Chapter Text
Luci could not believe that she would start her holidays when Lyle broke up with her. After seven years together, Lyle decided that being in love is not in his plan and decided to leave Luci for his career.
A week already passed and Luci is still not over her once-long relationship with Lyle and as much as she hates to admit it, she became a frequent customer of the nearest 7/11 and where she nursed herself with a tub of ice cream.
Luci grabbed the rocky road flavour tub and some pringles and went to her spot in the window from the past week of visiting the store.
Luci will tell you that there is no reason why she chose the window seat, but that is a lie.
Everyday for the past week, she always spots that biker with black bike with red accents and Luci always notices that biker every time. And she is not being a creep, by the way. She is just admiring!
But for the first time she has been rotting in the 7/11, the biker stops in the parking lot and that makes Luci choked on her ice cream.
She looked away from the biker and tried to calm her nerves. Luci thought that you know what? She is gonna talk to the biker, and maybe flirt a little bit, and if the biker rejected her? Well, that is nothing compared to her wallowing in self-pity because Lyle left her.
She tossed out her garbage and checked her appearance in her compact mirror to spot any stray ice cream or crumb. Blonde hair still perfectly curled, red cheeks are on point and she put on her lip gloss for a little juicy action. She looked at herself one final time and she hummed to herself as a confirmation that she is ready to get rejected or succeed.
She approached the biker with a smile, “Hi! I saw you earlier and I just want to say that your bike is really cool,” she greeted.
“Thank you,” the biker replied, though muffled, Luci could hear it clearly.
Luci took a deep breath and let it all out, “If you have time and don’t have a girlfriend, would you take me with you sometime?”
The biker looked at Luci and suddenly Luci felt embarrassed for no reason until the biker lifted his visor to reveal a dark chocolate doe eyes, feminine face and Luci’s cheeks started to heat up, “I’m not a boy but I can still take you for a ride?”, the biker girl told her.
Luci cannot believe her eyes and mind, that after breaking up with Lyle, she just go and unknowingly asked a girl out on a date, but after processing Luci finally replied with, “Yes, I would like to take the offer,” cheeks red and eyes are not meeting the biker’s eyes, but she felt a hand on her chin that made her look up.
“Well, I will need your number for that, little angel,” the woman had the audacity to wink that made everything on Luci’s mind go haywire.
“Of course,” Luci started tapping on her pockets to find her phone and she could hear the silent laugh from the woman but Luci didn't care, she would score this shot one way or another.
After finding her phone, she gave it to the biker and she started to typed in, hopefully, her number. And after a while, she gave Luci's phone, “Alice Dubois, at your service,” she said with a little bow.
“Luci Magne, Miss Alice,” Luci returned her bow and when she looked again to Alice, both of them laughed at the silly antics.
++++
Alice cannot believe what just happened.
She just got off her job at the radio station and was riding back home but then she was stopped by this angel that can rival Snow White herself and asking if she has a girlfriend. Alice knows that her tall physique combined with all black baggy clothing plus the helmet can make her masculine in aura, but she cannot believe that she was able to pull a goddess.
Alice thought that would be it and the girl, Luci Magne, will not contact her any further probably because she is not a man, but the message on her phone said otherwise.
“When can you take me for a ride? - Luci Magne”
