France, Francis Bonnefoy.
Snowboarder
⁃ I mean if you’ve seen the official art yk he has a snowboard
⁃ Snowboarding fits him too
. I feel like he’d be pretty good, like in the middle of intermediate and advanced
. Definitely can do black with ease, and he’s pretty okay at double black
. Hates ice so much, but sucks it up and rides on it anyway
. Doesn’t really do terrain but does it when there’s pretty ladies around (and also to show off to England lol)
. 100 taught Matthew how to snowboard
. Hates skiing and used to tell Mathew to NEVER try it
. Lowkey refuses to wear helmets because they look “ugly” and too “bulky”
. But apart from that, he has steez trust 🙏 (muted pink jacket with grey pants and white mittens)
. Sometimes he’ll tie his hair back
. Sings French lullabies to himself when he’s on slopes
. Absolutely shreds on blacks
. Shreds on moguls too, but doesn’t really enjoy them
. But overall likes more mellow trails
. Pretty versatile, but if he had to pick, easier blues
⁃ He’s tried skiing before but thinks it isn’t good looking enough for him
⁃ Pretty good at skiing I’d say, but NEVER does it
⁃ Despite what he said to Matt lmao
England, Arthur Kirkland.
Skiier
⁃ In the official art you’ll see he has skis on
⁃ It also just fits him
. He’d be alright at skiing, but I feel like he’d still be beginning
. Between beginner and intermediate but leaning towards beginner a bit more
. Knows parallel but it’s little difficult for him to use it, he pizzas down steeper slopes
. Can do blue with pretty good ease
. Can do blacks, but it takes him a long time to come down
. He can only do blacks because Francis and Alfred pressure him to do it all the time
. So over time he just learns how to go down black slopes 😭
. Never does terrain and never will
. Moguls terrify him and he only did it once because of Alfred begging him to
. Lowkey refuses to take lessons bc everyone pisses him off when it comes to skiing lol
. Muted red jacket with dirty beige fur, green pants and blue mittens for some reason
. Wears a helmet and goggles
. Has poles but never uses them
. Greens are his favorite trails
⁃ Has never tried snowboarding and refuses to (because of Alfred, again begging him to)
USA, Alfred F. Jones
Snowboarder
⁃ I feel like he’d love snowboarding cause it looks tough and stuff
⁃ Icl I have to agree with him (as a skiier)
. Francis level too but more experienced or inexperienced there’s really no gray area regarding his skill level ngl
. Borderline kinda crazy at snowboarding
. But doesn’t really show it much surprisingly, he kinda just sticks to the easier blacks
. Probably because he doesn’t snowboard a lot
. Can definitely ride down steep slopes
. Can ride with ice too, he doesn’t really care
. I feel like he’d try to teach Arthur how to go down a slope but realizes that they’re on two completely different boards.
. SHREDS the hell out of any slope he’s riding on
. 100% yells while going down any slope, but preferably steeper and more advanced ones
. LOVES LOVES moguls, and takes any advantage under the lifts to show off
. Definitely enjoys the applause after
. Loves terrain and hits the craziest moves
. He’d probably wear some jacket with the American flag over it (red white and blue gloves)
. Definitely wears a helmet with the American flag on it
. Wears those crazy multi-colored rainbow goggles and doesn’t wear any masks to cover his face because I feel like he’d just be like that
. Overall, really loves advanced stuff though
. Black trails, double in particular
⁃ Has tried to ski before but failed every time
⁃ Too “busy” to try it again (eating burgers)
China, Wang Yao.
Skier, snowboarder
⁃ I feel like he’d do both cause I can’t choose
⁃ He would ski predominantly though
⁃ And older people do skiing anyway
. Pretty good, but can only go up to black diamond
. I’d say very intermediate, and likes to play it safe all the time
. Knows parallel and applies it pretty well
. Lowkey scared of double black and refuses to do it
. Alfred tries to get him to all the time
. Avoids terrain or at most just slides down the rail with skis pointing forward
. Scared of steep slopes, especially with ice and will walk down the rest of the trail in needed to
. Despite this he does moguls once in a while and finds them moderately fun
. Has poles and uses them
. Can possibly shred? (If he tries to which he doesn’t)
Snowboarding
⁃ The thought of Yao Wang snowboarding feels right icl
. He does a little snowboarding but he’s really good at it
. Dare I say maybe better at it than skiing
. But doesn’t really snowboard since he kinda just leans towards skiing more for some reason
. Maybe he used to do it back in the days
. Anyways, he would probably wear some kind of red or light ish colored jacket, black pants fs, and white gloves?
. He likes easy blue trails the most
Russia, Ivan Braginsky.
Skier
⁃ He looks like the type of person to ski
. Really REALLY good at skiing
. Like advanced level
. Can huck off of really high cliffs and land them, and also shreds like crazy
. Never really does any of this though and sticks mainly to black diamond and the easy stuff
. I feel like in the past he would do competitive skiing
. No one knows his insane skills
. Adapts easily to trail conditions (iciness, roughness, etc.)
. Never catches an edge and never caught one
. Can do terrain like crazy, but barely ever does it
. I feel like he’d do all that advanced stuff when he’s not on a trip with the rest of the allies
. Sometimes has poles and sometimes doesn’t, uses them when he does
. Moguls are easy for him, but he kind of dislikes it and never really does it
. Darkish beige jacket with black pants and black gloves
. Would definitely wear a helmet but idk what color 😭 (black or orange tinted goggles)
. Blackish mask
. He probably uses rental skis tbh
. He also probably has his own skis from when he did competitive skiing but just doesn’t use them
. Any advanced blue trails are his favorite
⁃ Has tried snowboarding and likes it enough to do it more times
⁃ Doesn’t snowboard a lot though
Canada, Matthew Williams.
Snowboarder, skiier
⁃ It feels right and snowboarding just fits him
. REALLY REALLY good, I’d say advanced
. Goes on triple blacks and barely breaks a sweat
. Rides with Francis a lot
. Essentially like Ivan, but the reason why he doesn’t do too much is because he mostly does easier trails with Francis (and Arthur sometimes)
. Shreds insanely when he’s alone
. Loves terrain and hits some moves on a regular run, but never anything crazy
. He does have the skill to hit crazy moves though
. Moguls are light work for him, he enjoys them and does trails with them at least twice a trip
. He would do more advanced stuff, but everyone else isn’t really his level except for Ivan to who he doesn’t talk to much (unfortunately)
. So yeah, no one really knows his skill except for Francis
Skiing
⁃ Just feels right that he’d know both skiing and snowboarding
. Really good at skiing too, and has a really good skill set
. About the same level on snowboard and skis but I’d say he’s a bit more unskilled on skis
. So he can do terrain and stuff on skis too
. No one really knows that he can also ski except for Francis lol
. Really doesn’t have a fixed set of clothes he wears every time he goes snowboarding, so he just wears whatever looks good
. Wears gloves, a helmet, and a mask
