The beginning of everything.
You're a well known marine biologist. You even own your own research vessel and crew.
Its a lovely morning in your office. You were minding your own business until your co-worker barged in.
"Captain! There's an email requesting you! It's the movie production 'The Cruise to Bliss'- You know, the one where The Vil Schoenheit is casted in!"
They were jumping up and down, you swear you felt the floor shake.
You sat there dumbfounded. Why would they need you for a sappy romance story?
"Huh.. what for?" You tilt your head, eyes following your co-worker's movements.
"They said they want you to be the consultant, off screen captain and a guide for the boat and.. basically everything!"
You felt unsure about the offer. You've always said "guidance is free to anyone, especially when it's about the ocean"- but you've just gotten back from fieldwork and didn't not feel like going to a set.
Your face shows it all and your co-worker notices it.
"They're paying 16k each day and.. they're paying for your stay and flight."
Nevermind.
"Count me in."
