Error's wish is to be able to escape this void.
A wish that only if FATE cared enough to hear his wishes and prayers, after being trapped forever again, because of his ignorance and only if he did listen to Sans' warnings.
An anomaly that was able to roam free would make him envy them....right?
"hey, Error"
Error had been easy stargazing at his friend for a while he had almost forgot that his friend, is indeed next to to him right now. "oh right, sorry...you're just uhm.....pleasing to look at.." oh no he screwed up. Expect his friend to be disgusted, instead, he laughed.
Geno, laughed. Error had been doing it again. He didn't mean to stare usually, but theres something so admiring when his companion laughed. It was precious.
"I'll take that as a compliment, ru" Geno had said again. "Gigi, I swear I did mean that in a good way!"
"Who said that your words aren't nice?"
Oh. For a second, he thought his friend was offended by his tone of words "oh..sorry, just overthinked"
Then Geno puts his hands ontop of his head and began patting.
"No worries, and it is silly to take that as a insult." Error leaned into the touch(touch-starved much but he didn't care. He has a great friend).
After the 2 friends sillied around for a while. Error had a thought, could maybe he be free from this void and be able to go anywhere with Geno? Geno was able to walk around the multiverse without dying thanks to Life's, Death's old friend, healing magic.
Death and Life were great friends, he heard from hymms that Death probably admired Life romantically and they were together at some point. But they ended up deciding they were just good as friends.
Error thought about Death and Life that he almost forgot what he was thinking in the first place. could it be possible?
"Geno"
Geno heard Error's small mumble. "Yeah?"
"Do you think. I could also be free one day?.."
Geno lightened up at the question but then the optimism slightly faded. "I think we could but unfortunely, Life is missing, I'm not sure where she is. Death had been trying to find her but it seems she had dissapeared. I doubt she left without a good reason, one of the kindest people I know.."
Geno stared back at Error "I'm sure once we find her, she'd be happy to help you get out of here my friend.."
Error's eyes lightened in awe. maybe there is a chance that he will finally be free. After a single mistake of not listening. He'll finally be able to get another chance again! Yes!
Error cuddled in Geno. "I like that..."
Geno chuckled at Error's clear excitement. And patted his back.
"What do you think you would do once you get out of this place?" Geno asked. Error looked at him. "Well I" Error thinks about all what he wants to do. "I'd probably want to stay with you" he said. "Where ever you go I won't be far to follow. Even fate or death itself will never take us part.."
Geno was surprised at how much touching Error's words were. "Oh...that's really sweet. Hehe" Geno hugs Error close. "Well? I think you might be true. We'll be together no matter what, even if the world is cruel."
Error lightened up more at Geno's words. "Yes we will"
"Also don't subtlely insult my husband too"
Error froze. he didn't think Geno would pick that up. Letting go of Geno's hold. "Yeah right, I was just kidding."
Geno rolls his eyes casually, "sure you were" he giggled
Error smiled at Geno's reply but then went back in his own sincere face he had made before. "I was serious though. We'll be together forever".
After his soft laughter, Geno looked at Error again. "Of course..."
The 2 skeletons were happy
Friends forever
Fate and death will never take them apart.
