Chapter Text
It was a warm and sunny day for Japan, kids were playing, adults were basking in the sunlight and talking with old friends. It seemed as if everyone in Japan was happy that day ,everyone except a certain pink haired PSI , Saiki Kusuo.
He seemed a bit… tensed. Which was pretty unusual since even the Author of this fic herself couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him at first, but if she didn’t find out the reason sooner, she wouldn’t be able to make it into a semi-enjoyable fanfic for her new readers to enjoy.
“I think I should probably be glad that today’s quiet…but this silence doesn’t feel normal, and who am I kidding, everyday anything but normal” Saiki thought as he strode down the street, his lingering worry seen through his furrowing eyebrows, following with the slow formation of a grim faced frown on his face.
“….Normally,I’d have those two idiots — Kaido and Nendou — hovering around me all day,but they aren’t even coming to school today,so why do I have this feeling that something is going to happen which will affect my goal for peace and quiet even more?”
He shook his head and tried to focus on getting to school, nothing else. But the things he saw on his way were even more alarming for him.
After about five minutes of walking,Saiki spotted a moving truck, meaning that someone was probably moving in,or out.
Saiki hoped it was the latter, but he decided to check if the supposed newcomers might cause him trouble by reading the minds of the surrounding people using his well known telepathy— but they were already giving him more than enough information needed because they weren’t ‘thinking’ about the newcomers, they were gossiping.
“I can’t believe that kids are staying here! I heard that they’re twins. I just hope that they wont cause more trouble in the neighbourhood, don’t you, Sayuri?” Said one of the old gossipy lady’s nearby.
Another voice followed the statement soon after ”But to think that two highschoolers are going to live alone,I can’t even imagine what the two have even done to make their parents trust them that much! If it were me,I wouldn’t let the kids out of my sight!”
Hearing this, Saiki’s unease grew a bit larger than before. “It’s confirmed then, I’m going to have another idiot bothering me now, but now, it’s double the trouble….why did it have to be twins?”
