No one was prepared for Sanemi to be pregnant.
Not even Sanemi himself.
But it was too late now. One night without protection and poof! Baby.
Now, when Sanemi first found out, he didn't tell Giyuu. Not because he didn't trust him, but because he was worried.
Giyuu might make him stop going on missions, or worse, leave him altogether.
They hadn't planned this at all, so Sanemi wasn't sure how his boyfriend might react.
Sure, they were practically married (•Even though laws wont let them) and they moved in together, but they weren't ready for a family of all things!
Too late now.
Sanemi had been offered another option, but he practically screeched at the poor young butterfly sister when she brought up the mere thought of-
Best not to think about it.
He was finally gonna tell Giyuu though, after 2 months of being secretive.
He sat him down in an empty room, sitting like usual, except his bottom two buttons on his shirt were buttoned up.
"So... Uh. Probably wondering why I called you here." Sanemi said, glancing away awkwardly.
"A little bit." Giyuu replied, as monotone as ever.
"Let me cut to the chase. You're an alpha, I'm an omega, we shared my heat cycle and... forgot protection..."
Giyuu was nodding along, somehow still clueless.
"I- Well- I'm pregnant." Sanemi said, ears going pink.
Giyuu stared for a good long moment, before his eyes widened and he scootched closer, his voice somewhat disbelieving. "Really? My child? You're carrying my baby?"
Sanemi literally glanced anywhere other than Giyuu's face. "Y-yeah. It's yours." Then, under his breath, "Not like it would be anyone else's..."
Giyuu's eyes sparkled a little, smiling slightly. He fully leaned forward, grabbing Sanemi's hand. "I'm... I'm really happy. Are you happy? I-I mean... Do you want it? A child, with me?"
Sanemi's eyes snapped to his lover's face, leaning in and shouting. "Of course I want it! I've never wanted anything more in my life!"
(•Not correct. He wants to live forever with Giyuu more than anything)
Giyuu closed this distance, kissing Sanemi. That quieted him down real quick.
When he pulled away, there were tears shining in their eyes. (•Though Sanemi will deny it later)
"I love you so much..." "I love you more."
