Dani and Nico had just come back from Dani's messenger trip. When they were back, everyone was celebrating! More colorful hats in the sky!! "Nico and Dani are BACK!!" yelled Monica, hugging Dani. "Dani!" said Dorian, hugging his sister. "Hey guys!! Really missed you!" Dani said, tearing up. "Nico! You're...back!" Dorian said. "Well...yes..." He said. "Guys! We MUST celebrate!" cheered Monica. "Before we do, I'm going to go rest. It's been a long month for me!" sighed Dani. She went up to her room and Nico followed. They both arrived upstairs to her room. Dani threw herself flat on her back and on her bed, sighing really loudly with her arms spread out wide. "Oh, Nico!! Aren't you just EXHAUSTED??" Dani giggled. "Nah! I'm not that tired." He said, blushing and sitting alongside Dani on her bed.
Dani sat up and sighed. "I'm glad I'm back home!" she said. "Yeah, me too..." Nico agreed. They both looked at each other and blushed. Nico was looking a little tired and sad. "Nico...are you okay?" Dani asked, holding Nico's hand. "Yeah, it's just..." he sighed. "I'm just...really glad you're back, Dani." "What do you mean?"
"Well...when you were going through that...emotionless state, I just...didn't know how to feel. But when you came back, it was just...a lot." he said. Dani quickly hugged Nico. "Oh, Nico..." she said. "Dani, I... have to say something." Nico said. "What?" Dani tilted her head left. "Well, I... kind of...like you...please don't be mad! Heh..." Nico said, sweating and blushing. "Oh, I know." Dani said. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? Was it THAT obvious?!" Nico cried. "Eh, it kind of was!! But don't worry, I'm not mad." She said. "Huh? What do you-" Dani abruptly kissed Nico for a moment. After she let go, Nico started to blush a lot. "Uh...SORRY!! I'm...sorry!!" Dani panicked. "Dani..." "Nico..."
