Helion had a familiar face for a man foreign to his home planet. The many friends he made never complained about his awkward behavior towards earth customs. Instead they would laugh and teach him to know better. Soon enough he found love with a half human named Mark Grayson. Mark showed him the many joys of their home town. The date nights between training days became the reason Helion woke up to every morning. Mark looked at Helion with a sweetness you would see in movies. The powers he saw on earth were nothing like his own. Although the speed of a Viltramite's child was dwarfed in comparison to Helion. There was still a greater measure in Mark's strength that closed the gap. There was a new found joy when the two raced together for the first time. The speed test was shorter than expected. "What are you doing? You wanted to race." Helion called back as he saw Mark falling behind. "I'm trying but I think you're faster than me." Mark admitted. "Oh." Said helion before pausing in mid flight waiting for Mark to fill the distance. "You have strength and flight. What else can you do?" Panting Mark replied "Sorry. That's about it. Oh, that showing for the new thriller is in 2 hours. Are we done here? I want to shower before going." At the theater, Helion sat next to Mark enjoying the fresh popcorn. Meeting Mark's friends there was a pleasant surprise. Mark introduced the smaller man as his childhood friend, William, and his date. The show room was packed thus causing the four to sit in different rows during the screening. The theater experience was on another level compared to theaters Helion had seen on other planets. The set up alone made him feel as if he were apart of the characters on screen. Helion became so engrossed in the film he didnt notice Mark finishing the popcorn a quarter into the movie. The surround sound caused Helion to jump at every moment the actors felt. Mark adored the way Helion looked as the movie played out. That classic sound of the antagonist approaching caused Mark to pinch Helion causing him to jump and scream. Bursting out laughing as Helion's turned red and the audience chuckle along to Mark's prank.
