm saying this now.
Flutter.. will you be my girlfriend? ”
Flutter looks at connie, her face feeling redder and redder by the second; Then out of the blue, flutter lean close to Connie's face and gently kissed her on the cheeks, “ ...!!! ” flutter responded with excitement, accepting Connie's connection. Connie, although dumbfounded; immediately embrace flutter before returning the kiss back to her. The toons congrats and wishing for the newly couple meanwhile gigi grinned as she tapped Izzy on the shoulder.
“ You know the deal, girl.. I won ”
“ Whatever.. ”
