Blond and white half and half hair like Shoto's
He has small pointy elf ears
Crystal blue irises with cat-like pupils
Scars all over his body, except for his face
He’s about 6’4” with a feminine build
Kogane has a very husky and very masculine voice
Commonly seen wearing a black surgical mask even when in his apartment
Not in a pack but very close friends with Aoyama who’s in the Dekupack

Here’s some quirk facts about Radiance and how Kogane found out about his quirk:
Radiance let’s the user manipulate their golden blood to create different constructions and other stuff
The way Kogane found out about his quirk was during a fight between his parents where a empty beer bottle was thrown his way by his father hitting him in the chest and the golden blood started leaking from the wound and that's when his mother brought him to the hospital where they would find out he has a rare quirk that only a few in the world had
As he grew he would live with his abusive father up until he was accepted into U.A when he had lived in an abandoned apartment until the students moved into the Heights Alliance
After graduation he formed a Hero Agency with Hitoshi Shinso where they worked together for a couple of years
