Susie was new to Hometown. She was not the type to, you know, go out and socialize a whole lot. About a month into moving to Hometown, she started going to this cafe every day, owned by the Dreemurr family. It was okay. Barely had any customers. That is what Susie liked most about it. She never really ordered anything, just wanted to stick around. Always sitting by the table next to the big window so she could watch the children play, people spending time together, and whatever shenanigans were going on in Hometown that day. She wished she were lively and outgoing, being able to talk to someone without scaring them off. She always scared people. She did not want to, but would never be able to admit that. That is why she was so surprised when Kris Dreemurr approached her for the first time.
