Kanade felt weird.. she doesn't remember sleeping on her bed and yet she felt a soft cusion under her, she opened her eyes and was immideatly blinded by the light, closing her eyes and opening them back up until her eyes adjusted to the light
She notices that she is not in her room, she looks around to see a bunch of plushies on the bed and some art supplies laying some on the floor
.. she guessed that she was in Ena's room but she was confused as to how she got there, she stood up and felt a bit taller than usual, she then reaches out to doorknob when she realized
This is not her hand.. the nails were perfect and long unlike her uneven bitten nails that she usually have, there was also nail polish on it which she remembers Ena and Mizuki talking about having
... ah she's in Ena's body, twisting the doorknob she opened the door and into the hallway.. she has never been to Ena's house so she doesn't know what it looks like and how to get around and then she saw Akito, Ena's brother
"Oi what are you staring at?" Ena's brother said, his face turning into a face that was probably only reserved for Ena
Speaking of which, she needed to reply.. as Ena "N-nothing..." she replied pathetically, Acting as Ena is gonna be tough
Akito's gaze linger on her for a moment before sighing in frustration
"Okay whatever, Also I heard mom is making pancakes for breakfast" Akito said before walking away presumably downstairs
But Kanade froze, her mind lingering on Akito's word, "Mom".. it has been so long since Kanade used that word..

When Akito mentioned pancakes, he expected Ena to rush downstairs and demand she get a bigger portion for being the older one but instead he got silence.. it was weird to say the least
Akito went and sit down at the table, already having his portion and then he saw Ena walking slowly downstairs, looking at her closely its like she transformed into a different person, her footsteps are quiet and her shoulders are hunched, unlike the usual confidence Ena usually carries herself in, this one is like a pathetic attemp of pretending to be her
"Oh Ena! Your quite early today! Here's your pancakes!" Their mother said, Akito then noticed Ena flinching a little.. barely noticably but still there when you look
"A-ah.. thank you..... mom" now that was weird, Ena took way too long to say "mom" and she's usually excited about the pancakes that she takes the plate and sit at the table, eat a few and then thanks their mom
"Ena... are you alright dear? Did you stay up too late again?" Their mother asked in her usual gentle voice, Ena then shakes her head
"No Im alright, just.. tired" Ena said queitly.. this whole situation was weirding out Akito
Ena then takes the plate and sat down at the table and started eating, now this was really really really weird
Cause Ena is eating it plain, with no syrup or whip cream or anything
Akito was getting tired of this
"Oi, Why are you acting so weird?" Akito asked, which made Ena looked at him confused, he angerily sighs
"You know, your really quiet, and you haven't said anything to me, you didn't rush to the pancakes like you usually would, heck you haven't ordered me around, being all annoying" Akito explained

Was she really that obvious? She really doesn't know how Ena acts around other people.. afterall she sees Ena as nothing but Kind, hardworking, caring, and never afraid to say her feelings
Kanade cant really see Ena "annoying" as Akito put it, oh right she needs to respond
"Im just tired" Kanade put out that pathetic excuse again hoping that Ena's brother believes it, unfortunately he just made a noise of frustration before taking a bite out of his pancakes
Kanade smiled, it was nice knowing that someone cared so much for Ena.. the siblings really are close and so Kanade without thinking
"Thank you sh-Akito"
Akito stopped in his tracks, looking at her as if she just spoke in another languange
"For what?" Akito asked
"For worrying about e-me" Ena spoke with such sincerity that Akito cant help but be embarresed a bit
"Hah!? I wasn't worried for you or anything you were just weirding me out thats all!" Akito explained which made Ena laughs,
"Hahaha! Okay then" Ena then got a mishicivous look on her face which gave Akito a bad feeling, and then in a swift motion, Ena got a piece of his pancake and put it on her mouth
"Oi! You have already have your own!" Akito screamed going for Ena's plate before Ena snatched hers away
"Bleh!" Ena pulls her tounge out which made Akito annoyed
"You..!" Akito was about to stand up to which their mother interrupted
"Settle down you two! There's more pancakes here if you want"
"Yes mom"
"Yes mom" both Akito and Ena said at the same time, Akito then took one last glance at Ena to see her smiling more than usual which made him smile as well
At least her sister is back to normal
Kanade cant help but have so much fun, Kanade got a few pancakes packed for Ena since she felt guilty for eating what was supposed to be Ena's
But this moment.. it felt so warm

When Ena woke up, she notices a few things, first her pillow felt different. Not as soft, second the ceilings different, 3rd she's not in her room, Ena stood up so fast, taking in her surrondings
She was in a much plainer yet cleaner room.. Ena stood up and she felt much taller than before
She then looks around, then she saw a miya girls uniform and another uniform from another school next to that which was much smaller
Ena then notices the door, twisting the doorknob, only to encounter..
"Kanade!?"
"Mafuyu!?"
They both said at the same time.. but did Kanade just call her..
"Kanade its me Ena!" Ena said which made Kanade look at her with confusion
"Im not Kanade I'm Mizuki!"
Both of them stared at each other before Ka-Mizuki laughs

When Mizuki woked up, she noticed that her neck hurts a lot. Another thing is that her body felt.. light, too light, she then sat up, finding out she was sleeping on a desk, she swore she slept on the bed
Looking around, her first thought was it was so dark, second there was music sheets all around and she was in front of a screen
Standing up, she notices a door and opened it.. leading into

"Hahah! Did we just swap bodies with Kanade and Mafuyu?"
"Why Mafuyu out of all people!?" Ena let out a sigh of frustration, and then Kanade-Mizuki was looking at her all funny
"What?" Ena said
"Sorry sorry! Its just so funny looking at Mafuyu being so expressive" Mizuki said
"I could say the same thing to you" Ena bit back to which Mizuki shakes her head denying Ena's claim
"No no, If Kanade was expressive as me she'd be way to cute for anyone to handle!" Mizuki says and to prove her point she sticks out a little bit of her tounge, closing her eyes and does an expression, then says "hot~!"
Ena felt her heart jump out of her chest.. its just way to cute!
"See?" Mizuki says, with her usual teasing look but with Kanade's face.. Ena just cant help but find it cute
"Sh-shut up." Ena says which made Mizuki laugh even more, actually now that Ena is thinking about it..
"Thats actually the first time I've heard Kanade laugh well technically it was you but..." Mizuki then looks a bit sad for a moment before nodding
"Say Ena want to explore?" Mizuki suddenly suggest, changing the subject
"Wouldn't that be invasion of privacy?" Ena replied back
"Oh please they're not here! And besides wouldn't you want to see some of Kanade's baby pictures?" Mizuki said, her face turning back into that teasing look
"Hai hai, lets just be quick about this" Ena said to which Mizuki smiled
"Whoo! Operation explore Kanade's house commence!" Mizuki then grabbed Ena's arms, which was a funny view because Kanade is smaller than Mafuyu
They then went to Kanade's old room first, or at least its what they assummed considering the limited knowledge they have of Kanade's house
"Oh! Ena look! Its Kanade's old uniform" Mizuki said, holding out the said uniform with an exicted look
Ena smiled warmly at the sight before continuing their "adventure" as Mizuki likes to call it
They then went to Kanade's current room, opening the door
"Its so dark" Ena said before turning on the lights
Damn the room was a mess, Music sheets on the floor and the bed, a couple of cardboard boxes and some empty cup noodles in the corner, Kanade wasn't lying when she said it was
They walked around the room, Mizuki then notices a music box sitting in the corner of Kanade's desk..
Mizuki then looks softly at it, she doesn't want to touch it in risk of breaking something so precious to Kanade and so she continues to look
"Mizuki look at this" Ena called her, it was still weird hearing Ena's tone in Mafuyu's voice but she was slowly getting use to it, she then approaches Ena and saw..
Ah.. it was Kanade's closet
"She wasn't kidding when she said she owned multiple sets of the same clothing..." Ena looks at her closet with something that could be describe as close to.. disappointment? No- Surprised but not in a good way.. i guess
"Haha.. anyways lets continue exploring!" Mizuki said as she drags Ena to yet another part of Kanade's house, they were now in some hallway, the walls filled with pictures of Kanade's family
"She looks so happy in these..." Mizuki said softly, one fitting for Kanade's voice
"Yeah.. I hope that one day, Kanade can smile as freely as the ones in the pictures" Ena replied with a softer tone than her usual
And then there was a ring on the door.. both of them looked at each other nervously as they guessed who it is..
Honami.
They opened the door to see a very excited Honami
"Ah! Yoisaki-san, Asahina-senpa! Good afternoon!" Honami said, her voice radiating such positivy that Ena and Mizuki cant help but smile
"Please enter, Ho-Mochizuki-san.." Mizuki said, trying her hardest to try and copy Kanade's soft spoken voice... Acting like Kanade is gonna be harder than she thought
"Hm! Thank you Yoisaki-san" Honami then entered, as she went straight to the kitchen
"Do you two want anything for lunch today?" Honami asked as she went and clean up so of the dust forming
"Ah.. um.. nothing in particular.. you can do whatever you like Mochizuki-san" Mizuki says as she sat down at one of the seats, She wanted to help Honami but given Kanade's stamina... well its gonna be difficult

Honami decided to make some miso soup, afterall it has been a while since she had, while preparing for lunch, she noticed a few things different from Kanade
First, she seemed a lot more energetic when talking to Mafuyu, second, she seemed to carry herself in this bundle of energy that reminded her of their brief encounter with Mizuki
"Yoisaki-san, did something good happened?" Honami asked, then she saw Kanade's face turned into confusion
"Eh-ah yeah.. i guess you could say that" Kanade looked nervously around, avoiding Honami's gaze but Honami just warmly smiles at that
"Hm, then Im glad, for the past few weeks you seemed to go back to your old self.., so Im glad you seemed to be better" Honami said, then going back to her cooking

Both Ena and Mizuki flinched at what Honami said.. sure they dont know much about Kanade's old self but they heard about it from Kanade herself
Kanade already collapsed once and Mafuyu was taking better care of Kanade.. but I guess it wasn't enough
Mizuki and Ena looked each other in the eyes and as expected, both of them had a worried look on their face
Honami seemed to be done, and brought them the food
They thanked her and started eating.. and then Ena experienced a whiplash
She cant taste the food.. she knows what a miso soup is supposed to taste like but no matter how she tries, she cant taste it
Is this how Mafuyu always feel? Unconsiously, her face turned into a frown, it looks so delicous yet..
"E-Mafuyu are you okay?" Mizuki asked, yet hearing Kanade's voice of worry made her a bit more calm
"Is it not to your liking Asahina-senpai?" Honami suddenly asked to which Ena panicked
How does Mafuyu act around Honami? Is it in her good girl persona or herself? Ena picked the safest option which was the 1st one
"No, this taste delicous, thank you Mochizuki-san!" Ena tried to do her best of Mafuyu's good girl act
Not waiting for a response, Ena went back to eating and then in the corner of her eyes, she saw Mizuki with her usual teasing look
Ena shot back with her usual shut up look, then both of them smile
Then Mizuki seemed to realize something
"Mochizuki-san.. Thank you for taking care of Ka-me and Mafuyu all this time" Mizuki said softly with a soft smile to which Honami smile back
"No, Im just doing my job as your housekeeper and as a friend" Honami said which made Ena and Mizuki smile

A few minutes later, Honami asked which place to clean today which made Ena and Mizuki wide eye
"E-eh you have to do more after that..?" Mizuki asked softly, not realizing that Honami heard it
"Yes..? I always do that?" Honami said.. asked? Not really sure
"Eh umm- you should take a break today Mochizuki-san, we can handle the rest" Ena said, trying her hardest to act like how Mafuyu usually acts around other people
"Eh are you sure..?" Honami said with a doubtful look, which made Mizuki smile
"Dont worry about it, Im sure your already busy with your band so please take a break" Mizuki said
"Okay then if you say so" Honami said
A few minutes later, She packed her things and greeted them good bye
Both Ena and Mizuki sighed in relief
"That was harder than I thought" Ena groaned
Then both of them agreed to clean Kanade's room which proved to be harder than they thought, well mostly Mizuki
"Ah- im so tired.." Mizuki said, sitting down on Kanade's bed
"Eh? Already.. oh right your in Kanade's body" Ena said, then leaving for a few seconds before going back with a glass of water
"Waa! Thank you Enanan!!" Mizuki said, excitingly getting the water out of Ena- well techinically Mafuyu's hands before drinking it
"I was just making sure you dont push Kanade's body too hard" Ena said
"Sure~ but deep down I know you care about me!" Mizuki teased, and Ena's eyes soften
"Sure sure, now lets get back to cleaning"
"Hai~!"

When Mafuyu woke up, she sat up and took in her surrondings
There was a mirror, a mannequine, a few merchendise of more more jump and some anime Mafuyu remembers Mizuki mentioning many times
The room itself feels very Mizuki, Mafuyu thought as she stood up and looks around the room
She then takes a look in the mirror, seeing Mizuki's face instead of her own, before she could think more into it, Mizuki's mother– or at least Mafuyu assumed was Mizuki's mother– called her
"Mizuki! Are you awake? Lunch is ready! Its your favorite! Curry" Mizuki's mom said, quickly thinking Mafuyu responded on how she think Mizuki usually acts
"Coming mom!" Mafuyu doesn't think much of why this happened for now, she needs to act as normal Mizuki until she can communicate with the others
Heading downstairs, Mafuyu sat down in what she assumed Mizuki usually sits
A few minutes later, they started eating
When Mafuyu ate the food, she expected the usual bland of it.. but she can taste it.. the slight sweetness of it, with the warmth of the rice to the carrots and the beef
Ah- she guesses its because she's in Mizuki's body that she can temporarily taste
"How is it?" Mizuki's mother asked
"Its.. delicious, Thank you Mom" Mafuyu answered with a mix of sincerity thats noticable on her voice
"Oh I know this is a bit of a deep topic.. but how did your friends react to.. you being you Mizuki?" Mizuki's father asked
Oh.. she doesn't know, how did they react? How should she respond to that question as Mizuki?
"They... accepted me" that was the answer Mafuyu concluded, after all it was the truth. Mizuki is Mizuki through and through
To her smile, to how she acts, to how she loves cute thing, to her kindness, to her passion, for how she acted, all those things that can describe Mizuki, because Mizuki was always Mizuki in their eyes no matter her gender
She then saw Mizuki's parent smiling
"You will always be our Mizuki, so Im glad your friends could see that as well" Mizuki's mother spoke with such warmth...
"I know it must have been hard to be honest and accept their kindness after all you were always so selfless Mizuki, but no matter what, we'll always be here for you" Mizuki's father spoke with softness and acceptance
It made Mafuyu feel warm.. she knows that those words were meant for Mizuki, but she thinks she's glad that Mizuki has accepting parents...
"Thank you.. Mom, Dad" Mafuyu spoke with a smile that reaches her eyes, as Mizuki's parents smile back

For whatever reason they couldn't meet up in Sekai and so they decided to meet in Kanade's house, not being sure as to why they switched and when they will switch back, they decided to just sleep in Kanade's house with the permission of Ena and Mizuki's parents of course
"Ena, your mom made pancakes and bought some cheesecake for you, so I thought I should pack in and give it to you" Kanade spoke, her voice barely above a whispher, which is a weird sight considering Ena was usually loud and had a presence to her that is not easily ignored
"Pancakes and cheesecake! Ah dammit, I cant taste it because Im in her body" Ena grumbled angerily, disappointed she cant taste two of her favorite foods
Kanade looked at Ena thoughtfully before suggesting
"Then why dont i feed it to you?" Kanade said looking so innocent, Making Ena blush
"Eh-!?"
"Well if I feed it to you, your basically feeding yourself right? So maybe then you can taste it" Kanade said explaining her thought process making Ena blush even more
Ena then heard Mizuki laugh- technically it was Kanade since- ahh its way to confusing
"Go feed her Kanade! Im sure it'll work" Mizuki teased, as Kanade nods not minding Mizuki's actual intetions
"M-mizuki!" Ena shouted, clearly embarressed while Mafuyu just watch this whole thing silently, before eating some cup ramen that she made before
She was curious about the taste of it and as to why Kanade likes it so much, she cooled it down first, remembering that Mizuki has a sensitive tounge
It was a weird feeling.. she hasn't tasted anything in so long
Once Mizuki was done taking some pictures of Kanade feeding Ena (in the picture it was Ena feeding Mafuyu which was funny in Mizuki's opinion), Mizuki suddenly remembers a very important detail
"Oh that means Mafuyu you can taste stuff now right? That means we gotta go try out new stuff!" Mizuki excitedly claim, making Ena stop being a blushing mess
"Oh! That means we can figure out if Mafuyu prefers pancakes or waffles!" Ena said with realization
"Oh please, obviously she would prefer waffles!" Mizuki interjected making Ena scoff
"Nuh uh Pancakes are cleary superior making it the obvious choice!" Ena argued back, causing both of them to go to their usual banter
(Mafuyu and Kanade bantering, it was an unusual sight to say the least)
Kanade laughs softly watching both of them before looking back at Mafuyu
"So what do you think you would prefer?" Kanade asked softly, one that can only be heard by Mafuyu
"Naturally since I'm in Mizuki's body, I would prefer waffles but if I was in my own, I wouldn't know" Mafuyu said bluntly to which Kanade nods
"Yeah, the pancakes and cheesecakes were more delicious than usual.. so if I were to answer right now, I would prefer pancakes"
From that time on, they went exploring, figuring out what Mafuyu prefers, but as expected she picked all the ones Mizuki already likes which left them a bit disappointed but they had fun nonetheless
They then went back to Kanade's house feeling tired, before having starting the unofficial sleepover
All of them slept next to eachother, They all woke up at the same exact time at 25:00 and was back in their old bodies
They then cleaned up, using the soap and shampoo they bought earlier that day and took a shower and then they went back to work in the living room
